Very friendly staff, but long wait for one bacon sandwich. After twenty minutes I had to ask them to chase order. Wasn't busy.

I had the boss breakfast which was delicious Staff were really helpful, i was served by monika who was so much help & very cheerful. I will definitely be back in the future

Popped in for a bit of breakfast/brunch and a coffee with my parents over the weekend. Staff and manageress were very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Would definetely recommend a visit. Good value for money also.

My Daughter took me here for Mother's Day and it was wonderful...the staff were kind and attentive and the food was really good value for money. The chefs Wes and Josh did an amazing job with a generous portion, and the carrot cake was one of the best, will definitely be coming here again!!

Came here with the family and loved it. Had the boss breakfast which was great and loved the milkshakes too. Chefs did a fab job on the food and the front of house were super friendly. Loved the casual vibes of the place, thoroughly recommend.

I'm a regular here but just had to post about the young lad, I think his name is Luke, he is just so lovely and polite. Every time I come here for a coffee I am just blown away by his manners. He's an absolute star. Such a credit to the business. A+++ for Luke!

I come here semi-often for lunch or to grab myself a coffee to take with me, and every time the staff and atmosphere has been lovely. The menu has a good variety for breakfast & brunch items and is cooked fresh, super tasty. Fully recommend going here, you can tell those who work here enjoy what they do.

Our favourite cafe in Worcester, we bring our 5yo and there is a good selection of food and drinks (including vegan and vegetarian) and colouring activities for children. Nice atmosphere and quick service no matter how busy they are.

Nice place to go for brunch the breakfast was good but could have done with more meat getting the biggest breakfast on the menu and only 1 sausage seemed a bit scrimpy

As usual, a lovely place to eat. Never disappointed. Three breakfasts and numerous coffees, the only thing stopping me having more is an expanding waistline and a shrinking bank balance!

The waitors, waitresses, chefs, and whole of boh staff always do their best to make their customers happy. The food is always satiating, and the atmosphere is always chill for me to do my work in. Highly recommend to come whether you want food or just drinks.

The good: lovely tea, nice laid back atmosphere. Pleasant staff. The bad: £5.95 for a sausage bap ,the bap being a cold dreary wholemeal one,tiny and without any additions. Worth about £1.50 on a good day. Toasted sandwich average, the chips were an oily, soggy let down. Lack of serviettes. Not the experience we used to have

We asked when we went into the restaurant if they offered gluten free they said yes. We ordered food and drinks. After being served the drinks we were told that there was no gluten free available. We were refunded the food but not the drinks. Really poor service. Really disappointed that they did not offer gluten free. Will not visit again.

Today we were greeted with a friendly welcome and informed how to order online or at the till and was told there was more seating up stairs. The food was great but a bit pricey , it wasn't any better then you'd get at your usual cafe , it just happened to be the first one we came to. Table service was good and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Staff were lovely, the table and cutlery didn’t feel fully clean, scrambled eggs were wet and soggy, and toast was drenched in butter.

Good food,soured ethically, vegan options which is great.

As good as the menus are they don’t change enough. It’s also to expensive for regular customers who are watching the pennies. The table we sat at had a low shelf on the wall so makes it impossible for taller people to sit there. The young waitress struggled to manoeuvre around thanks to the low shelves

Lovely larger town centre cafe elevated to something smarter. Love how vegan friendly the food options are too (albeit not on the brunch section - shame) which is one of the better choices in town. Good coffee too, slightly infuriating app you are asked to order but ended up going to the counter and team there were helpful and pleasant. Would return for a vegan breakfast anytime

Best bacon and fried egg sandwich I've had in ages

Love the BTP, based on the experiences of our party happily accommodating for kids and the disabled. The food is fabulous whatever you order and the cheerful staff are happy to make to order (couple of tricky customers in our party!) Particularly recommended the homemade hash browns, they're delicious! We had a missing drink that we had to chase and missing fries we waited for, hence the missing star but the staff were quick to respond. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Arrived for a hot drink at around 11, only to be turned away at the door because they were apparently full, even though we could see at least two free tables from outside. Think this was just poor planning on their part, with too few staff to keep up with clearing tables. Really disappointing for BTP. Won't be coming back.

Walked to the counter just as ine if the staff walked away. Another member of staff making drinks, turned around but said nothing. Third member of staff had been clearing rables, walked past me at counter and dealt with the dirty dishes, walked back oast me to go and welcoming 2 ladies at door to usher them to a table. Perhaps I missed the procedure here but surely someone should have been polite enough to ask if I had been served or point out the procedure for ordering. No apology when I pointed our that I had been overlooked- shoddy service.

