Costa Coffee in Crawley

Good location, lots of tables and the staff seem very attentive. The product is also good too. Nothing like a decent double espresso to get going.

can't get your order right and don't care as they know that you haven't got time to get back to the counter and complain. and the coffee served there is disgusting compered to other Costas my advice go to Joes or cafe nero upstairs for your coffee it at Gatwick South terminal

Needed coffee after our red eye to Gatwick, and Costa filled the bill. My mocha was chocolatey and not too sweet. Prices were reasonable, especially for the airport. Highly recommend!

This is a big Costa coffee and I understand they get a lot of people sitting in there waiting for people. But they still can clean tables. This can get busy and the staff need to work fast but this dose not mean they have to give bad service. I ordered a coffee the girl who service me did not smile or say anything the staff all seem to busy shouting to each other in any language exp English got my coffee and look for a table which was clean found a table with a tray on it I moved it to one side 2 or 3 staff members walking round and stocking up did not clean it. I had some work to do and moved to table with a plug near to it again table dirty no one seem to be cleaning Would not waste my money there again. The seating area is nice with different styles of tables.

I ordered a Coconut Vanilla Latte...but i didn't taste at all the coconut and it was not sweet 😞 Btw It's comfortable here, you can wait charging your phone, connecting to the free wifi for 90 minutes and relax.

As a regular user of this chain I know a good coffee when I get one, sadly this was not the case when called into this coffee shop. Luke warm coffee, slow service. If I had wanted to stand in a queue for ages I would have joined the long queues at other establishments or arrived at the airport later and joined the long queue to get through security first thing in the morning- I chose to allow myself plenty of time to avoid queuing when the airport was busy and ended up loosing most of the extra time I allowed waiting for a less than hot coffee! Will avoid this one from now on, it’s obvious they were understaffed and stretched which isn’t the staffs fault; but coffee that isn’t cheap to say the least being less that adequate is a let down to be avoided.

Although I’m a recent convert to Nero and their flat white, Costa comes a close second and provided just what we needed prior to an early flight to France on a cold December morning.

As ever with Coster you know what you are going to get when you order a coffee, I also agree with other reviews that the service was great.

Yes the usual Costa's but this one delivered beverages with great service and positive attitude. Ate toasted cheese sandwich which was nice. Situated right by the arrivals which is handy while you're waiting.

Just love coming to this place for coffee and a muffin a lemon one preferably, staff are nice and you pay for what you get.

Whilst working/training had opportunity for coffee and quick bite to eat very acceptable, maybe more expensive than Crediton High street, expected at Airport

Very busy but was still able to find enough seats for all three of us, nice coffee & sandwiches, staff very polite & tables were cleaned quickly ready for the next customer.

Big hot chocolate reasonable price. This was nice enough but full of workers from Gatwick taking up all the seating. No disrespect to them intended but they should have other areas given to them by their employers so they can get a drink, and leave the seating to travelers.

Premade food available in a fridge, can be heaten on request, lot of variety but nothing special, tried a sammich, almost no flavour but nutritious

Good selection of sandwiches stocked up late on Sunday evening when other shops had closed or had low supplies. Good service and clean but really needs more charging points.

Coffee bulk standard but service from Barrista could have been a little more welcoming. Seemed too much trouble to be polite after a pleasant welcome from guy taking order.
