Had a great night out with friends having a few drinks, bar staff were amazing with fast service and making sure guests were having a good time! Sarah, Rhi and Chris were attentive and quick with clearing glasses from tables! Assets to the business! Would recommend to anyone!!

All Staff are amazing, we had a great time , Sarah made us feel welcome and is a very friendly face, chris, Gemma, kim and liv are all great bar staff we also had food which was cooked by Neil this was lovely .

I came down from Scotland to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday here at The Painted Lady. I've been in the hospitalality industry for 35 years & in my professional & personal opinion.... the food was fantastic, Trevor & all the staff were very friendly, helpful & made us all feel very welcome, the atmosphere was brilliant. The whole place is faultless. We had such a great time that we went back again the following night to celebrate Mother's Day! I will definitely visit again the next time I go to Coventry! 🍺🍺

This is a fantastic pub family friendly and very well run before you eat the amazing food you can't help notice the efficiency of the wonderful friendly staff always smiling unflappable and they make you welcome for the visitors and regulars I'm a regular here and it's my local I'm so lucky so give it a try it has excellent management too

Came to Painted Lady for husbands 70th birthday. We spent many happy times here when we were young. The food was excellent, the staff and management were helpful and friendly. As my husband is in a wheelchair now, they couldn't do enough for us. We'll worth a visit. Will be back again.

Went last Wednesday around midday we were the only 2 in lounge untill we left.so could not comment on atmosphere

The Painted Lady was always fully booked at short notice, so I booked well in advance to understand why it was difficult to get a table. It is a local pub not designed for eating. A big bar area and a smaller lounge dining area. Not a place to go to if you want a nice meal with your partner, Phantom Coach nearby is a lot better for a mature couple meal. We were had a choice of 2 tables underneath the TV and by a children's treat dispense machine. Nothing against families I have a family myself as does my partner but we were not far away from a fire escape door into the beer garden that children in and out would leave open, we had to close it several times. There was a lovely unoccupied table in the corner unused when we arrived, why were we not offered this? People came in and sat their but they were just drinking. We would have been out of draught and not intrusive on the locals enjoying their local. Staff fantastic, food fantastic but Sizzling Steak trying to optimise profit in a venue that falls well short compared to a lot of other pubs/eateries in the group.

This pub went all out for us last night (Valentines). Phoned up late afternoon to book a last min table (typical man lol) and turned up to a fully decorated table .. Baloon, Flowers, Candle, Wine Glasses etc. The staff even ushered us to table haha. Such a great atmosphere and will definitely be returning 👍🏽 Big shout out to Gemma & Sarah in particular for sorting the table / decs out for us. THANK YOU

Went for the first time tonight and the food was simply fantastic, great cocktails and lovely staff.

Absolutely stonking food for the money. As you can see, both the salad with chicken & bacon and the dirty bratwurst with dirty fries are a sight to behold. Great service and super food.

First time coming hear and had a family meal, the girl with pink hair was helpful friendly and kind. She was good when it came to the baby's bits and offered to was hos spoon for me. From sitting and watching what's going on she was always quick to serve people and cleand up tables as well as making sure everything was OK with our food. We had a 3 course meal it was enjoyable. The place is clean and tidy and it's welcoming to new people.

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable and reassuring with an allergy requirement. A great selection of Gluten Free options. A lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. Thank you

The lady is what it is, cheap pub grub, cheap drinks, no end of offers if you have the App, you always get a warm welcome off the staff, the food is quick and tasty, a good range on the menu for everyone, a lovely good all round pub that ticks a lot of boxes, it's a great place to take the kids aswell as the private side room is perfect for them and away from the pub drinkers in the bar.

Staff very friendly. Food delicious. Visiting family in Coventry been here twice and both time we had an excellent time. Outdoor area with patio heaters indoors is warm welcoming and cosy just as a pub should be

Went to the Painted lady couple of days ago for a drink with my wife and also to look at the menu with a view to eating sometime in the future as it looked quite good online, went into the lounge but quite busy and didn't want to take a table from someone that wanted to eat so went into the bar.Waited a couple of minutes and a lady came in and said someone will be with me shortly as they are busy in the lounge.Couple of minutes later another lady came into the bar and said someone will be with you shortly as we are busy in the lounge,after anther couple minutes of waiting we left and won't be returning. Shame you can't just get a drink in a pub now and be treated the same.