BLUE LIGHT WORKERS GET FOBBED OFF! visited as a family as we have done on many occasions the staff member that greeted us said do you know how to use a QR code pointing to the huge sign in the door and hinting at my mother who is in her 50's we said yes but asked if we could order at the till for blue light discount which we have enjoyed at this and other BTP branches. she very rudely told us that they dont offer it and have never had. we knew this was false as had visited at the start of the month and had the blue light 10%. she was consistently rude insisting that BTP dont do blue light discount. when we said other BTPs (Stratford and Solihull) do she rudely replied well maybe they make more money. before we had even made up our minds as weather or not to just order something she had moved on to the people who entered behind us speaking over us to them. if Blue light card holders want a tasty meal and to feel respected go over to Coffee Wearhouse by the corn-market much friendlier towards the blue light brigade

The food can be inconsistent and so can the staff. Again this girl who has served us previously always seems to be in a hurry for something. Clearly just working here just for the money. She huffed at us and had to go up to the counter to ask for ketchup with our meals. I’ve worked in the industry all my working career both in front and back of house. I get turned down for people who don’t deserve their jobs

Last came here in 2019 and thought it was excellent... 4 years later it's a different story. Arrived 9.30am on a Sunday for breakfast. All good, coffees arrived in timely fashion. We were sat in full view of the kitchen serving hatch and saw our prepared breakfasts sat there for approaching 10 minutes. Eventually I got up and asked if we were supposed to be serving ourselves... We then asked for ketchup, none arrived, got up and found some ourselves. Not a great experience. Adding to this the place needs a serious refurb. Wish we'd gone to Wetherspoons to be honest. Especially when you spend £25.

visited for brunch and ordered 1 westcountry breakfast 1 sausage muffin and scrambled sweetcorn on tost. was really happy that the "scrambled egg" could be changed to the scrambled sweetcorn as i loved that dish last year and was gutted when it was taken off. really liked how the young blond girl came down from the kitchen to check why we had ordered the sweetcorn to see if it was allergy or just preference because of the spread on the toast (it was preference ) the food arrived fairly quick and was hot and tasty and full of flavour. the sweetcorn was slightly thicker in texture (thicker than i recall )but it did not spoil the taste. really hoping other Bostons will do the same for me and even better bring back the scrambled sweetcorn on toast as it was awesom

I ordered an iced coffee which on the menu has it as blended up with ice. Either the blender machine was broken or the staff where just being lazy I don’t know. They had new staff on shift which obviously means they haven’t been shown. The management need to be overseeing things to ensure consistency

Great service inside Boston Tea Party on Monday 04/04/22 & catching up with a close friend we hadn't seen each other for over 25 yrs with myself living in Australia. The food & drinks were delicious & fast service from a friendly team, prices very reasonable. Spacious interior & plenty of seating inside a spotless environment.

Dined in, good choices on menu, staff most helpful, polite and friendly.

My first visit this year for brunch and it was as good as I remembered and expected. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was busy. The front of house manager was particularly impressive (I think his name is Joe), quickly finding - and cleaning - a table for me and explaining the QR code ordering system vs ordering at the counter. The breakfast I ordered - the West Country - was delicious. It’s easy to tell the quality of ingredients makes their food stand out: everything was perfectly cooked and tasty; it’s obvious that they use local suppliers. The atmosphere was great, made even better by the friendly staff. Wonderful!

Highly recommend checking out Boston Tea Party - they do a wonderful selection of breakfasts, lunches and teas. We had a the veggie breakfast while we were there which was one of the nicest vegetarian breakfasts my partner and I had had. Loved the addition of the sweetcorn fritter and the green veggies to the breakfast and kept us going through a whole day of walking around Worcester 😊

i went here a few months ago just to chill with a friend. the tea is good and the fries are also good, a nice place just to chat.

I visited this place on Friday whilst I was trying to get food elsewhere but no joy. So I came here instead although it is card only not cash which is a bit of a let down for people who want to use cash instead of card but hey ho. Staff were friendly, very professional, cleanliness I give 5 out of 5. I had a Strawberry and Ginger Smoothie and Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce which was lovely. It is a bit pricey but worth it. I will deffo visit again ☺ 🙂 😊 😌 🤗

First time here, mainly because a number of other cafés were closed by that time of the evening. Been on the hunt for a good breakfast roll and they offered one. I like mine with lots of egg and bacon so whilst I was disappointed with the quantity I got for the price I can't fault the quality of both the food and the service. The bacon was nice and thick and not underdone or too fatty. It's served with a runny egg, so I had to use a knife and fork (which led to a couple of unfortunate incidents) but I'm sure if I go there again and ask them to break the egg that they would be happy to do so. I may well return, but was very satisfied with this initial experience.

Wow... I'm seriously invested in great breakfast locations. Having spent many years in London and New York, IU have been spoiled for choice. BTP, is in my opinion as good or better than any casual breakfast eatery I have ever experienced. The staff are brilliant, both super friendly and efficient and the food is off the charts good. (even if you're a carnivore, try the sweetcorn fritters). Couple that with particularly great coffee. What a winning combination. If I could give 6 starts I would.

Now this place was a huge surprise, I've been living in Worcester for over a decade and this week I got inside Boston tea for the first time.. from the outside I thought It was extra small and extra posh it was actually very pleasant, huge and cosy, staff was also very friendly, I'm surely coming back

Love this place. Big seating space, downstairs and upstairs with a relaxed, trendy vibe. Great for brunch and light meals. Good vegetarian options too. Kids very welcome and kids get special menu with crayons so always helpful.

What an awesome bunch of people. Not only was the food and the atmosphere top notch, the staff are some genuine people. I had a long day of uni work on the laptop and Hannah and Ellie were just keeping me going. What an ace team.
