Absolutely lovely place, scenery is perfect as is the rest of Fleetwood.

Great food place so clean staff great people the food is so fresh and nicely presented I enjoyed mine Chicken tikka. And had a lovely dessert 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 great place it's a definitely definitely place to bring family

Like the pub but at bit strange with food orders.. at 7.20 they tell me food served till 8.... But we've stopped taking orders????

Food is stupid!! Closed Sun night at 18h20!!! We (15 of us) will not be back!!!!!

My husband and I have had two meals here this weekend both have been excellent food drink and service was impeccable. First night I ordered food cheesy beef burger with extra chicken burger with no bun or fries but salad. Food came no bun but fries and a little salad. I explained what I had ordered. I received an apology and within minutes the salad arrived. Food was excellent so decided to return as we were staying in our motor home near by. Second night we had starters to share perfect garlic mushrooms and chicken strip’s starters delicious. Main meal was steak and fish and chips steak was excellent. Fish very tasty but batter not as crispy as I would have preferred but nevertheless very tasty. Would I recommend, based on the food and service so far yes, would we return yes we would. it is important to leave honest reviews because it helps consumers like us eat out at reasonably priced meals and drinks that is worth every penny

Staff was so polite and was so kind when our little boy was running round quick service even when busy the food was spectacular we'll be going again soon

Had the fish and chips.The fish was excellent and the portions were big, service was very good . Will certainly be going back .

Lovely big pub , really comfortable and spotless both me and my husband had a mixed grill and it was delicious the meat was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be coming back again and I would certainly recommend to friends and family.

In the gents they have just 2 toilet booths and the locks are broken on both. No wonder they are clean! Would cost under a tenner at B&Q to fix.

Food was nice but very small portion, ordered hunters chicken and got 7 chips! My little girl got twice as many chips with her children's chicken nugget meal, was told I got few chips because there was a little bit of salad with it. What I had was nice though but had to have a butty when I got home hence the 3 stars.

I can highly recommend Dawn,her husband...also their manager...they have taken over our local asset not long ago...and recently,they impressed me so much...with short notice,they provided me with a room,music,and loos with toilet rolls....I needed a place to celebrate the loss of a younger friend who had lost a brave fight with cancer....keeping it brief,Dawn was so sympathetic..and under the pressure of keeping this local landmark up and running....all I can say is....I hope she succeeds....the Mount hotel has been here longer than I have...I hope both locals and tourists continue to visit and appreciate one of our Beauty spots...Fleetwood is at the end of a road...you don’t travel through it...you come here for a reason...and if you’re lucky like me...you live here!xx

Beautiful building. Nicely decorated. Great Sports Room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly and welcoming staff but very slow food service and some very poor quality meat. The steak is as tough as an old boot! Myself and my son almost choked on the steak as it couldn’t be chewed into pieces. One of the medium steaks was cooked dry and another was still bleeding. 14 of us ate here for a family get together which was nice and the pub is in a great location. The food is relatively cheap but I’d have preferred to pay extra and have a steak that was edible. The rest of the meals seemed nice enough and the presentation was good.

Great value food and drinks. Excellent service. Will definitely go again next time we are in Fleetwood.

Sadly this Pub is currently closed and looking for a new landlord/franchisee. Very disappointed because only recently had a refurb. Hope it reopens soon. The mount Pub has reopened. I haven't been as the dog friendly signs have been taken down so I guess the new landlord doesn't want then in. I won't be going if that proves true.

Very quiet (off season) Original decor Spacious.

If this pub, which I love, will ever rise again..it needs to fulfill it's obligations and actually be open when they say they're going to be...but, sadly, at the moment, they aren't, and are therefore a joke.

One of my favourite places to go when I am in Fleetwood. Always has great beer, service is always on point. The only downer is the that last couple of times we have been in the kitchen is closed. Need to get that sorted ASAP.

What a lovely pub! And so big! Really lovely decor and looked very clean! I don't know what the young lady behind the bar was called but she was wonderful! Really sweet but obviously knows her job well! I was with a friend we were reuniting after 33 years! And she took a photo for us! The pub is really a good size and would be good for gatherings.

A great place for eating and drinking

Enormously disappointed that the small drawers were only decorative, although the mystery of the extremely high coat hooks redeems this venue marginally.

Mid week early evening visit and the place was very quiet. Friendly welcome by staff and our meals were delivered quickly and were delicious. We will be returning in the future.

After recommendation from friends establishment was disappointing. Sat waiting for menu for food and had to go and ask for it by which time we were told kitchen was closed. Ended up with bags of crisps.

I rang up yesterday and was told the restaurant was open until 7:45pm. Imagine my surprise when I went to the bar at 6:59pm to be told food had finished!

Gorgeous refurb. Staff friendly however maybe a little more training for the younger staff who didn't know what bitter lemon was and served a tonic water without a glass or ice or the offer of a slice.

Shocked the kitchen refused to make a kids chocolate brownie and ice cream dessert for my daughter after we had finished our main courses! Reason being they had stopped serving food! Even though heating up a brownie and scoop of ice cream would of taken 30 seconds to make . It should of been part of my daughters meal ! Not only was that a miserable decision on their behalf it also upset my 6 year old daughter !! Won’t be rushing back here again .

