Visita aquí a menudo!

Disappointing lunch time meal. Apart from the lovely young girl behind the bar, service was poor staff are quite rude and unwelcoming. Chips were not to die for some cold and uncooked. Flies constantly flying round my meal. Meals on the menu are not always available and even though a meal is on the specials board this also means it is unavailable. Not busy at all but plates of food still coming out wrong and sent back. I have had many lunch time meals in the Crooked Clock with friends & work colleagues, the service, value, quality and portion size have got worse over the past 12.months. A very convenient place to eat at lunch time but unfortunately I will not be eating here again in the future. Very disappointed.

I work near the Old Crooked Clock its the only pub in walking distance that's sells 'meals'. Over the past years we have visited the place and have seen it get worse and worse, so today was my last visit unless it is taken over. Cold Food Uncooked chips Small plate and portions THE usual flies all over Sashes of mayo already open VARIED MENU BUT POT LUCK IF 20% OF THE FOOD IS AVAILABLE SORRY NO MASH AND THEY WILL TAKE 1.50 HRS TO DO! SO YOU CAN HAVE THE LEFT OVER ROAST POTATES WITH YOUR BATTERED FISH! AVOID

Wasn't sure whether to eat here but didn't know what else was around. Lady was friendly, food took a little while but was worth the wait. Portion sizes and prices were good. Food is home cooked not frozen crap.

This place has changed its name and is now known as The Crooked Clock. Formally the Punch Clock. We had Gammon for one and the other two had Hot Roast Beef Baguettes with the best chips I have had for ages. Really good value for the money. The owner who served us was very pleasant, only one criticism, the room was a little chilly. We will go again and try the puddings as we were too full today.

I visited here on the 11th Dec 2015 for a meal with work colleagues - we opted for the Christmas menu. To start I had tomato soup which could possibly have been home made but had the addition of something very very spicy (which some people might not like) For my main I had the turkey Christmas dinner, the turkey was preformed slices most definitely not sliced off a real turkey, the mashed potatoes were full of lumps, the pigs in blankets had been annihilated as had the 2 roast potatoes. The gravy had great big lumps in as though it had been made with Bisto. I thought they couldn't do much wrong with an Eton Mess!!! how wrong I was - frozen berries, very thin cream and a few broken up pieces of shop bought meringue.

I was a regular at the Crooked Billet when it stood on its old site over the road so wasn't too keen on the move over the road. Its a clean pub which serves a nice pint and good food.Locals are mainly friendly and the new landlord seems to be making a good go of it.Live bands on a weekend are very popular.Door staff on a weekend and a smart dress code make this a good safe option for the area.Nice conservatory too

This is just a great place to eat. None of that pre-packaged aeroplane food that gets pulled from the freezer and microwaved into oblivion... Really good menu, plenty of variation on the 'specials' big plateful of proper home-cooked tasty grub - simple as! Steak & Ale Pie and the Chicken Kiev are particularly good, as are the Sunday Dinners. The beer was good too. And the music was a good mix of Indie & Rock that suited me well. The place is really clean and the staff are friendly - what more could you want? It used to be called The Punch Clock but renamed since the nearby Crooked Billet closed down... Well worth a visit if you are in the LS10 area and have a good appetite.

We’ve just been to the art gallery café for lunch we won’t be going back. They sell scones but they’ve run out of jam What kind of business can’t even organise going to the shop and getting a pot of jam. Leeds city council should be ashamed of themselves.

I took a walk to the bakery to see if they supplied fresh bread. I checked the opening hours and when I arrived it was closed. Wasted journey. Looks a nice place from the outside though.

A large, airy and light-filled pub (for a change) with plenty of outside seating near the City Museum- a short hop from culture to chaos! The young workers were efficient, very hard-working and helpful. What is distinctive about this place (and its saving-grace) is that it has a sufficient number of students to keep the place on an ‘even keel’ (for example, talk of Trump’s superior IQ is, mercifully, rare). TOP TIPS: (1) choose outside or gallery seating for a relatively blissful experience ; (2) in general, choose a Spoons having a reasonably high proportion of students (albeit with a modicum of immaturity and ‘lively’ behaviour). In this way, relative sanity and intellect may well prevail.
