Party of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and shared the San Sebastian cheesecake with chocolate fondue sauce, and the Matilda cake. Both delicious, and you can definitely share the Matilda cake as it's very deep. Also had a Belgian hot chocolate (very nice) and cappuccino (fine). Great service from Joban and V.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hautli dolci ! Hadia was amazing—she greeted us with a friendly smile and was so warm and welcoming. We loved how she took the time to chat with us, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Everything we tried was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Good atmosphere ,good food and great staff

Visited a couple of weeks ago. Ordered a few bit and pieces from the menu and food looked great and was served by a lovely young lady. However we asked for some water and was told we had to buy it as they were not allowed to serve tap water! Is this even allowed?? When asked if the food was ok I told the lady my cookie dough was unedible due to it being burnt to a crisp and should be served with a crowbar and not a fork. She said she would pass it on!! I paid in full as I didn't want to cause a scene with the waitresses. I contacted your office 3 weeks ago regarding this and I've just been ignored, so unfortunately,a bad review it is.

I was craving some pancakes so ended up visiting dolci in coventry, pancakes were good, had alot of chocolate and strawberries as requested. I really appreciate the customer service provided by arash.They need more people like her in the shop. we will definitely visit again.

Went there on Saturday with the family, really impressed. Good atmosphere, very clean, hospitable staff and importantly good desserts. One gripe, quantity of food should be increased in line with their pricing. Will come back again though.

The portions are so small, it's not worth the price, AT ALL!!

Very disappointed with the service and the food. I ordered two scoops of ice cream, however I understand that it’s a hot day but the ice cream melted as he scooped it.As a dessert shop surely you would know how to store and serve the ice cream at the correct temperature.Ragav, a member of the staff had gone to check the back and he tried to give me another melted ice cream.I tried to get a refund or a drink instead but apparently he is unable to do that as he’s not authorised. There’s no manager or another member of staff present at the time.Personally if a staff member is unable to do simple authorisation then why was he able to open the store.The fact that a dessert shop doesn’t know how to serve a simple scoop of ice cream says a lot about the business.Its absolutely disgraceful.btw this isn’t the first time I had an issue.Better staff training and Better management is deffo needed.

Milkshakes taste like milk and water. Icecream scoops not even sent after being ordered. This has happened to me over 5 times otherwise i wouldnt be making this review.

Good customer service is hard to find however each time I visit Dolci Vinnie consistently provides excellent service with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. His cheerful demeanor and eagerness to assist make every interaction pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended for his outstanding customer care which makes me come back! The desserts are always enjoyable and so many options to choose from.

Went last night and tried a very interesting but extremely delicious croffle dessert! The 2 ladies serving that night were very friendly and were very quick with service!

I had a meal at burger & sauce, I was craving for something sweet & really wanted a dessert. Literally seconds away Dolci was there. They had a lot of items to choose from felt like a child in a candy store. The staff member semia was lovely & guided me what I liked & recommended to try the pistachio stack pancakes. Honestly it was faultless it was beautifully presented & tasted amazing was fluffy & soft & the nuttiness from the pistachio was delicious it was a match made in heaven. Thank you semia for the recommendation & it was nice chatting to you. I will be back!!

Myself Visited Dolci desserts last night with a couple of friends for the first time so l was not too sure on the menu. The lady working their recommended a couple of mocktails for us, the mango passion and fruits of the forest. It was so refreshing and beautifully presented. I highly recommend. Its looks luxurious and clean and the staff are really helpful and well presented.

The lady at the front with a fringe was so rude & hostile. Don’t work somewhere you’re miserable! Nobody wants that energy on them or their food. Definitely not visiting again.

I was really excited to discover a Haute Dolchi in Coventry, as I have loved visits to other restaurants in the brand. We came for dinner as the website shows that this restaurant does savoury items, but it turns out they don’t…so we ending up having to leave for dinner elsewhere and came back for dessert. We attempted to order multiple things on the menus in the restaurant, but 50% of the menu was unavailable. You also have to order downstairs before you find a table upstairs, which meant I felt a lot of pressure to choose when everything I asked for was unavailable. The staff were very friendly but seemed a bit fed up with the situation. It was generally a very frustrating and disappointing visit. The food is great but it was spoilt by the effort it took to get it in the first place. Update your menus and make life easier for your staff.

Well… I thought it would be a good idea to come here for the first time with my family to indulge in the world of fine desserts. This couldn’t be far from the truth. To start - I was introduced to a hidden service charge (which was not added or advertised prior to ordering), secondly we were told there was no seating and having to wait 30 minutes for seating, we were led upstairs to an empty seating area? I have also added a picture of the hygiene and cleanliness of this franchise, the cutlery looks like it has been licked by a dog. The food arrived late, the service was appalling and rude and I was sat here for an hour before being told the food I ordered , simply was not available. I would not be coming here again and if you wish to go to a fine establishment with great service and desserts, this is simply not it. I would rather eat off the pavement outside, as this is at least cleaned with water once in a while. I would leave 0 stars but I was unable to- high prices, bad service.

