The Park in Sheffield

My dad, Paul, and I come in near enough every week for tea. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming to us. We both had a beef burger this evening, and it's always consistently gorgeous!!

I looked on app was busy i rang the Park and Emma answered she was Fantastic ! so helpful fit 10 of us in for my daughters birthday /Engagement ! Service from Lewis & Becky! Truly a fantastic team. Natalie Is Amazing ! Food was fantastic! We will be back ! 💙

Great place to grab a bite to eat while you enjoy a beer or some cocktails with the family or some friends. Would definitely recommend this pub and will be back shortly. Update: It's still one of the best pubs in Sheffield 👍 Good food and decently priced drinks.

Ate here with my friend on Friday and can honestly say the food was really good . I had the greek burger which was the best burger i have eaten . Also the prices are reasonable . The only thing that spoilt the evening was a very noisy table nearby with young children but i suppose that can’t be helped i would have asked to be moved but the pub was full. The service was great i think the lady was called Ellie sorry if i’ve got this wrong . Will definitely return soon but i would advise to book a table because it was very busy . Thankyou all at the Park .

got to have been the worst meal i have ever had every thing burnt onions black all meat stuck to plate and burnt on one side bar staff coudnt have been more helpfull tables nice and clean just food not fit to eat

Booked a table for my birthday, walked in to find the table decorated and birthday banners had been placed around our table! Was a lovely suprise. The new menu was amazing and we all really enjoyed our food, service was fantastic, thankyou to ruth and Kyle!!!! Will definetly be back!!!

Meal drinks and staff top marks

Food is always fab and at a great price, the staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is always brilliant. Even better when you’re greeted by Marley the cockapoo puppy! 🩷

Gets very busy on match days as a Sheffield Wednesday pub. Good selection of drinks and pub chain grub on offer. Friendly staff. Good location.

Went to The Park Hotel last night with friends. It was the first night of the new menu, this has got to be the best one ever, the pub was heaving but the staff in the kitchen and waiting on were excellent and kept things flowing. One of us had Rib & Rump, two had Tandoori screwers and I had Giant Gyros. All of these dishes were new and all of the food was to die for. We could not fault anything at all. I am going back tonight because it was that good. So well done The Park!!

No notices to pay and display got £100 parking fine to go to the pub.

New menu is amazing , Chicken Gyros to take out , on time and very hot , spot on , definitely recommend, Donna the chef is top notch

Usy place food good prices good beer better

Went in early before match to have food and couldn’t fault the service we recieved. When ordering we were advised as regulars we may have unused rewards on our app which ended up saving us loads and kept us in for the rest of the Evening for drinks , Food was spot on cooked to exact requirements and the the young trainee Ellie made sure we were looked after. Definitely recommend for food and reasonable prices for drinks , atmosphere is always and welcoming

Me and my partner always enjoy coming to this pub. We've always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, however it is so cold. Sat with coats and scarves isn't really acceptable.

One of the best places for a breakfast meal. We generally have the Classic, and everything is cooked well with good quality ingredients used throughout. Definitely a 9 out of 10 from us. If tinned tomatoes were used it would be a ten, but that is a personal preference. Another plus is the staff, all of them are very welcoming and the service is spot on. Well done everyone 👍

First time visit to The Park and obviously around 19:00 its dark and cold and raining in January,took my partner for meal.When we rang to book a table we were not told anything about car park yet we mentioned we are travelling from Wakefield.Got to the pub no mention of the car park charge and l thought since we are paying customers and we parked inside the pub no problem.Only to receive a letter from Euro Car parks demanding £100 fine.This has really just spoiled my night yet l was marvelling at how nice the food was.Gutted and fuming.Customer service is paramount.Would have appreciated if that was mentioned when we booked or when we got to the pub.

