The tracking was rubbish. Our food took almost 90 minutes to arrive. Then my order was showing as "delivered" on the just eat site. I called the restaurant to see what was happening with the order and the employee I spoke to said he would contact the driver and then call me back in 5 minutes. He did not call back. Eventually the food came but it was not good. A shame, I hear they used to be first rate.

food was great, good portion size lots of meat, I called and asked them to make it spicy for us and it was absolutely perfect, would've loved a red sauce along with the sweet yoghurt sauce but thank you, will be ordering again in the future

Truly disappointing. Half my dinner didn't arrive. What did was cold and then the missing part arrives and that was cold and barely cooked too. Such a let down. I'll never use again.

Had takeaway for the first time in a while. Food quality is very good, the curry’s could have a little more depth of flavour. They urgently need to resolve their website.

Food turned up 45 mins latecand chicken korma missing Resturant not answering phone

Popped up on a Monday so was very quiet. The food was great and service clearly attentive. There were another couple of tables if 4 by the time we left. The decor is a little bland but it's present enough.

We have been ordering for here for a long time and unfortunately this time they forgot items with seems to be a regular thing now disappointingly the food was over cooked to the point you would break your teeth if trying to eat it

Curry arrived 2 hours from ordering. Wasn't super hot and chicken makhani was super sweet and onion bhaji was stodgy. Would not recommend at all which is a shame as when I've been to the restaurant it has been far nicer. V v poor.

Ordered two samosa chats and the cholas (chick peas) were undercooked. The chick peas tasted raw and I would have returned it if I didn’t live so far away. Please do not buy their chat which is on expensive side of 3.70£. You can get better tasting samosa chats from other places but avoid here. Rip off

Have just had a takeaway from here tonight. Chicken Passanda. Chicken Nawazi pilau rice and a plain naan The chicken was very dry and chewy, a huge piece of cauliflower floret very off off putting. The Naan was dry and chewy. Will not order from here again . Very disappointed as normally when we have eaten in food is excellent. £27 Was not justified.

Food was nice and tasty but we got a 'Lamb Korma' instead of a 'Lamb Tikka Massala' we ordered... But we enjoyed it anyways, it was delicious! The order was placed two hours ahead of the requested delivery time but the food still arrived 30 minutes late, something we don't expected after having placed the order well ahead of time.

Food isn’t bad but the delivery times are horrible, happened on two occasions, thought it was a one off but clearly not. They mark the order as delivered before it even leaves so they don’t have to deal with just eat telling them they’re always late. Also, the excuse was they’re usually closed on Tuesday, not the customers problem. Do not open if you can’t provide a normal service. Bearing in mind last time I ordered was on a weekend anyway and the same thing happened.

Melt in the mouth lamb balti, perfect pilau and delicious poppadoms. Amazing as always.

Containers not sealed properly, so a lot of the food had come out into the bag. Otherwise food was nice.

We went to the Noor Mahal for the first time tonight and had one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The food was exceptional but what really made it was the waiters. They were all very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back very soon

Normally love the Noor Mahal- but the food took an age to arrive (we are minutes away)- just eat said it was delivered but it hadn't even left the shop. Bit cold. And didn't taste like it normally does, just a ton of garlic and salt in everything- lost the flavour. Disappointing.

We weren't sure who to go to, so it was great to find such a good chef

Had a take away for the family. Good selection of dishes, mild to very spicy. All excellent. Food was hot and well packed. No leakages. Always a cheeky poppadom thrown in for the drive home. Collectors reward. Overall quality food at a reasonable price

Orderd a chicken madras which tasted tangy & didn't enyoy. The chicken tikkia puree was also bland. We didn't much of the food & wouldn't order again. I wouldn't recommend x

10% off your order….. brilliant ! Every penny saved is a bonus. Unfortunately 10% off actually meant 10% less food as my rice was only half full and my popadoms were missing. Bread and Bhaji’s slightly under cooked too. Pretty average meal. Disappointing as normally pretty good.

Absolutely appalling. Food was later than advised had to ring to be told they didn’t have our order and then said they did but was on its way…. Took another 15 mins. When it arrived it was stone cold and looked like it had been turned upside down as the side were open on one of the curries and it had leaked over everything else in the order. Tried to call back and advise and can’t get an answer. Would not use again

Amazing food and on time delivery

Imran and the team were exceptional. They catered for my son's first birthday party and went above and beyond. Prior we had a food tasting session, discussed portions and we agreed on a menu for the day. Prices were reasonable and on the day Imran even added extra's to make sure everyone was happy. Everything was organized superbly, food went down a treat and the event was a big success especially for 100 people. Would massively recommend for events the team were in sync and the food was fresh and tasty. Main thing which stuck out was that Imran really cared about making the event a success and gave great advice. Thank you guys.

Lovely food, great service, reasonably priced. I would recommend booking a table because over the weekends it does get busy. Have never had a bad meal in 14 years of using the place. Will be there again soon.

Food was good as usual. Only complaints not very hot and naan bread burnt.

Not been here for awhile, especially mid week, but food and service was just as good as it use to be. I like the sanitizer per table and seem keen to keep things clean, nice.

Ordered last night at 17.00 for a 19.45 delivery … food arrived 22.10 😂 .. after a call to them .. don’t think it would have come at all otherwise .. I appreciate it was NYE but come on! 😂… once it arrived it was nice il give them that