I had visited Dolci earlier and it was an amazing experience. Loved the cheesecake. However, I visited on 28th February, wanting to eat a cheesecake to which the manager replied that I have to wait 2 hours to eat the cheesecake (some defrost issues). The thing that put me off was the manager was using a tissue to wipe his nose and went over to the staff to analyse the cheesecake. He proceeded to touch the cheesecake with the same hands he rubbed his nose with. When I questioned the act he immediately became defensive and asked me to leave. I believe that the heath and safety standards should be kept at a higher standard considering the franchise. Wearing GLOVES is a start. Please look into it.

Haute Dolci !The branch in Coventry is the worst.The Uber Eats delivery was a horrible experience for me. My order was incorrectly delivered, and the mango sorbet I requested turned out to be a milk shake, and I have ordered ferroro rocher cheesecake and they delivered Oreo cheesecake which was really disappointing.In addition, the manger is really rude. I will never eat desserts from this place again since I was so frustrated and dissatisfied with it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and they were kind enough to write 'Happy Birthday' in chocolate around the dish. Their chocolate cake dish suggestion was simply decadent and beautiful. The decor and coziness of the upstairs seating area was very romantic and beautiful experience. Overall an amazing place. 100% recommend for dessert lovers and those enjoying good atmosphere.

Come here regularly and tonight there must of been some sort of manager present who was creating an awful atmosphere being really rude and disrespectful to the staff who were working so hard. Never had anything bad from here but feel so sorry for the staff who have to work here being treated like slaves. Made me feel really uncomfortable these people were working till late on a Friday night and being shouted at ‘quicker’ etc and watching their every move. Was very uncomfortable to watch and I hope the staff are ok and I’m very grateful for their service today.

Waffle was so soft and fluffy with amazing toppings, Kajal and Krishna at Dolci were welcoming and attentive, providing excellent recommendations.

Orders via Uber eats and instead got a drink instead of my £10 ice cream- disappointing

We were charged a £2.50 service charge EACH on our visit without being told! We were told items on the menu were unavailable when they weren’t and we were given an incorrect order which took lengthy time and poor cooperation with our server to rectify. Music was also too loud to be able to talk to each other. Would never recommend to anyone!

My experience at Dolci left much to be desired. I visited on Friday afternoon (29/12/23), and the staff's competency was a bit questionable. One member seemed quite knowledgeable, but the other was clearly struggling. When we asked to check the bill due to our confusion, we discovered a sneaky service charge that hadn't been mentioned by the staff or on the menu. Moreover, there were some items missing from the menu, leading to a back-and-forth discussion with the staff and another couple to figure out what was available. While I understand that such mix-ups can happen, they did contribute to a growing sense of frustration. The final bill came to £34.63 for two people, covering two cookie dough's (one with extra sauce) and two milkshakes. Honestly, that seemed a bit steep to me. As we went upstairs, we found the area initially pitch black, which didn't contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The speed of the food service was a bit inconsistent. Three of us got our orders reasonably quick (10-15 mins), but one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes, making us wonder if their order had been overlooked. The additional sauce that was paid for was missing and had to be asked for, we also received a bottled drink with no means of removing the cap. Despite these issues, the food itself looked and tasted good, though I questioned whether it justified the £34 expense. The restaurant, while conceptually attractive, showed signs of wear and tear like torn seats and cracked tiles. A refurbishment could certainly enhance its visual appeal, putting it on par with places like Heavenly Desserts. To add to the disappointment, upon leaving, we discovered that the advertised Christmas and New Year dessert promotion (25% discount) hadn't been applied to our bill. This, coupled with the poor service and perceived expense, solidified my negative opinion, resulting in the two-star rating. I would instead advise anyone looking for a dessert restaurant to consider walking a little further to Heavenly Desserts where things are a bit more organised and transparent.

Love their waffle but make sure don't go their if someone taking blood pressure pill or diabetes because their toilet is never in operation poor magament .

I have visited Haute Dolci twice, and on both occasions the food was very nice, but felt like a struggle to get it. First visit, we were told the menu was in the process of changing, but the printed menu had not been updated. As such, nothing we asked for was available, and what was served wasn't printed for us to know about. Second visit, the food was available, but coffee and fruit juices were not. A banner next to the till advertised 25% off all desserts; not only did we not receive this discount, but we were all charged more than the price on the menu. Once finally served, we were told to take a seat upstairs, but we had to fetch a member of staff to turn the lighting on. Three out of four meals were served quite promptly, although extra sauces which had been paid for had to be expressly requested. I, on the other hand, was brought a bottle of drink with a lid that required a bottle opener (which I of course did not have) and waited over half an hour for my dessert. In the two hours we were there, I did not see a single table have empty plates cleared. Again, the actual desserts are very nice. The overall experience, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Am unlikely to be giving this a third visit, nor recommending it to anyone.

Brought the sweet fix (brownies dish) unfortunately could not eat it all had to leave it, the brownies were very very dry inside (not moist) were hard to eat even with the ice cream. Not freshly made might be why quite dry, husband had the French toast which was good.

I went there to have dessert. Me and my partner ordered waffle and one milk cake which was good. But we went down to pay and the manager there was very very rude to us and didn’t even say thank you when we were leaving. I would’nt recommend this place at all as they don’t care about their customers at all. Very bad behaviour of the manager. Felt really bad. Very rude manager.
