The Marylebone Hotel in City of London, Westminster

stayed at Hotel Marylebone in the summer and had an amazing experience. they treated our family as if we lived there with cookies and milk delivered to the room before bed for our son to the perfect seats for breakfast with a high chair. the hotel is perfect for families, nearby parks and plenty of shops as well as close to the train station. could not recommend enough!

We stayed at the hotel prior to our daughter's wedding and we went from the hotel to the wedding venue. The staff were very thoughtful throughout and upgraded the happy couple's room and decorated it beautifully. The hotel was an oasis's of tranquilly in the middle of the hustle and bustle of London, just what was required on this special occasion.

--- **Disappointing and Disconcerting Experience** Our stay at Marylebone was unfortunately extremely disappointing. During our stay, 70 euros and a charger were stolen from our room. When we reported the incident to management, their response was incredibly disappointing. Instead of seriously investigating the matter, they insinuated that we were lying, as if we needed to make up a story for such a small amount of money. It is unacceptable that a hotel of this category does not take the security of its guests seriously and treats their concerns with such skepticism. We expected impeccable service and attention to detail, but instead, we found ourselves having to defend against unjust accusations and feeling insecure. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values their safety and desires respectful and professional treatment. Truly a terrible experience that ruined our stay in

I’m satisfied and taking a positive impression from the beginning cause of the reception employee Mr. Saqar. It’s my first time in Marylebone, definitely, this is one of the best reception services i have ever had. Everyone is welcoming you, everyone in the hotel wanna help you and they are happy to support you. Thank you all.

Such a lovely hotel in a great neighborhood! The staff are absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome and to celebrate special events. They gave our daughter a stuffed animal and had prosecco, treats, and flowers waiting in our room. Highly recommend!

Great quiet location steps away from the famous shopping hub of Oxford street. Rooms are smaller but the amenities and choices of restaurants is excellent.

Didn't stay at the Marylebone but went for a couple drinks after dinner at the 108 Brasserie at the cocktail lounge which was very nice. Good selection of drinks, nice table service.

Good facilities and friendly staff but some rooms are very very small with a window looking directly into an inside wall.

The private dining facilities and bar are superb.

The location is good , I found the place is very comfortable and at the corner. You can walk around and have beautiful memories ✨️ 💕

Me and my Family stayed for 7 nights at the The Marylebone hotel. Just because of the amazing staff and warm atmosphere we had the best time. Gunther the guests relationship manager made sure we will have everything we need in order to have a wonderful time visiting the United Kingdom. Our experience was fabulous, at the Marylebone we feel like home.

The hostess (in her red dress) was nasty in her treatment of us for wanting to move to a bigger table after more family members joined us for lunch. Her bad attitude and poor treatment of customers shows that she should NOT be in customer service. She has no idea how to treat people with respect and could do with education and training in how to be polite. She should put devil horns on to match her red dress. In addition her host partner lied twice about not having a table until I told him we had 2 rooms in the hotel. Then he changed his mind. Two negative staff as host and hostess make for an unpleasant experience … stay away from this place and its negative energy of these staff.

Excellent hotel in the centre of shopping and entertainment in London. The hotel itself is a lovely place to be, stylish and comfortable. The level of service is what I would expect of a five star hotel. A special mention to Gunther, who along with the staff, have made a great trip also a memorable one.

Second stay here and again everything was great. The rooms are generally small so as a minimum you would want a standard room or suit. Breakfast was very good although I do think that the continental selection should be available (as it used to be Buffett style) as opposed to having to order as a separate meal and pay for it along with a cooked breakfast. All in all for central London this is good value and we would recommend.

We went to the marylebone for a drink with some friends. How can I describe it ? The waiters there are very elegant, smiling and take care of every single details to give you an unmatched warm and luxury experience. Sur le papier et en photo l’hôtel est formidable : jolie déco, bel emplacement, la déception est d’autant plus grande à l’issue d’un séjour d’un week-end La chambre était vraiment petite, sans vue, sans déco (très différente de celle de la photo) et surtout quel bonheur d’être réveillés aux aurores par les camions-poubelles les 2 matins alors que nous avions demandé une chambre au calme! bar très moyen mais petit déjeuner bien Ce n’est vraiment pas un boutique-hôtel … Il y a tellement mieux à Londres… Dernier point qui m’a choquée: j’ai tenu à faire part de mon mécontentement au moment du check-out et il m’a été répondu qu’il fallait prendre une chambre plus chère... j’hallucine! Bref à déconseiller !