What a massive disappointment,after the so called refurbishment,poor service,over the top drink pricesinexperienced staff etc like i said,i can get a pint of guinness £1.50 cheaper in the kings on lord st so its not rocket science where i will be drinking my guinness

We hosted our christening with the Mount Pub on the 15th of May. Me and my family feel completely let down by the experience and service we recieved from the Mount pub on that day. We asked the venue, should we get a Dj or provide our own music, they said we could provide our own music when it came to the day. The barman told us we weren't able to as it would interrupt his own spotify that he had plugged in. He told us he would provide additional sound system facilities this was never provided. The manageress told us the bar would be open to our private function, we found it unmanned and not open. We got told the venue would provide cordial for the children at an additional cost, we were happy to pay for it. The night before on set up we got told we had to provide our own. When we came to set up the night before at 6pm we were told they would provide table clothes they weren't ready for us, still in the wash. The venue had rang 2 hours previously to see if we were coming so they were expecting us. Come of the day, we discovered after the christening that a large proportion of our decorations had been removed. The buffet had not been opened or water for cordial as previously discussed prepared. No one greeted us, asked us how we were getting on me and my guests felt completely ignored. They couldn't even be bothered to open a window after being requested. The only time the barman actually spoke to us was to hunt down his missing key. As someone who has worked in this industry for over a decade im quite shocked at our none existent service. Had I not paid for the room hire in advance they wouldn't of got it.

Could be so much better. We have an event in the venue opposite the pub and bring a good 200 people to the area for the weekend. It's the same time every year. We like to gather, drink and eat at this pub but they are never prepared for us. Never have enough food and don't seem to want this valuable business.

We went for something to eat 2 people had soup that was slipped over side of bowl onto wooden board , butter was runny like oil , sweet ordered with custard , came with ice cream that was taken off , replaced with custard and all ice cream up side of dish where they had scraped it off instead of a clean dish would not return 😡

Important community building with loads of history. Visit Fleetwood museum too

The absolute worst dinning I have ever had anywhere, ever. Totally empty bar with only one staff on phone outside. Unedable, uncooked, grease covered microwaved "food". We were actually given uncooked eggs and raw meat. Filthy drinks glasses, not dirty but filthy complained but was told " not my responsibility". Bar and dining tables filled with used unwashed glasses. The barman whos face was bleeding with picked spots seemed to be on drugs as he shouted and was unable to grasp just how dirty the whole place was. The Mount was not just unclean yesterday it was dangerous.

Beer Battered fish and chips were lovely. We went on a Thursday and it was very quiet

A presentable pub. Bodingtons was as cheap as it a few years ago in comparison with other bitters available!

Met up with old friend here. Lovely warm welcome and I was able to bring my dog in too.

The Mount Public House is The new venue for Fleetwood Folk Club. We had our first meeting on Thursday the 5th of august.the room is great.the staff are very helpful and friendly plus the beer and food are gorgeous. A splendid time was had by all.

What an amazing place this is I was there to celebrate 🍾 a family occasion in the function room the staff where great the room was lovely the food was yummy and the toilets where downstairs defo a plus I'm hoping to go back very soon to have a meal and relax in the atmosphere such a top place I loved it 😀

A great family/dogfriendly place. I had a meal and a few pints with my missis and was able to take my dog in. The food was good pub food and very reasonably priced and we both really enjoyed it. They also had a restraunt where dogs were not allowed. The service by the staff on how they looked after you was brilliant. I stayed in a motorhome across the rd in a car park £5 for the night :)

We went in at 6.15 hoping for a meal. In spite of the advertised last orders being 7pm as it was Sunday, we were told that the chef had just closed the kitchen. This is a sports pub not a food pub.

We had a family meal for five people. Three of us had a roast dinner, one had a vegan tartlet and the other had fish, chips and mushy peas. All the dishes were really lovely, the service was fast and friendly. The bar staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. One of our family had additional requirements, because of a disability and they were catered for with patience and courtesy. Thank you to the staff at the Mount , you were brilliant - even bringing our own cake to the table and singing Happy Birthday to my niece who was celebrating a special day

Came out for food Sunday night.... 8pm close on website and menu. Ordered at 6 45 to be told we closed a minute ago. I said we'll if you closed a minute ago you could fit us in. He asked "chef" chef said no. Don't bother with this place. Typical British couldn't care less attitude. They don't deserve business. A Greene King chain pub. Too late to order food because the so called outside covid friendly table service that doesn't happen means you wait 15 minutes for some one to come out to serve you no.one comes so you have to break covid rules and go to the bar to order.

Friday night calling last orders at 9.30. Saturday not taking food orders at 7pm Weird times would of thought now back out of lockdown they’d be happy of the custom

The food is good but the staff looked flustered with the demands from customers, maybe its inexperience but I should be sat waiting for 2 hours under any circumstance, the 3 stars is generous because I feel bad for young lads being thrown in at the deep end

First time visiting Fleetwood and found this charming, historic pub. It has a great choice of food and drinks. My girlfriend and I had burgers the Mount stack and the Meatza, which were both delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive, even though they were busy.

How can one lovely day in there turn so sour the next day. We went in on friday and was welcomed by a lovely girl. We had the dog and there was water and snacks for him. Very good touch. But saturday was absolutely awful. Was approached by such an arrogant person which I later found out was Tom. He was rude and would not let us sit in the place we sat at the previous day then he said we couldn't eat outside because of the birds but food was being brought out all the time we was out there. He also walked off as my husband was talking to him. Thankyou to james who looked after us. I suggest they swap roles.
