Waited 15 minutes for a soup that came like the photo with a piece of bread and butter for £3.95. So disappointed as the place is lovely and the tiny amount of soup was delicious

Fast and very efficient. Friendly staff. A very varied menu for all tastes. The fried bread with breakfast is a must. Sit in or take away and they even do delivery as well so spoilt for choice.

They deliver to the dialysis centre whenever we need it, this is a massive help to someone who is on dialysis or has to go work before my treatment. The service is great and the ladies on the phone are very pleasant and positive. The sandwiches are great and fresh and the bread am fillings are of good quality. Thank you all, keep up the good work.

Nice little hidden gem for a decent brunch, love the rustic, industrial look and the breakfast was good value for money. Great barista coffee too and extremely friendly and lovely staff. Will definitely be returning! Would be great to see longer opening hours, but appreciate the location is probably a big factor in this.

Lovely food and staff,well worth a visit

It’s a hidden gem! Great food, friendly staff, welcoming interior & so clean. It’s not a cafe you’d expect on an industrial estate, if it was in town you’d struggle to get a seat. Wonderful selection of meals, salads, specials board along with the istaple bacon & eggs etc. You know when you get a brekkie & it’s swimming in grease? Not here, the plate is clean & free of it.

Been told a out this place so decided to have brunch. I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff and the surroundings. Parking is not a problem. I will be using the Office on a regulor basis.

What a find! Heard about the OC through word of mouth, several friends recommended we visit Great breakfast, relaxed atmoshere, fast and friendly service, super clean, and loads of easy parking. What's not to love?

Roll isn’t sandwich for the price with catering for all choices of hot and cold food! There “could” be parking on the main McKenzie way but it does have double yellow line 🤷🏻‍♂️🫡 Phone orders are welcome to cut waiting times 🙈

Ive used this now several times since using the nearby storage unit in June. The bacon and egg sandwiches are 1st class. I would go as far to say, the best ive had for a long time. Proper had cut bread and decent bacon. Decent coffee and very good value. Friends Ive recommended it to had an excellent breakfast and now wont go elsewhere. Its a hidden gem which you only know about if you go to the estate. I had seen it several times prior to going in and now I know what I missed. Its very clean, great staff and has a meeting room

Not sure what’s going on at this place, it’s expensive for what it is, and inconsistent. On man in front of me had toast to go, and it was £1.60!! A ‘toastie’ is £4, but for an extra 50p you can have a meal from their set price meals.

Found a hidden gem here... nothing was too much trouble for the staff, really friendly. Food was amazing, really enjoyed it and I'm normally picky with my food. Portion sizes are great. Very filling, you wouldnt walk away hungry. Decor makes you feel cosy. Found my new favourite place to eat. Totally recommend you try it 100%

We visited today for the first time. Brilliant all day breakfast, not from a hotplate, cooked to perfection whist you have a short wait, awesome friendly staff. Place is spotless, subdued lighting which creates a great atmosphere. Will certainly visit again.

Decent cafe, friendly staff, comfy surroundings

We have ordered from The Office Canteen three times now for meetings and conferences. The food went down a treat! The team fulfilled all our requirements and we have been very impressed with the punctual and helpful service every time. The food tasted great and the variety on offer was excellent. It all came very well wrapped and warm items were still perfect temperature when it came to eating. Our guests all very much enjoyed the spread and we will certainly continue to use The Office Canteen for future events.

Popped in for Breakfast as we were visiting Lighting & Living downstairs and the hunger pang struck. Good value, tasty food, clean environment, pleasant staff - would definitely recommend!

I originally planned on coming in for a small snack to buy and then go but once entering the café I was greeted by such welcoming staff that I decided to stay in and enjoy a full English breakfast. The food was brilliant and the service matched the quality of the food! I will definitely be returning soon, thankyou for such an enjoyable experience.

First visit and breakfast is just what is needed in clean surroundings and great staff. Will be back

The food was really good and was served immediately. It's not a restaurant so don't get confused. It is self service mostly. The ladys that served were friendly and helpfull. The only thing I didn't like was that the "menus" were not really clear on what they offered and what was included in the price. Prices were ok. That aside I can recommend it.

Visited Worcester on a short business trip found this place on an industrial estate at the side of town. What a find just had an amazing full English tea and toast for under five pounds.I don’t live in the UK so this was a real treat Really enjoyed it Would I go again that’s a BIG YESThey also have meeting rooms that can be hired at a reasonable price.