Hace poco estuve en el Marylebone Hotel. Al llegar, el personal fue muy amable y acogedor. Gunther en el mostrador de recepción fue muy atento a todas mis necesidades. Me alojé en la suite de lujo y la habitación era absolutamente hermosa, muy limpia y fresca. La cama era muy cómoda y dormí muy bien. Las instalaciones en la habitación eran geniales, especialmente teniendo la capacidad de separar el dormitorio de la sala de estar. En general maravillosa estancia y un personal encantador. Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo.

During December I booked this hotel for two couples who were staying in London ; it was a first trip to London for one of the people. I popped into the hotel to make sure everything was on track. The hotel reception could not have done more.From the welcome , the rooms which they upgraded ( thank you so much) We used to use the Landmark a lot and now this is our go to hotel for friends and family.It is central within two minutes walk from Marylebone High Street with many independent shops, restaurants and cafes.The location is five minutes walk from Oxford Street.Taxi rank outside when you go further. The cocktail bar welcomes non residents too : it is cosy and intimate. They have a great restaurant / Bar and pavement cafe area for breakfast as a Marylebone resident ( what a bonus) I can not recommend this hotel and it’s facilities highly enough.Thank you to Thelna who was so helpful with my planning.I’m going to book again for June.

To start with the trip me and my friend picked to stay in the Marylebone Hotel! Which was a good choice as our room was being upgraded, thanks to Mr Alasdair who was amazing and made sure that our stay was spectacular! He made our stay memorable and very welcoming.

Desde la recepción hasta el bar, la limpieza y el personal de la puerta, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado. . la zona tiene tiendas, bares y oxford street está a unos 5 minutos a pie, no desayunamos como ir temprano al aeropuerto. . las habitaciones ofrecen servicio completo de habitación, además de cafetera, mini bar, batas de baño, pantuflas. Me quedé allí para un viaje rápido y deseé haber estado allí más tiempo. Muy buen hotel y buen servicio. Gran gimnasio y piscina que puedes usar también. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y espero volver. Los porteros fueron súper serviciales y el jefe de servicio al cliente fue increíble.

This is a beautifully located hotel in a charming part of London, so near very busy areas but such a nice neighbourhood. The hotel is very comfortable...the staff very friendly. Highly reccommend.

I came to this lovely hotel for some training with work today, and it was lovely and clean and staff was very friendly, venue was brilliant, only problem was the food that they put out wasn’t brilliant, we had undercooked rice and didn’t taste brilliant at all, but had a good time here

As we where staying at hotel we ate dinner here first night and breakfast in the morning . Second night we should have eaten here again but local very close restaurants entice you away - don’t as the Marylebone has so much choice just choose to dine

Great location, nice and hellfully staff expecially Julian from housekeeping witch was helping me out with my needs for my room, reception frendly and room very clean. I will definitley be back to this place.

Our family stayed here for almost 2 weeks and we could not be happier with the way we were taken care of. The Hotel Manager, Gunther, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and to ensure all our little whims were taken care of. The kids were greeted with the cutest little teddies which serve as the perfect souvenirs for their first London trip. The breakfast was delicious, the concierge went out of his way to help us secure tickets to go see a show that was pretty much sold out! The rooms were spacious and the service was always perfect! They were even accommodating we asked for late check out, (we had a flight in the evening) and actually offered us a small room where we could store our luggage and rest in till the evening, after we checked out!) Needless to say, everyone, from the doorman (offering us endless bottles of water each time we ventured out) to the managers - everyone was extremely courteous and made our trip quite memorable ! My brother-in-law recommended we stay here, since he is somewhat of a regular. It was an incredible experience. The level of service and hospitality Gunter provided us was above exceptional. Can’t think of staying at any other place in London now - mostly because of him. Great hotel, awesome rooms, and incredible interior!

Stayed for 6 nights and from bell boy to front office to housekeeping everyone was cooperative and gave us an exceptional client service. Rooms were all booked with fresh fruits and bottles of water. The exceptional client service is mainly due to Gunther who treated us like a family and gave us the beat treatment. The hotel is perfectly located and breakfast was amazing for the price. Beautiful buffet; lovely service. Loved the restaurant design. Newspapers from everywhere welcome you so I just took my time, enjoyed the food and service. A step up from most hotel restaurants.

Over the weekend, I was staying at the hotel . I decided to grab a drink with my partner. I was served by a bartender named Aurelian ( thankfully I remembered his name ) , he was helpful in choosing the perfect drink for us both. My partner a gin tonic made with the house gin . Aurelian our bartender told us everything about the in- house distilalltion and how long the history of their gin has been going, whilst I had a twist on an old fashioned, to say the least I was glad with the cocktails . The hospitality was amazing and the information was to the T on every little detail of the drink . I would recommend the stay at the marylebone hotel and the friendly and efficient bar staff at their bars.

