Incredible food in an incredible pub setting. We stopped here for lunch and couldn’t have been happier we did. Our children had the Mac n cheese and we each had the brisket burger. 10/10 all round. Would 100% recommend coming here if you like good food in a relaxed pub setting. The pub does a great beer and cider too!

Went to visit for the first time with family & friends on a Wednesday night. Small enough with 18 covers but was full which is great for a mid week. Menu was superb & I have to say, lived up to its description. Food was fantastic and great service We will definately be going again and as much as I would like to keep it a hidden gem, it deserves to be shouted about. Hurrah, well done, keep it up

Lovely little bistro tucked at the back of Butchers dog, nice staff and quality food, KFC burger was brilliant, great portion size, decent price, loved it

New WalkWell once again I wasn’t disappointed with supper at this restaurant. Starter - cheese soufflé - lovely but would have appreciated a warning about the intense heat of the dish it was served in - burnt my fingers! Sea bass was absolutely lovely. Ice cream was totally yum. Brilliant evening - lovely food, nice place to eat, staff were lovely.

13 WestgateRoaring fire on a freezing day and very welcoming host. Plenty of space for seating and they have a pool table too. Great local pub.

Riverview RoadHad a sausage sandwich yesterday. One of the worst I have ever had, anywhere. £3.70 for 2 budget sausages in a dry bap. Yummy…..☹️
