Moved into the area 3yrs ago and try and get to Newlands as much as possible. Called in last night for quiz night. Brilliant. Sandwiches put on to. Fantastic. The locals are very friendly and atmosphere is Ace. The staff & the Boss are chuffing champion. Recommend to all. Especially weekends and event nights. Brilliant range of drinks. Thank you The Newlands. 😊

This is great, traditional pub with an old skool feel that's hard to find these days. It's immaculately clean and modern. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff and locals. Although I'm from Scarborough, I hadn't visited for more than a decade as I live overseas now. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to go for a drink and chat with friends. The prices are really good, cheaper than town and the beer is pretty decent. The pub is friendly and full of locals and offers sport on Sky.

My first time in the Newlands Park. Friendly, good service and clean. It is also very dog friendly.

Very friendly recently refurbed pub had a great vibe. Nicely kept beer "Timothy Taylor's Landlord" and a fun quiz night with good varied questions.

Looks and is great after a recent refurbishment. They now have a disabled toilet too. The outside tele now has a covered area with heaters for when it gets colder. Great staff and a friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Visited here about a year ago and the place was alive. Very Disappointed to go back and not have the same good night. No live entertainment. But on the whole an ok place.

This is an Amazing place. The people are so friendly and welcoming. It is situated in an ideal area close to the Open Air Theatre and Peasholm Park. Well worth a visit .
