They would be advised to clean the pipes for there draught beer shocking !!!!!!! Because there open 24/7 no excuse could do one brand a time

Fairly good food, had the bacon and cheese burger. Would recommend over the options at the hotels. Staff were friendly, fast service.

Horrible food quality, uncaring staff (except one person called Sawant, who was apologetic about our experience) and unapologetic about the lack of service or food quality.

SANTOS the manager was amazing and the team was incredibly exciting and happy to make sure my meal comes in time … Sagio and Daren .. wow what a service … looks like the kind of my place before flight …

Bad food and bad customer service

Well where do I start? Upon entering I asked the lady at the bar if we could seat at any table and it was a rude brush off as yea. I tried to ignore it and went to a table with my family. I ordered an omelette and I assumed it would have come with toast. When the omelette came, there was no bread. I ordered toast thereafter which took about ten minutes. I had to go up to remind the ONLY lovely server and she politely told me the toast was ready. I went back to my seat and another server... (APPARENTLY THE MANAGER ) BROUGHT the toast out and dropped it on the table rudely without saying a word and far from my plate as well..... What type of service is this? This service from the manager and bar tender was disgusting and appalling !!!!! I will NEVER PATRONISE THIS BUSINESS Again. Imagine paying over 40 pound for this type of service???

Friendly service, tasty fish&chips plus nice beer and fantastic gin! For me that's all I need at the airport. Thank you for nice time while waiting for my next flight.

Awful on all counts, overpriced, ‘chicken burger’ consisted of three dried out nuggets in a limp salad bun with an egg cupful of chips. No welcome, no check or smile from staff, dirty table, skanky sauce bottles and to top it all bloody Coldplay on the Muzak. Avoid at all costs.

Expensive!!. £13.50 for a bacon and cheeseburger and not so much as a side salad….nothing, skin on fries would cost another £4.75. Avoid, get in the car and travel to a pub, or if departing, wait and go to The Breakfast Club.

Dirty tables, hamburger with plastic-like taste. Good beer.

The fish and chips was cold and found a brown long hair didn’t offer a refund or replacement

Santana was helpful and quick with my order; and I also enjoyed the scrambled eggs and a very hot cup of cappuccino.

We had breakfast before our flight, my friend got the big house brunch and I got the ceased salad , unfortunately my salad chicken was really dry and so was the parmesan cheese it didn’t taste very good. Our waiter David was so lovely he changed my food to the house brunch and gave me an extra mocha as my salad cost more than the brunch. He also gave me whipped cream on my mocha even though it doesn’t come with it as my friend had whipped cream on her hot chocolate. He was very lovely and polite to us and went above and beyond to help out, I enjoyed the brunch and my mocha before my flight.

The order took ages and when it finally arrived; items were missing. To add insult to injury we were asked to produce receipt as evidence for croissants ordered ! Chased three times for the order

Perfect place to stop for a breakfast after a long flight. The service was superb, big props to David S. for good vibes and swift service.

If you are sitting in the Premier Inn or Sofitel and wondering if the grass is greener inside the terminal, the answer is yes. Gin is distilled on site (and they are very passionate about this) - the orange and passionfruit was great. Otherwise, decent selection of wines and Camden Hells beers. We ordered some beige appetitisers which tasted good. All round far better than the alternative we were facing before a 90 second walk over here.

Brilliant place for food and drink, lovely staff

We were curious about the gin distillery at the airport. Philip explained the different gins made here, and his enthusiasm encouraged us to try the London dry, and the Elderflower/Earl grey varieties. Both were excellent and delicious. He also told us about the amazing desserts on offer. Unfortunately, we did not have time to try any of these, even though they sounded amazing. Maybe next time we travel from the north terminal!

The food here was amazing and reasonably priced. Our waiter Harvey was very polite and friendly - great customer service.

19/02/24 AM. At first we were told to order at the bar, but a very helpful waiter/worker (tall with an accent) saw that we got up to order and said he would take our order at the table instead. He was very efficient, polite, and made helpful suggestions to our order. Food was good.

Good food, lovely staff perfect little place to get food before you go through security

We arrived at 6pm on a sat evening, it was a two hour wait for the restaurant in Premier Inn but we found a seat here immediately. I thought we would need to order at the bar but a waiter was with us almost immediately and he was super efficient. Food took 20 mins but we were informed when we ordered and it was cooked fresh so you can't really expect anything else. Food was good quality and the prices were what I would expect in an airport restaurant. Waiter was absolutely excellent!

Over-priced beer at nearly £7 a pint. Beer tasted like lemonade, yuk!!

The handsome waiter on the second floor here is really nice and the service is very good. I think I will come here again for his service.

Visited for our Valentine's Dinner, tried the Valentine Special Strawberry Prosecco at £12, Crispy Chicken Bites with both Sauces on the side for £9.25, and the Haggis Pakora for £8.25. It filled us up just enough for dessert. Our waiter, Marcin, provided exceptional customer service with a constant smile, offering excellent food recommendations. The dishes were delightful, accurately reflecting the menu. Kudos to the chefs! Marcin excelled in upselling and suggesting. For desserts, we enjoyed Vanilla Cheesecake at £7.25 and Pecan Pie also at £7.25.

Only had a drink but found the staff very polite and friendly. Would recommend eating here. Good service by Ploy the waitress.

