We ordered a large amount of drinks of many different types. But the lady serving us just waited for more customers to walk in. Although the boba was amazing 😍 ( and probably with the wait) I was confused by the service. Despite all of that she was very nice and smiley 😊 From Luke & Ida (aged 10 & 11).

I go here all the time! The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and not long to wait for your drink even when they’re busy. I used to go here with my friend all the time but now she has lots of work that she can’t come as often as she used to. Because she can’t come so often anymore, I buy her drinks from here and give them to her at her job bc she still loves their bubble tea. I also order their drinks online for my self and staff at my work place very often and they all love it. I will probably be going back again tomorrow 😂😂

Visiting from the US and this is the best tapioca boba i’ve ever had. I’ve gone three times in three days. Watch out for the matcha, they brew it very hot and it gets burnt and bitter. But the Biscoff inspired drink was amazing!! Get double tapioca, you won’t regret it

Not the best bubble tea in Oxford but at least it’s the cheapest. Service was quite quick considering it was very busy. The drinks were fine but nothing special.

Bubbleology is the best! The drinks are super consistent & yummy, great value & the service is always 10/10. Lots of options, including oat milk! Nishat in particular always takes good care of you :) Best boba place in Oxford!!

I liked the place. Excellent location- right on High Street. Welcoming staff. The walls have interesting decorations- fun pseudo-mathematical formulas. I liked the bubble tea I tried. Obviously bubble tea stores are not cheap but this is more reasonably priced and easier on the pockets than its counterparts.

The drinks were nice but lacking quality slightly, nothing particularly special. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the lush berry créme drink, it tasted like dioralyte, absolutely undrinkable. No issues with service or delivery, received them fast and in good condition. I would recommend the banoffee boba.

there was nowhere to sit and the man was extremely rude awe asked him to repeat our order and he said “I already told you” but besides that the bubble tea was good.

I’m a regular here and actually love their teas. Usually get quick service here and everything is perfect. However on busier days the business really can’t handle it, they have 2 people working for line of up to 10 people and everyone waiting ages for their drinks. As well as that, a few days ago I ( and all the others in the store )was asked by Aamir to give a 5 star review and to mention his own name positively. I’m not sure if this is common practice but I was quite disappointed in the business relying on such cheap strategies. Overall would recommend.

Customer service from the “store manager” is an absolute disgrace. He is extremely rude! I asked for a refund for a drink he made as it wasn’t what I asked for and he then did the refund and gave me a receipt but I never tapped or inserted my card to receive the refund so it didn’t make sense to me as I’ve never seen a refund done this way before, so I asked him how has he done the refund when I didn’t even put my card near the card machine, instead of explaining he said “why don’t you know the system you used to work here” (I used to work there when they first opened years ago) this comment was very rude and unprofessional, instead of an apology for making my drink and wrong this is what I get? Food hygiene is very poor, there are flys everywhere and the “store manager” who was making the drinks didn’t have a hat or hair net on which he should he was preparing the drinks. Overall I am disgusted with this store and I will never be going back.

drink was very mid range for bubble tea - staff were nice, friendly but felt a little bit tense with the atmosphere in the store - perhaps that was because they were busy but felt as though i wasn't welcome to ask questions at times. store was extremely busy and loud but that can be taken as a positive as well!!

The taste was bland! Ordered special chai bubble tea where the powder of chai or the flavour was not blended properly..

Nice flavours but it takes to long to actually get your tea after ordering at the till. Today I was waiting 25 minutes!! No warning at all about that at the time to pay. :(

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks, 2 members of staff and it wasn't busy at all. Drinks very watered down, don't waste your time. Female barista did not know what a slushie was when I asked her if the drink I ordered was a slushie, so i ordered something else and she suddently left without saying anything...in the middle of taking our order. 2 minuter later someone else came and gave me a really bad look as if I had done something bad. Weird experience, will stay away from this place from now on

Very disappointing. Me and a friend of mine visited the Oxford store few days ago and we waited for 15 minutes for the bubble tea we ordered, even if the store wasn’t busy at all. I asked for a refund as it was getting too long, and they refused to do it as the manager wasn’t there. They also processed the order in a wrong way! Don’t waste your money and your time, stay away from this place!
