I think it's a very solid restaurant with really good pizza. Seeing the pizza oven in full view really brightens up the aesthetic of the garden centre. Nothing better than real, authentic, stonebaked pizza.

Had lunch today, however my wife’s veggie burger and chips were a million miles from ideal although she did eat half of the meal but not the salad as that looked limp. My fish and chips were probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. Cold plates for starters that meant the peas were cold, chips were overcooked so crispy all the way through. The fish (Haddock) was what you would cheaply buy in Tesco for circa £1.49 the type you would not buy unless you had hit hard times. You know the type slightly triangle shape with reconstituted fish? In the middle you can hardly see. They should be ashamed to serve such rubbish. So I ask for a refund and with no quibble they returned my money. We have eaten here before and this time the service was pedestrian. With the doors wide open it was a very fraught experience.

Compared to previous visits, slightly disappointed. Pizza and garlic bread over cooked -- far too crispy (biscuit not bread) We remember years ago, when it was much smaller, but with proper home cooked food.

Food is fabulous. Not too badly priced and the cakes are big enough to sink a battleship! 👌

This is my second visit inside a month to The Olive Tree restaurant at Busy Bee, if I was writing this review after just the first visit it would have been 5 ⭐️ across the board, sadly though, it’s only 3 ⭐️ this time. I’ve recommended the 🍔 here to others before, the one I had a month ago was delicious, juicy, just perfect, in fact one of the best 🍔 I’ve ever had, it would have beaten most restaurants, it really was that good. However, 3 days ago I went again, and, because of my first visit, I thought I’d try the 🍔 again, the chips were fabulous, the salad good, the 🥓 perfect, the fried 🍳 was sadly hard though, but I could look past that, but the worst thing, the burger was to put it bluntly, cremated, but not just mine, my wife’s & my mums too, all three were very overcooked, thinking back, should I have said something? Maybe, I’m not sure why I didn’t actually 🤔 Sadly, I can’t recommend the burger here now. I can though not say enough good things about the staff, both counter & those delivering the food & cleaning the tables, they are all so very helpful, so friendly, and nothing is enough trouble, they do a fantastic job & definitely need a pat on the back.

This restaurant is within the Busy Bees Garden Centre It has a spacious seating area plus an outside balcony in nice weather. The food is good quality a little on the expensive side but as they say you only get what you pay for. The best time to visit is Christmas time. The ground floor is magical I’ve never actually been anywhere else that can beat their Christmas department. Definitely worth a visit any time of year. A must for visitors to the Isle of Wight

Food is excellent and the chips are the tops if you like them crispy! Atmosphere is saved only by the view of the countryside to the rear as the room is a big hollow and soulless school dining hall. Staff are ok; not "anti" but no warmth or smiles really.

Worth a visit while on the island especially in November as everything for Christmas is here.

This cafe is always very popular so it does take a very long time to get served but there are always plenty of tables and the cakes are enormous! We shared a slice of lemon drizzle between 2 and we still couldn't finish it!

8.50 for a bacon sandwich! The same price as a breakfast. Must be the most expensive one in a cafe in England. We had a scone instead.

Sadly, cold beans, lack of non dairy milk variety (only soya) unsavoury eggs, soggy hash browns. Not the best breakfast. Beans on toast came as what I can only describe a whole tin of beans but served barely warm. A little disappointing.

Large cafe style restaurant in garden centre. Good choice of reasonably priced meals. Large portions and served in good time. Orders are placed at the tills, and delivered to your table. Only criticism would be that the large order we placed included a pizza, which seems to be prepared separately from main meals, was delivered very quickly and was consumed before other dishes were delivered. Other than that very satisfied.

Usually we both myself and husband like the food. But this Friday 17th June the food was terrible. Made my husband sick the big breakfast and I had a sausage baguette with salad??? Put me off eating there for a long while 30.00 is ridiculous price for a greasy breakfast

Cold breakfast and we were the 1st people to be served of the day. Gave it a second chance and came back. Only 3 people eating cooked food and our breakfast was bad again... sausage cold, beans cold, cooked tomato cold and hash brown massively overcooked. Will never come back or recommend.

Lovely food. One of the servers was very grumpy. We had to move because the roof leaked. She made a point to come past our table to mutter that we made more work for her because we moved. That remark was unnecessary.

Superb roast lamb lunch. Sat outside in the gorgeous sunshine (the view could have been better but guess that would take a lot to change). Took cake home to have later: very expensive £5 per portion, and much too large slices (would not like to swear to it being that days cake, may well have been a day or so old) would prefer half size and price.

Visited twice for a light lunch during a short visit to the Isle of Wight. Nicely set out, with a good selection of cakes and plated meals. Airy location and good service. You can even charge your EV whilst having lunch. Recommended.

A clean and comfortable restaurant with lovely views of the countryside, it has a good menu and lovely food...

We visited today hoping to purchase certain chilli products which are normally in stock, and were disappointed to find that at the present time their stocks are run down. This maybe due to the Covid crisis or some other reason. Nevertheless they did not have what we wanted which was inconvenient.

Poor quality hot chocolate in what can only be described as sitting in the school canteen. Very loud, four different types of music playing at the same time does not make for easy conversation. Very popular place, I guess people just want to get out and there is very little choice just now. Never again for me!

I don't normally like garden centre cafes but this one is spacious, clean and serves great food. Had a lovely freshly baked chicken curry pizza. It sounds mad but trust me it was delicious and ready in less than 15 minutes!

Very clean & organised place to bring yourself or family or another party. A good choice of food with a pizzeria & fully operational kitchen that is fully versatile to cook almost anything. A beautiful choice of cakes in the patisserie counter. Bringing it all into an altogether enjoyable visit for friends & family.

The good: staff pleasant and helpful, the place is clean, there's plenty of space (useful in a pandemic), the large tables have a label attached stating they're for groups of 4+ (I thought this was especially good). The prices though... we got half price on Uncle Boris/UK tax payer, but outside of this, if you'd happily pay £6.95 for a simple cheese and ham toastie and a piece of tomato, you need a lobotomy.

We had a wonderful lunch of prawn salad today, absolutely delicious and plenty of it, (I couldn't finish all mine) the chairs and tables were spaced out beautifully and it was a very safe environment with all social distancing and safety measures carried out.

Always a great breakfast here along with friendly service. Amazing views over the island during warmer months when sitting outdoors. Vegetarian Breakfast is amazing!

Great chef and decent atmosphere

The wife our 3 girls visited her for lunch whilst we visited santa (was awesome). Service was OK, had to wait a little while in the que, which was reasonable small but once you got served you understood wye, the gave you all the time in the world no rushing and all round smiles. Thought £38 for 2 breakfasts and 3 kids lunch boxes and a few drinks was a bit much but hay ho it's not every day we go there so I could have lived with it if you food was amazing, well the kids were amazing and I was very happy, mine was not. The egg was not cooked and the tinned naffy tomatoes they slopped in the middle of my breakfast was rank, I don't like tomatoes and I don't want to be a pain so normally just eat around the but in this case it was sloshed over everything.