They said for us to grab a table as they did table service. We waited 15 minutes and no one came over , so ended up going to the bar and ordering direct. Apart from that , the foods ok 👍

Brought to the attention of staff that their sausage seemed to be dry and unappetising, was told it was held in the hot hold, I don't know for how long as it left me with an upset stomach before flying. Expensive for what I received. Would not recommend

Much quieter than most other places near here, pleasant service, nice food and a decent choice of drinks

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff when I visited yesterday 26/1/24 at around 11.30am. I went to the bar to order a tea and a coke, the two ladies were chatting, one spotted me but continued with their conversation for at least another 30 seconds before acknowledging me. She took my order and rang it through the till sending it to card payment, I asked if they accepted cash which she replied with a huff yes, showing her annoyance as she cancelled the card, then waved her hand at me saying ‘give it to me then’ meaning the cash!!! I was then told there’s would be brought to the table for me….five or so minutes later no tea. I looked up to the bar and could see it there on a tray waiting for the server. The server was wandering around picking up the odd empty, ignoring the tea, he even went and delivered another persons drink but still ignored the tea!! Suffice to say I ended up going to the bar and getting it myself. They weren’t busy just rude and incompetent. I would avoid.

Before ordering the fish and chips I enquired what was the fish? Told it was definitely cod, it wasn't and I suspect it was something horrible like Bassa. However it was well cooked with crispy batter and decent chips.

The staff on mud afternoon today were all superb. We'll done. A most enjoyable meal.

The food was disgusting i am a chef my self and i do not understand how people eat here we got two burger and nachos and 2 chips they were all disgusting i was guessing the chips will be good even that was not cooked. Didn't ear nothing and cost us £72. Waste of money same as putting in the bin. I think whsmiths sandwiches are 100x bettter

Chicken club was good, Cheeseburgers were not. Pretty sure it was a frozen patty and had a weird texture. Do not recommend it. I was afraid to finish it and possibly get sick before an early morning next day flight. Almost £5 extra for fries. The service was good. But £75 for 2 burgers, 1 chicken club, 3 fries and 3 soft drinks seems excessive. Not including the extra service fee.

Grossest food I’ve ever had. Stale, tasted off. Just not nice. They’re lucky they’re the only food you can get before security.

Hamburger too dry, meat much overcooked but impeccable and professional service.

I am very disappointed with the man the one with the ginger beard at the counter. I was able to see the man and his facial expression and his attitude from across the serving place where people eat. My sister asked for a danish pastry and instead received a pain au raisin. The money spent here isn’t worth it if the workers aren’t willing to respect the customers.

A slow but overwhelmed service due to numerous visits and lack of staff and/or management. Meal ok. Fair value for money for an airport.

A very comfy space if you have time to kill before check-in. Like to thank Nicholas who was really lovely during the time! Thankyou!

INCROYABLE !!!! Parfait pour un brunch. Toast d'avocat avec supplément saumon délicieux. Toast d'œuf brouillés avec supplément bacon époustouflant. Atmosphère plaisante. Propose tout type de plats, notamment végétarien, vegan, sans gluten etc.. Merci !

The crispy chicken and avocado burger was not very good at all. The chicken was barely warm and the house relish was not a good choice for that burger in my opinion. Also neither the salad nor the salad dressing tasted good at all and I had to ask for the salad dressing they didn't automatically provide it with the salad.

When arriving, a table became vacant. The previous diner advised us there is a reserved sign but must ignore it. I was desperate to sit down as I have broken foot and on cruches. We were told we could not sit there as it is reserved. Which is fine, however, as a manager one should have the sense to say, look please stay seated, we will organise a table for you in a few minutes. We eventually moved to Starbucks. The full hour we sat we could see .. the reserved table was never used. It remained empty. Bad management, poorly trained staff have just caused one very unhappy customer to write this review.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and especially the great service by Phillip. Much better than the average airport restaurant!

One of the waitress’s attitude was terrible. Food was ok.

I was initially thinking it was a bit pricey however, the chicken burger with avocado was superb! The fries were perfectly cooked, fresh, hot. I was very well looked after by Marvin and honestly the best airport meal I have ever had and believe me I have been in more than a few airports. Well done to the team here.

Great atmosphere, the distillery looked amazing, perfect G&T and Aperol Spritz combine with a steak ale pie. Friendly and very professional staff. Strongly recommend a visit.

Joe's coffee in the South Terminal was closed due to the Giraffe expansion, so I gave this place a try before going through security. The welcome from Tom was warm but professional, seating comfortable and (unlike Starbucks and Pure) they serve coffee in a proper cup not a paper takeaway version! It was a really decent flat white. Excellent first experience, highly recommended!

We went before a flight and so liked it that we chose to take our granddaughter there for lunch. Served each time by the lovely and efficient Marcin. Food good and gin distilled on the premises!

Absolutely wonderful service from lovely Marcin. So friendly and efficient. We were a bit down after returning home in the rain after a great time in the sun and Marcin was a lovely tonic.

The fish was excellent but came with cold chips. No one had any interest in clearing old plates and glasses from the table

Not what I would call a traditional pub but good food and friendly service. Pricey. What ruined the whole dining experience for me was the bland, soulless music, quite dreadful.

Im in awe at how seamless the staff work, at how calm they all move around the floor, and you can see how kind they are to each other. The chicken wings are fabulous and the Guinness is tops.

Philip was very engaging and knowledgeable and as such we ordered the gin that is distilled onsite and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely drinks described very well by Philip. Great experience thanks

There is no service. Your find a table your self you order your self. You ask one of the people working here what is the status of your order and you don’t get a reply. Food arrived after 20 mins and we where forced to eat it quickly so that we can catch our flight. Not ideal I would expect the food to come earlier
