Been 3 times now for breakfast. 1st time no sausages on plate, 2nd time all ok, 3rd time no tomatoes on plate mushrooms and bacon stone cold.4th time, there won't be one.

Went here for breakfast. Foods served hot, a bit plain for me. Cheap price with enough portion. It was nice.

Rude staff who seemed angry for no reason. I was left waiting for a cottage pie for 20 minutes as they had forgotten to bring it. Then had to wait another 5 minutes while the heated it up My mother had finished her meal by the time it came. It finally arrived on a plate the size of a saucer with a spoon and it was dry and horrible. Never again!

I love this Cafe every staff member is friendly. There very welcoming and the customers are nice too. They all have a great sense of humour and literally their chicken curry half rice half chips is to die for and it is always clean always. If your doing your shopping in Broadway and you fancy some food and a drink this is the place to go.

Absolutely brilliant Cafe food was lovely the staff is lovely it’s very disability friendly one thing I have noticed since I’ve been going to the Cafe for the last few months as that is quite a few people in there with disabilities is very welcome I recommend ithisvcafe

Canalside, St. Michael's RoadOverall the place is okay, it's clear that it used to be incredible but there is a clear lack of care and attention to detail from the owners. Our room had multiple walls with cracked paint, flaking off. Lights painted over partially. 4 of the hot tub jet caps flew off the moment we turned them on and floated to the top. Carpet unclean and small dirt marks on the bedding. The exterior of the room was absolutely coated in cobwebs and dirt, clearly hadn't seen a duster in months. and the Italian restaurant LOOKS really nice and high end, but overall lacks in flavour. Cheap wine marked up heavily and bland calamari. HOWEVER the kids play area looked incredible fun for little ones. The overall aesthetic is quirky, makes you forget what year it is in a good way. The pizza at guys restaurant was incredible, as was the breakfast. Comfy bed, nice space in the room. The pub on site was cozy and welcoming. Overall we felt with some TLC and some effort put in, this place could be incredible and even increase it's rates per night, if it was cleaner and tidier we'd have happily paid 20% more. Good value for money, there is a reason it's fairly cheap though.