Went into the painted lady this morning for the first time about 12.20. My wife and myself wanted to have a drink and look at the menu as it looked quite good online,we went into the lounge but was busy so we went into the bar as we did want to take a table from someone that wanted to eat.After waiting for someone to serve us for a five minutes a lady came in and said someone will be with us shortly ad they ate busy in the lounge.After waiting another 5 minutes a different lady came in and said someone will be with you shortly we are busy in the lounge.After another couple of minutes and no sign of anyone we left,it's a shame you can't be treated the same as anyone that's eating in a pub now,won't be returning!!

Nice atmosphere. Good food but little finishing touches with our meals would have nailed it. E.g tartare sauce in a pot and a wedge of lemon with the scampi

Came in for my usual drinks but was surprised by the bottomless brunch they were hosting. The live singer was amazing. She was really interactive and got the party going. The staff kept the drinks flowing and running the event. It's a place you should definitely try

Had a meal gamon was very tender and tasty

The place is cool and has cozy ambiance. Staff are friendly and attentive with the great supervision of their manager, Trevor, who are also accommodating with the customer like me, he is a friend of all and kind heart! Also, this place is a nice to visit, you can hangout with friends over a football game on screen and any other sports activities done in England while drinking your favorite beer in town. I should probably visit again and recommend this to everyone!

This is my absolute favourite bar in Coventry. Special mention to Trevor and Neil they are fantastic and always efficient, happy and friendly. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to hangout.

We went to the Painted Lady today and had a lovely time, great pub with a great vibe. Angelina kept an eye on us all the time, was attentive, very professional, friendly and made our visit superb. Angelina is a credit to this pub.

Angelina is always very pleasant and welcoming whenever I am there, nothing is too much trouble for her where her customers are concerned, she is very good at her job 😊

Ove was broken so not entirely their fault we couldn't have food. Have ate there a couple of times. Bit hit n miss like most Sizling pubs. Ribs were way overcooked.

Had gammon, which wasn't the best, but to be fair, it's the first time I haven't enjoyed my meal.

Very good value for money, we shared 3 starters and 2 mains all for under £20. No complaints.

It's a great place to take kids or just adults alike. It's a friendly local crowd. No hassle or bother. It was new to me but the regulars were friendly.

Never had a bad meal here .Chinese belly pork loads of meat and vegetables on a sizzling skillet cooked to perfection. Been to other sizzling pubs but none cook it as well as here.

This guys came up with a great idea: footy food served in the bar, down-to-earth, affordable, friendly staff and locals, and one of the few pubs that match 100% my taste with the selection of draughts.

Always a good atmosphere with decent food. The quiz on Thursdays is great fun and they have all major football games on in the bar. A good pub!

Always excellent service and friendly staff. Varied food menu that will cater to al tastes. Restraint and lounge areas are separate but both are relaxed and welcoming. Been drinking and eating here a while and would say best pub grub in the city :)

Went down the Lady for (late lunch,early dinner) with the wife. Save the cooking and washing up. Excellent as usual, The misses had buttermilk chicken & I had the 8oz rump. It all came out hot and pretty quickly tbh. The service was great and the rump steak I had was cooked to perfection (thanks Emz). Well done everyone

Excellent service again, me & misses went down the lady for lunch. Everything was as we expected, food was good (and hot) my wife’s steak was cooked perfectly. Even had a 50% off voucher, which tbh you couldn’t do it yourself at those prices….Thanks Neil and staff x

Excellent evening down The Lady for our festive meal. All the tables were set up for when we arrived and a lovely member of staff showed us to our seats. When the food was served it all came out together and it was all hot and as ordered. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to the chef for his cooking and all the staff for making us feel welcome x
