Driver went to Macdonalds for 30 mins after picking up my order to hedge his bets at the expense of my costa order which is now stone cold

Totally a good place and area to enjoy your coffee. Wife shopping ?? Coffee time for U while waiting for her. It's located in the town center. Service is great. If U go to toilet, ask for code. Keep it up 💪🏽

Costa Coffee in the County Mall is the best! Wide choice of snacks, cakes, sandwiches, etc. The best Cappuccino in town. Great customer service. Good ambience. Perfect location. A vibey place to be in, I loved my food and the time spent there with friends. A happy 5 Stars rating 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a delightful experience at Costa, thanks to Luke's exceptional service. The hot chocolate shake he prepared was simply amazing, rich and satisfying. Luke's attention to detail and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Highly recommend his service!

Costa coffee is always warm never hot staff very polite and professional buy coffee ment to be hot no warm not luke warm it ment to be hot Unfortunately we have to live in a world off snowflack who can't handle a real coffee

Not anywhere near as nice as other Costas as they have a different attitude than most as if they are too busy to assist when serving.

They're very short staffed this morning, but the staff are handling it like champs! So a bit of a queue, but the service and coffee (great flat white) made it worthwhile.

Today (29/06/23 14:40), we went there for our regular drink. We were served by very rude, angry and mad staff. While she were preparing our drinks, she put her fingers inside our cups. This is gross!!! She is aware of health & safety requirements? So disappointed! We will never go back to Costa!

Quite a busy store in Crawley town centre.

I ordered at 7:04 it got here at 8 o’clock, £12 worth of stuff was missing and the tostie was cold

Sorry you keep sending me all these emails I was happy with the restaurants but present moment I feel let down and I'm not gonna pay extra money just look at a kebab when I have been with this contract just stay and what they did to me you have the die it's disgusting and then when I order food or male a breakfast I get a delivery driver saying I need to put the right number that is he asking on the cake after all these years and not gonna have two drivers come up and tell me that I'm in the wrong and I know I'm not in the wrong because I ought to my food I pay for it you take it off my card and you actually set delivery to my door well furnished green fish Palace and dries actually disgusting so sorry I have ordered this morning so please let me have my Costa Coffee and our sort something

I love the environment! It's easy to work and get stuff done when sitting at the tables. The overall place is really clean and tidy and the baristas are amazing - super friendly and polite.

It was cold I'm hot chocolate when they put the bag out there a little couch it was cold and I lost my hot chocolate first time I've ever had to your service

The restaurant was advertised to be open until 6pm but called at 5.27pm and left a voicemail to say they were closed and to ask me to cancel my order. I then made other plans and then received the order at 6.10pm after ordering from elsewhere. The toaster wasn’t heated and was still in the packet.

Shocking DONT USE JUST EAT. Three times in a row we’ve not had our order

Overall stars 3, because the toblerone latte was very watery. Nothing wrong with the service which was warm and friendly. The food was also good. Shame the lattes weren't up to the usual standards

Had a refurb since the last time I visited. They have removed quite a few tables and chairs. Clean. Service friendly and speedy.

The coffee was leaking in the bag and was only half full the delivery driver did not drive carefully as the coffee was spilt everywhere this is unacceptable

The coffee had spilled in transport

The floor was dirty with stains and rubbish, some of the tables were not clean and bins not emptied with a moderate level of customers and 4 staff that appeared not to be doing much. Not a standard Costa is usually known for. Quite displeasing with the experience.

Mint frostino spilled in the bag on the way to my house. Wish there was cling film around the container so that the accident could have been prevented. Otherwise, everything else was up to par.

What can you say it's a Costa. It has all the normal food and drinks. However, if you want a drink slightly different depending on the person you get it isn't always 100% right.

Tuesday morning 5th October and we visited this popular branch of Costa in the centre of Crawley. It was rather pleasant day and the sun was shining and the seats out the front in the Square were all occupied, we found a table indoors. We ordered two flat whites which were £2.90 each. At this point there were only 2 guys working behind the counter and it was all a bit chaotic. While waiting for the coffees another customer approached the counter and asked for a cloth to wipe his table down, not good when that happens. While drinking our coffees, two other members of staff turned up behind the counter and started chatting to the other two members that were already there adding to the mayhem. In fairness one of the extra staff did go and wipe down the table for the customer. Our coffees were as we would expect in Costa. As we left we cleared our table and left the empties on the counter, so another customer could sit at the table, did not seem to be a priority for the staff.

Gave me cows milk when I asked for almond, ended up having to be sent home from work!!

The panini was hard and crusty and not to t he standard of when ordered in shop

2 of the items were wrong (caramel shot missing from iced coffee and milk added to tea when ordered without) and the chocolate shortbread was placed next to the tea so it melted!!
