Such a shame but this place has gone so downhill!!! Last time I visited was almost two years ago and the milkshakes were quite nice. But on my last visit this month, the kinderella milkshake was below average. There was hardly any flavour. Really chunky it was almost impossible to drink through a straw. The place was empty and it was mid afternoon on a Saturday. We walked in to two girls “working”. They were just sat on their phones. One of them didn’t even look at us and the other girl simply said “hi” with no emotion. A small smile would have been nice. She took our order and served it to us a few minutes later and the entire time she never showed any form of customer service skills at all. She was so so rude I actually could not believe it. I spoke with friends after and they all agreed they have had similar experiences to us! She never once said please or thank you. Never smiled at us. And never made us feel welcome. Her attitude was the worst I have ever seen and I will not be returning because of her.

Milkshakes, cookie dough and the peach tea were fantastic. Just what I needed on a hot day. Fast preparation as well from the staff.

Always a favourite. The whole family loves the Milkshakes they make here and they've stood the test of time. I wish they'd do a few more non-chocolatey shakes though. There only seem to be skittles, marshmallow and vimto. I am not a great chocolate fan, so would like to see some more offerings in this area.

Omg is all I can say! All the milkshakes. Waffles and pancakes are out of this world!!!! The staff are all very young but non the less very helpful. All food is super fresh and they will customise your order any way you want

Don’t like to be mean but I was really disappointed Starter’s fine Mains : steak had 1/3 of it was a thick rind of fat. Chips had clearly slightly defrosted then fried as they were stuck together Rocket and Parmesan indicates shaved Parmesan. …… it was powdered Parmesan like you put on spaghetti Powdered. It should be shaved but I guess it’s cheaper to use powdered and frozen chips Also the SCREECHING post menopausal women and the token drunk husband SCREAMING was a total night ruiner Have some decorum, you’re pensioners ! A drink was spilt- 4 times we asked for tissue Chicken and chorizo casserole was disappointing massively especially with a boned bit of chicken lashed in some tomato sauce. Where was the chorizo

6 South RoadMy visit to Moonlight Dessert Shop was a mixed experience. While the modern, self-service setup via the kiosk felt convenient, the lack of visible staff at the counter made the process feel impersonal. I ordered the baklava, but waited *12 minutes* for a small 4-inch roll—longer than expected for a single portion. To add to the confusion, the kiosk’s display showed *two pieces* included, but I received only one. The shop itself has a lovely, cool ambience with a welcoming vibe, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the baklava didn’t meet my expectations in terms of flavor—it lacked the rich, balanced sweetness and texture I was hoping for. While the concept is modern and the space is inviting, the inconsistency in service speed, portion clarity, and quality of the dessert left me disappointed. Some tweaks to efficiency and recipe could make a big difference!

Liverpool L23 3at 161 College RoadCannot recommend this place enough. A little gem on College Road. Food is really fresh and tasty, we had burgers with loaded fries and a side of delicious fried pickles with tzatziki. The house slaw was also very good and comes with your burger. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. We will be back and telling our friends to not miss Kraftburger when they are in Crosby, it’s great!