What an excellent Cafe! Slightly hidden away in a business park, but once you find it you will go back time and again. A great range of hot and cold foods which is perfect for me for lunchtime. I choose the take out options, and normally go for the special of the day. Portion size is very generous and fills you up. They have a large seating areas if you want to eat in. I have also been recommended by a friend to use their meeting rooms.

Having visited the office canteen a few times now, I feel I have to write a review as it’s changes my lunchtimes for ever.....!! No longer will I be tempted by chip shops, ready made sandwiches, Bargain bites or bakery’s in my quest for half decent lunchtime food - I’ve had Jacket Potatoes, Sweet Chilli Chicken, Homemade Moussaka and they’ve all been fantastic, and on those occasions I just need to pop in and straight out, their ‘ready made’ sandwiches are a world apart to what you would think of as ‘ready made’ - great value, fresh, properly cooked food and the staff are really friendly - I felt like a ‘regular’ after just 2 visits ..!! Well done to you all on this great concept ...!!

I visited The Office Canteen on a couple of occasions,as it was so nice,to have breakfast. The happy greeting you get when you walk in extends right through to you leaving. Nothing is to much trouble and the choice is fantastic. Love the way the place has been set out to give privacy,if needed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Worcester. Thanks Rich and the team.

Many thanks to The Office Canteen, they put together a superb lunch for 22 people for a meeting that we were hosting, good quality, fresh food, excellent!

I recently visited the Office canteen, after a friend recommended it to me, and we were very impressed with the decor! A short male chef greeted us and was very pleasant. I informed him of my allergy and he went through what was appropriate for me, whilst being very accommodating and welcoming. He even gave me some salad on the side of my panini to try which was fresh and tasty! My husband had the chilli beef which he said was lovely- even better than the one he usually gets from the takeaway! The chef then let him take his pick of the sides. He loved it and there was no food left on both of our plates! The canteen was modern and clean and I will be returning for some hot food with some friends. Thank you!

I have visited The Office Canteen four times in the last couple of months and this will definitely be the last time. The first visit, I ordered a panini, the panini itself was very nice, the 25 minute wait for them to make it was not great. So visit number two I decided to order something that would be quicker, so I went for a Jacket potato, this was very nice and was prepared quickly, the lady servicing me however was abrupt and rude and looked under pressure. Visit number three consisted of myself and 8 other colleagues, about 6 of us ordered sandwiches while the other three had hot food/jacket potatoes, the 3 with hot food had finished their lunch way before the sandwiches even started to arrive, yes the food was very nice, but again the wait and service was unacceptable. Today (my final visit) I pre-ordered via the phone a Tuna salad sandwich, when I arrived it was ready for me and I added a drink and a pack of crisps. When I got to the till the lady said there were no longer offering the £2.99 sandwich meal deal that they had been advertising, I said ok, as I was sure it wouldn't be much more, she then charged me £5.09. When I left and got back to work I realised the Tuna salad sandwich was just tuna, they had forgotten the salad and the crisps they sold me were best before 17th Match (yes it is 5th April), all in all I had two pieces of bread, with a bit of tuna, some out of date crisps and a can of coke, all for £5.09!!! Therefore for anyone thinking of visiting there, seriously reconsider and go elsewhere!

Great Cafe with Fab Food and Staff they are all so accommodating that nothing is too much trouble with large healthy portions at such a reasonable cost.I keep returning and have tried breakfast, lunch and take aways ,are all great quality.See you again soon and many thanks!

I've visited the office canteen a few times now over the past few weeks, it was recommended to me by a business colleague and I'm so pleased that I went. The interior is nicely decorated, the various seating areas/ booths mean that I can sit and hide, do a bit of paperwork whilst enjoying the days offerings. Each daytime lunch is themed, when I went in yesterday it was curry day and wow it was amazing four different curries with a selection of side dishes poppadoms and dips and nan bread served with a hot drink included in the price. I had the Malaysian chicken curry and was also tempted into trying the lamb one also, with rice, curried potatoes and a Thai curried cauliflower all the dishes were absolutely gorgeous, full of flavour and as good as any I've eaten in any Indian restaurant, all washed down with a cappuccino, there coffee is excellent, I'm a bit of a coffee snob, the coffee here is really good. I'm gonna return this coming week for breakfast, I already know I won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work office canteen, see you in the week!!!!! :-)
