Bluebell Farm - Farmhouse Inns in Worcester

I use this place regularly & today’s breakfast was shocking, it starts at 8am & by 8.20am there was still no fried eggs or toast, or butter, when the eggs came out, they were full of snott on the top, like under cooked, the toast looked like it was cooked over a cigarette lighter, the mushrooms were all small, micro mushrooms, unwashed & cooked with the mud or muck still on them, the yorkshires were greasy & tasted like they were cooked in old oil, the plates were cold, like just took out of the fridge, very very disappointed with todays. So I won’t be using this place for a while.

I was not impressed at all by the Bluebell. This is the third time we’ve came and had to send back food. Previously, there was egg shell on the mixed grill, as well as having issues regarding dirty cutlery and glasses. This time, we came for a Carvery where we were served the fatty, gristly bits of meat in which we wouldn’t even feed to our dog!! The assistant manager was very lovely and helpful, I just feel ashamed that she has to work in a place like this! Will not be coming back here, and if I was you, I wouldn’t either!

Went with a friend, we where settled promptly and greater nicely, we ordered the food and we where very please, we where table checked and we expressed how nice it was, would defiantly recommend.

Ordered two 3 meat Sunday roast for delivery via uber eats what i received was a substandard kid's meal missing coliflower cheese parsnips and cabbage not to mention the extra pigs in blankets i Ordered not turning up at all meaning they have quite literally stolen £5 did even include the standard Yorkshire puddings that are supposed to be included the roast potatoes were burnt beyond edible and the meat that was included was awful containing mostly fat and gristle it's a shame I had to leave this review as I'm a repeat customer with 9 previous orders 7 of wich have been amazing unfortunately this time was so bad I will not be making another order ever again and will be advising free the same

Despite being warned "the plate might be hot", it wasn't - in fact, nothing was hot, especially the broccoli. If I come again, I won't have the carvery. Shame.

Had the carvery today. Lots of hot and tasty veg to go with either turkey, beef gammon. I had beef and my wife had the turkey, both very tasty indeed. Staff super friendly and nice to have a table check tk see if we were happy. Very good value for money and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this pub and get a big 5 stars from us.

Great place for us and the kids! Hot filling meals on our table within minutes. Ended up staying an hour longer because our child was loving the indoor play area. Friendly staff. Got served promptly at the bar. Would definitely come again.

I really love coming to this restaurant, best carvery I’ve had in Worcester. However I won’t be visiting again. Just reading through the reviews and I noticed an extremely invasive rude lady who sneakily took a picture and uploaded a picture of one of your members of staff. This man has served me before and I think his service is great. The response from the management team to this hurtful and unfair post is equally disturbing. Is that really how you treat your staff? You didn’t defend him once in your reply or question as to why while lady was taking unsolicited sneaky pictures and uploading for everyone to see. I’ve reported the post and I hope you are doing uttermost to take this post down too. This is not how you treat your staff. You should ban this lady from ever entering your premises again.

Been here many times before, always had the carvery, which you cannot fault, plenty of choice of meats and vegetables, which are regularly refreshed. Decided to try something from the menu on this latest visit, again couldn't fault it....the highlight of Bluebell Farm has to be the 'cake away' pudding. They are gorgeous, but the size of them are unbelievable, you will not believe it. Can't even fault the staff, they're all friendly and cheerful.

Came out for a birthday meal. Saw this place while working on the estate so thought I'd treat the wife to a decent pub meal as she likes. Got in just before half 8 on a Saturday evening to be told that food had been stopped 2 hours early. Wasn't very impressive.

We had amazing service tonight .We had our carverys which were lovely and when we got home my daughter realised that she had left something behind. I rang them and they went out of there way to find the missing items. Thank you for the amazing service,my daughter was super happy to get her items back☺️
