Fab little place for coffee and cakes just by the bottom car park of cannon hall farm. The coffee is always good and there’s always a good dejection of cakes or flapjacks - with vegan and gluten free selections.

Little gem in the Cannon Hall car park. Fresh coffee, quality ice cream and cakes looked delicious. Offer take-away and sit in. Plenty of picnic benches outside so dog-friendly (water bowls available). Spotless toilet facilities and really friendly staff.

Before my walk I went into the cafe to but a Cappuccino. Lots of chatter going on between the girls behind the till before they decided to attend to the customer. I asked for a large cup yet the two young girls served me a small cup. I looked at them, held my drink in the air and said “is that large”? One of the girls said straight away in an abrupt manner “you just said cappuccino”. I thought the comment was rude, dismissive and an attempt to absolve herself from making a mistake. She was clearly a young girl with a poor work ethic. Hopefully she will learn in future how to treat a customer. As I walked out I responded.. “this wasn’t my mistake here girls. I did ask for a large cappuccino” to which they looked at me gasping with open mouths as if I had just walked in with a shotgun. I’m not really upset about the drink. What grinded my gears was that the young girl tried to say it was my fault. Will probably get coffee again there but might take a more direct, no nonsense attitude with the staff.

Lovely to see the café open again. Very good coffee and friendly service. However, the staff should be wearing masks and gloves to hopefully prevent them passing on the coronavirus. Facemasks should be compulsary for all people makind and serving food and drinks in the presegt, still dangerous circumstances.

This is a great place if you want to sit inside or outside. The staff were polite and chatty and welcoming. The menu was really good for such a small place and yeaaaaa I managed to get a veggie sausage sandwich...they had other vegetarian items to choose. Hubby had a real bacon sandwich which he said was cooked to perfection. As it was not a busy time for them I sat outside knitting whilst mu hubby went for a walk around the gardens(a lot better than sitting in the car)

I often pop in here after walking my dog around the park, there is plenty of seating outside for people with dogs. I've always had very friendly service, and the staff have always been really helpful eg. bringing my coffee outside to me if my dog is barking after I leave him to go inside and place my order (which he invariably does!). There's a nice atmosphere to the place, all very informal and cosy.

Abrupt staff, some of whom are too busy talking to other customers outside to bother that there's a long line of people waiting to be served. Coffee is hit and miss, used to be consistently good but can really vary in quality from one weekend to the next. The food is overpriced, but to be fair, you have to almost expect that from a place such as this. Have discovered that there's better coffee and better quality of food over at Thyme Bistro attached to the garden centre.

This was the first time we've been to the Pavilion during a visit to Cannon Hall and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food from here. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh and of good size and a reasonable price. There are only a small number of tables inside, but due to the lovely weather many people were having picnics or were sat outside, so we had no problem. The service was friendly and efficient and a missing order was quickly rectified with genuine apologies.

Perfect for a mid-cycle cafe stop. Lovely scones, snacks and drinks. Plenty of seating outside and beautiful when the weather is good. A bit small inside but that's not the point!

Popped in for lunch. Lovely setting and nice to sit outside but the service wasn't great. We were waiting quite a long time for our food considering it wasn't busy and it came in 2 parts when it arrived. A nice range of cakes and some good snack things on the menu though

Visit here a few times for a cuppa and sometimes some food. The food is nice but quite expensive for what you get as in portion size. But it's in a great location in Cawthorne park and you can sit outside which is good after a dog walk or on a nice day.

Nice coffee but word of advice for the owners.... It's not the best customer experience when you queue out of the door for over 10 minutes while the sole server runs around manically making coffee and you look on from a nearby table counting the previous day's takings. Giving a helping hand would have been appreciated by not just your waiting customers but no doubt your staff also!

nice stop off here after a decent walk around the grounds. Friendly staff, decent coffee choice and plenty of cakes...the carrot cake was very tasty! Not too expensive either and plenty of seating outside. Even water for the dogs which was thoughtful.

Ideal place to go for lunch especially with a dog as there is outside seating with lovely touches such blankets on the chairs and buntin, with the seating being sheltered so ideal for sitting out in spring. Variety of hot and cold Sandwiches at the price you would expect and were a tasty filling lunch

Great start to a day out with good coffee and home baked rhubarb and ginger cake. We sat outside and watched the squirrels playing. The owner let us feed the baby at the tables with our own food. Very family friendly.
