Very nice place to eat can’t fault food or service but one thing change of background music present music being played a bit dismal

Although we had a warm welcome, they waiting staff messed up the food order 3 times. The food was pricey but just OK. One strong piece of advice....Please invest in better quality cheese. That cheap nasty plastic muck was tasteless. Two people didn't enjoy their meals because of the poor quality cheese.

Just next to Worcester Foregate Station, I had a Super Six Breakfast, And a Pot of tea . The cooked breakfast was lovely and hot and the service was great,Very friendly staff. I was made to feel very welcome.. The place was very clean as well..

Ordered from here a few days ago and found a hair inside my egg. My partner called up. Spoke with management who claimed I could pop down to obtain a refund. Called up today to arrange that. Spoke to a rude horrible individual. Who told me to go through just eat. Which isn't what was agreed and then had the audacity to hang up on me. So someone needs to call me ASAP to sort this out. Not acceptable. Will never order from you again. Period.

Had a coffee when we arrived in Worcester by train went shopping and had another on our way back to the station both times the coffee was very nice as was the staff. When we come again we will come in again.

It is a good place to have breakfast with a variety of dishes, good service and plates with just the right amount of food according to the price you pay. It was nice to be seated near the window. Situated in the town centre with lots of ambient. Recommended this little restaurant that make you feel at home.

Popped in for something to eat whilst waiting for a train. Service was pleasant, the inside was laid out appropriately to accommodate a good number of customers. Price point was fair for what I had and matched the menu options. I had a burger and chips with a coffee. Lots of competition locally, haven't many others but this place invited me in when passing. Worth a visit.

A really well-run independent coffee shop with breakfast/lunch options and plenty of tables. Been coming here for a number of years and the staff are always really welcoming and friendly, the food is well priced and good quality, and its always a lovely atmosphere.

We have visited this cafe for a few years now and it never disappoints. The staff are lovely, the service is excellent and the food is amazing. This little cafe deserves the utmost reviews as its excellent. I had the avocado and bacon salad today and I really enjoyed it, they go to so much bother with presentation and freshness. I haven't found a cafe to beat it, 5 star review, keep up the excellent work 👏

First visit to Coffee Warehouse today and thoroughly impressed. Food was superb. I had the Chicken Tikka Massala which was so tasty while my wife had the Sirloin Steak which was cooked to perfection! The setting was cool and relaxed with background music set at a pleasant volume. The staff were wonderful and the prices were very reasonable especially given the quality of the food and service. Will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend.

First time here and it's a lovely cafe. I had the full English and it was very tasty. Also good value for money.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Inside this cafe is very cosy and the interior is nice with all the pictures on the walls. We enjoyed our breakfast for sure, only our lattes tasted more like an ordinary coffee, we expected them to be more milky and smooth.

Good prompt service...and nicely done food. Customer focused eg husband asked how the egg was done and he was asked how he would like it.

Really disappointed yesterday. Have been many times before and the food and staff have been great. Today waitress friendly. Breakfast luke warm. Only sausage hot. Toast more like bread. Not even that busy. Ate as hungry and just edible. Asked when paying if all was OK. Explained cold - 'what the beans - no all replies my husband. No apology made by staff. Will probably give it ago 1 more time as usually so nice.

The 1st time I visited this place on 27/11/22 I had the banana pancakes. It was suppose to have been served with ice cream. The waitress was friendly and smiley, lovely. But through a fault of theirs and mine I didn't get the ice cream with it and I didn't even realise till after I ate it! ( Which was funny because I did find it to be dry!But had flavour). The waitress on that day did ask how it was and I did say fine. (Being polite at the time). I visited again and was contemplating having the pancakes but to make sure I would get the ice cream this time. We mentioned it, and was a bit cheeky and and asked if it was possible to have an extra scoop as I didn't have it last time and I had paid for it but didn't receive. I know a week had passed by. The waitress said nothing ! No smile, no sorry we can't, no I will have a word with the manager or manageress. Just blank (I thought that to be a no then!), if it's a no, a polite one would have been nice. I had the Super Six in the end. It was ok. But I don't feel in a hurry to visit again. The coffee was very nice though on both occasions.. visited on 4/11/21. After receiving an apology directly from the Manager from my 1st review and revisiting on 10/11/21 coffee warehouse I have to say the Manager was as good as his word and rectified my small complaint and I left a fully 100% satisfied customer. They apologized to me in person too! Which was very commendable. Thank you to the Manager and to all the staff yesterday for a pleasant and welcoming visit and great coffee!

Nice little cafe, where our family enjoyed lunch. Food was good and It was great they had a gluten free option for us. The fussy kids ate there meals and they did a school holiday discount! Will def be back when we visit again.

Has the feel of an old style cafe which I loved. Food came out quickly and was hot.

We had a lovely breakfast visit here. The staff were very prompt and very pleasant. As you can see from the photos the food was presented very well and tasted great. And my flat white coffee was spot on. Definitely recommend.

I visited Coffee Warehouse today for a light lunch, Coffee was hot and delicious service quick and friendly also had a Roasted Vegetable Panini my friend had Poached Egg on toast and a green tea. Food tasty at a very good price. Very impressed with presentation and service will definitely visit again with their extensive menu!. All PPE in place felt safe and looked after.

We wondered round the town and found coffee where house as it looked classy and cosy. The food service was excellent! I would highly recommend checking this place out if your in town. The Menemen was very very good but everything we ordered looked tasty. The owner was very friendly and helped us chose the best things for us.

Just stumbled upon this café while I was walking on the main road. Good friendly vibes from the service which made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Definitely recommend and will be returning!