Lovely pub in a brilliant area, brilliant atmosphere inside, the staff are very welcoming and the pub in general is just a friendly environment, Katie, becki and beth served me at the bar/waited my food over to me and were absolutely lovely and all made conversation - just outstanding customer service. the pub has music, sports and more, basically everything you could ask for in a pub. The food is incredible, for pub food it is the best I have ever eaten, nice varied menu and easy to order.

Busy day as expected due to a football match. Service was good and plenty of choices in the beverage section!

It’s always a lovely experience coming for either breakfast or lunch……we absolutely love the food here (The Park, Hillsborough,) It’s our only ‘go to’ pub we will go to now. 10/10 & always great friendly service too. Thank you. 😊

Went to the Kids Christmas party last night & as always they smashed it. The best kids Christmas party I’ve ever been too! Will continue to go every year. The entertainment was amazing , my kids & nephews had the best night. Thank you so much as always ❤️

Ordered food at 1.30 it was very busy. By 2.40pm we still hadn’t received our food there was only 3 of us. Due to how long we was waiting we then had to come back after the school run. The lady serving called Laura was fantastic, she was polite courteous and patient. I explained it was my daughter birthday and I felt disappointed in the timings of our meal. She was a god send and had it not been for her I would have left. We come to this pub very often and it seems we do have to wait longer each time for food. All in all it wasn’t great but I left feeling better and that’s all thanks to Laura’s excellent manner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's was lovely from start to finish the staff are great and the food was faultless Ruth and Ellie especially. I'll be definitely be back and would advise anyone to give it a try

Fantastic food and drinks along with brilliant staff, emma and katy. The staff was very accomodating and helpful with an elderly family member.

Enjoyed a reyt good Sunday afternoon in good company. Staff were brilliant. Emma, Katie, Becky and Sam serving and Kieren and Harvey in the kitchen all done a fantastic job.

Great breakfast, came as a large group for a birthday gathering, all meals where spot on and great service.

Great place, whether it be for a quick bar snack or a full family meal. Also, it's a great buffet for any size party in their own function room, with private bar.

Every time we come we have excellent service, great beer and a fab atmosphere. Always clean and tidy. When we do have food, it is always delicious. I think the lady who served us is called Ruth, she even put the cricket on the TV for us. Brilliant pub, well run and very friendly. Love it!!!

been in today with my partner for lunch and got served by a lovely lady called Tracey very very friendly and helpful talked us through the sizzling app which is very useful to us Tracey has excellent service. she is a credit to your establishment hope Tracey is working again next time we visit

I had steak and prawn with chips which was lovely and hot. Also we had mixed grill which again was nice and hot. The food took a while to arrive. The staff were nice and friendly. Children are welcome here

Been here a lot for food and the food is amazing! Just placed an order with them on uber and made a mistake, the lady I spoke to was so nice! And I can not thank her and the chef enough for fixing my mistake. I really did panic when I saw my mistake and she sorted it with no issue.

Served by the lovley emma at the park in hillsbrough for brakefest really helpfull and food was excellet. They went out the way to server pudding food for my son as he a fussy eater and as autism. Definitely Recommend coming here

Lovely friendly staff. Couldn’t have done anymore for us. The food was fantastic, all came out at the same time, great quality and hot. Would certainly recommend this pub. We was served by Tracey, Ruth and Jess. Also a massive well done to the kitchen staff who I don’t know the names of.

This place is more of a daycare rather than a bar/restaurant. Unruly kids,lousy food service and wait times,evidently either staff need replacing or a more mature environment needs to be established. The only,ONLY redeeming quality of this place is the food quality. Suitable of a 2 star rating,the park hotel? More like the park preschool.

I would like to thank all the team at The Park Hotel for the excellent service we received during my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary party which we held there on Saturday. The buffet was absolutely beautiful and I would recommend the food and venue to anybody looking for a somewhere to hold a party.

Service was very slow though there wasn't enough staff.

Had a little mix up with the food.. sorted straight away, offered free desserts or drinks and also brought my children a toy each from the machine. Lovely service, they couldn't do enough for their customers!! Will visit again 😁
