Do yourself a favour and leave the foreign kebabs and cheap burger joints alone! This should be your first stop in Falmouth. Lots of great takeaway instant foods and drinks! Delicious fresh salad in a box which was reasonably priced: huge servings with choices of dressings. You can eat there in the window, or take it out onto the Prince of Wales Pier. Upstairs they’ve got an amazing selection of different health products, including a big selection of Helios Homeopathic remedies - and most of the staff are pretty well trained in basic first-aid treatment with homeopathy.

I've always loved stopping by whenever I'm in Falmouth but had to say how wonderful my visit yesterday was. After being an extremely indecisive customer - far too many good lunch options to choose in the deli - the assistant was so lovely, helpful and patient, and it was some of the best customer service I've received in a while. And the food was really good as always. Thank you so much :)

Great place to buy individual vegetables for smaller households or students rather than lots in plastic which go unused. There is a wide option of dry organic foods like pastas from different suppliers. Also vegan. The takeaway is delicious served in a cardboard takeout box and tastes great. Service friendly when asking about deliveries.

We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian lunch of mixed salads with grains and tofu. The menu is small but all freshly prepared. The coffee was excellent. Pleasant atmosphere, not at all rushed, we had a table that overlooked the harbour. There is also a shop selling all manner of healthy foods and toiletries that was great to wander through. All together a great experience, staffed by a friendly team – well done to all of you!

Amazing shop selling all sorts of natural produce and environmentally friendly goods . Really enjoyed visiting your shop and brought some lovely birthday presents for family . Will return when next in Falmouth

I visit this place every weekend to stock up on things we cant get onboard Ship... The fresh salads that they sell are so delicious.. i am not a vegan or vegetarian, but really really enjoy their homemade salads..

Cosy cafe upstairs from the shop, met my friend here while she was visiting the area for an open day. Small but good menu, we both ordered the panini, which was delicious and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

The four of us dropped in here for a snack just before the Christmas break. We all agreed that the food was freshly prepared and very tasty. It's worth mentioning that there is a definite vegan, vegetarian, vibe to this place(now that's an alliteration) and I don't think that's a bad thing. No... not at all.Another good thing, or at least good in my experience, is the menu: it's short. Diners have a choice of no more than five or six options. And these offerings are not too elaborate or complicated, which has another advantage: consistency and high standards are more easily maintained.Now I know what you are thinking: "yes-yes we get it. It's more Greta Thunberg than Gordan Ramsay but would you go again?"The answer is an emphatic YES! What's not to like? Highly recommended.

While I don't have much else to review, I loved the cafe upstairs. The staff are friendly and my daily long black with some hot oat milk on the side became my staple morning treat. My preferred venue for my morning coffee hit.

Came here for breakfast on the two days I was in Falmouth. Fab health and eco friendly place located on the first floor of the health shop. Had coffee & quesadillas both very delicious. Service friendly and swift. Definitely be back when I’m next here ... don’t miss it.

Have visited a couple of times for the breakfast served until 11:30. Always get the banana waffles which are so tasty and fresh. Nice not to have to worry about dairy yoghurt etc as all alternatives. Decent coffee and friendly staff, nice view too.

The cafe upstairs provides good food of the kind you might expect at a 'health food' store. On our last visit, the coffee was as usual good. The menu choice, although not vast, was fine. I enjoyed my selection of hummus etc, except that one type of hummus was extremely hot (it must have contained chilli) and there is no warning on the menu. However, it is always good to sit in the upstairs window and watch the world go by in the heart of Falmouth.

Unlike many health food shops this has a wide range of stock that basically covers all our food needs from fresh veg to pulses, spices and speciality items. Staff are enthusiastic.

The take-away salads at The Natural Store are never disappointing. They are textured with a variety of raw vegetables, sprouted seeds of nuts, theres always a dressign to ptu on and I find them quite a hefty size. You can also buy a half size. Eaten with a veggie,sausage roll or an onion bhaji or a spinach pakora for me they make a filling and satsifying middle of the day meal,

Visited here on a couple of occasions - had a family breakfast one morning which was nice - lots of veggie and vegan options - nice coffee - another time I got a takeaway salad of the day from the downstairs counter which was delish! Also - I had a free muscle testing session upstairs which was really interesting ! Great place.

My daughter, who is vegan and I had lunch here today and the food was very tasty. There was an excellent choice for vegans. I had the bean and tomato dish with poached eggs on top and sourdough bread and my daughter had the meze, salads on top of various dips like hummus and pesto. Very good value, each dish was £8.

I have tried a few things, their quiche is always very tasty, the vegan chocolate cake is the perfect antidote to a rainy day. The coffee is reliable. They do not have any ice, weird, but then its England.

Organic, vegan and fresh foods can be bought in here quite reasonably priced. Lots of goodies other than food available. Staff so helpful and knowledgable

It's great to see a menu where the "V" means vegan because everything is Vegetarian! Had a fantastic polenta burger at a great price. Defo visit and eat here :) massive selection of health foods and specialist stuff in the shop too.

Inexpensive and tasty vegetarian food. The upstairs cafe is bright and clean and the staff helpful and happy to please. I had quiche of the day and salad. It was very nice indeed and I will definitely be returning to try a polenta burger and some of the other items on the menu. Falmouth needs a good organic, vegetarian restaurant and I hope they expand their menu, I would like to see more salads.

Fantastic little cafe on top floor if this well stocked shop. Great service from smiley passionate people who very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. If you gave special dietary needs it's an excellent place which stands out in a town that made me feel a freak when I asked about them catering for gluten free diet!!
