Costa in Crawley

Friendly staff, was nice and quiet first thing so managed to relax and enjoy my cuppa

This is one of the better Costa coffees with good service,very good food .Nice and bright with good seats inside, unlike some Costa coffee shops that are very gloomy once inside

I had a delightful experience at Costa, thanks to Luke's exceptional service. The hot chocolate shake he prepared was simply amazing, rich and satisfying. Luke's attention to detail and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Highly recommend his service!

Rubbish drinks, overpriced And hates 🍉

Costa coffee is always warm never hot staff very polite and professional buy coffee ment to be hot no warm not luke warm it ment to be hot Unfortunately we have to live in a world off snowflack who can't handle a real coffee

Not anywhere near as nice as other Costas as they have a different attitude than most as if they are too busy to assist when serving.

They're very short staffed this morning, but the staff are handling it like champs! So a bit of a queue, but the service and coffee (great flat white) made it worthwhile.

Today (29/06/23 14:40), we went there for our regular drink. We were served by very rude, angry and mad staff. While she were preparing our drinks, she put her fingers inside our cups. This is gross!!! She is aware of health & safety requirements? So disappointed! We will never go back to Costa!

Good coffee, staff amazing, the gentleman who made the coffee was very enthusiastic.

I love the environment! It's easy to work and get stuff done when sitting at the tables. The overall place is really clean and tidy and the baristas are amazing - super friendly and polite.

Overall stars 3, because the toblerone latte was very watery. Nothing wrong with the service which was warm and friendly. The food was also good. Shame the lattes weren't up to the usual standards

Had a refurb since the last time I visited. They have removed quite a few tables and chairs. Clean. Service friendly and speedy.

The floor was dirty with stains and rubbish, some of the tables were not clean and bins not emptied with a moderate level of customers and 4 staff that appeared not to be doing much. Not a standard Costa is usually known for. Quite displeasing with the experience.

For me it's the best coffee shop.

What can you say it's a Costa. It has all the normal food and drinks. However, if you want a drink slightly different depending on the person you get it isn't always 100% right.

Was inside the mall upstairs in the food hall,a bit busy,but got a table,,staff were pleasant and quick

First and last visit to this store. I walked in with my child to first use the toilet but staff refused to allow my child to use the toilet until I bought something first. This resulted in my child wetting themselves as the door had a code. I had explained that my child was potty training but yet they still refused until I bought something. This is a very poor and disgusting attitude and Costa should fill ashamed they have staff with this kind of attitude.

Always a pleasure coming to this Costa store. Pablo shows really good customer service skills and is one of the few stores where the coffee is done really good

The 2 girls, Andrea and Elena have excellent customer service skills, always happy and smiling, nothing is too much trouble. It is a pleasure to visit the place. The restaurant has been modernised with nice up to date tables and chairs.Used to be quite dingy and dirty but now much improved

Whilst there are 2 other Costa's close by in the Mall, this one benefits by having a lovely external seating area - especially in good weather. Usual nice coffee and food products. Staff are variable as shifts come and go - but mainly very welcoming and helpful.

Seem to be getting more disappointing coffee from Costa recently. It is usually really good for decent coffee with a decent coffee hit. Had a large Latte today and it tasted rather bland and watery. Not the best. The restaurant was nice but the staff a bit average. Lacked a certain flair.