I just love pass through the Marylebone hotel at the end of my day. It is a perfect ending to a busy day. The relaxing experience starts with the entrance hallway. It has an amazing perfume and ambience. And if I am lucky, Gunther is there with a wonderful warm smile to say a quick hello. The cocktails at the 108 are just something out of this world. The bartenders always have very good suggestions and I really enjoy trying the drink of the month. At the lobby bar I always have the Ruinart. I deeply recommend the mini burgers! Or the beautiful tomato salad.

Hotel fantástico, bem localizado, atendimento impecável. Café da manhã muito bom, com muitas opções, cuidados constantes com a limpeza. Na recepção chame pelo Gunther, um brasileiro, pronto pra te ajudar no que for preciso, nos ajudou muito, dando dicas, suporte com algumas situações que tivemos que resolver por lá. A equipe de funcionários de todo hotel está sempre pronta pra te ajudar. Restaurante com cardápio variado, e lá procure pelo Jonas e Diogo, são portugueses e tem o maior prazer em te atender falando nosso idioma. Tem também o Pedro que cuida da parte das bagagens e também é português e muito atencioso. Enfim, um hotel perfeito , aconchegante, charmoso. Ficamos 10 dias e foi impecável . Recomendo total

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación a unos 5 minutos a pie de Oxford Street. Llegamos empapados debido a la fuerte lluvia, pero nadie pestañeó. Nos llevaron a la recepción, nos liberaron de nuestro equipaje mojado y rápidamente nos registramos por Gunther, que es una de las personas más agradables que puedes conocer. Nuestra suite era magnífica, y después de una ducha caliente estábamos listos para ir a la ciudad, solo que mi marido había olvidado sus gemelos. El asombroso Gunther vino al rescate y le prestó un par a mi esposo. Encontramos que el hotel era increíblemente tranquilo por la noche, sin sirenas que perturbaran el sueño. Disfrutamos del desayuno y el almuerzo en el hotel, que fueron sublimes, pero la característica sobresaliente es el personal. Sin excepción, todos fueron muy amables, serviciales y nada fue demasiado problema. Podemos recomendar encarecidamente este hotel y sin duda volveremos.

Went with my family for afternoon tea for Mother's Day, what a great place , food was delicious , sandwiches so tasty , scones are the nicest that we have had at an afternoon tea, service was excellent and we were offered refills on sandwiches or scones . The tea selection was great this afternoon tea was a reasonable price for such a lovely time we all had

I’m not a person to visit bars a lot , But the atmosphere of the bar was very welcoming and felt very homely . The architecture of the cocktail bar of the hotel was perfectly placed to make you feel as if the bartender had been a friend for years . The bartender I was served by was Aurelian , I hadn’t even reached my chair and was greeted by the friendliest smile and a cocktail menu to supplement . I ordered a cocktail named the vintage 1886 . I must say it is one of the very best cocktails I’ve had in London by far , it blended perfectly . I would recommend this bar/hotel with my full trust and would say it’s a must in central London . My night was under the supervision of the amazing bartenders Aurelian and Dmitry who immediately made me feel at home , I was greeted with the upmost service and my short but albeit very good stay was very homely. The cocktail I had was an amazing twist on an old fashioned ( my personal favourite ) and was made to perfection, only a perfect bartender such as Aurelian would know the skills . I highly recommend the venue for a friendly chat with the staff or if you are just into very well made cocktails

Came for a quick coffee meeting that needed to be prompt, which I shared with the waitress, she was brilliant and responded with immediate coffees and the bill at the same time, perfect.

I spent one night only in this wonderful hotel. From the moment I checked in till the next morning I couldn’t believe how great the atmosphere was there. This hotel is run by a family owned business and very respected. My room was spacious and high quality bathroom items. We had a drink in the bar before we went out to dinner. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. After a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed we went for breakfast. This was the best breakfast I had in any hotel ever. The menu was vast and catered for everyone. I can’t wait to return.

Rude staff, they are busy talking rather than serving my coffee. Horrible breakfast! I walked out after 25 min of waiting for food and drink. I was ignored when I informed Loreen or Lorin the manager about this situation.

My favourite spot in Marylebone I took my Parisian friend for night out. The minute we walk in we were welcomed and offered a lovely spot in the cosy spot. The ambience, decor, the service has been always top noch. I alwaysl looking forward to bring my friends and family over this place, as I know that we will spoiled with the attention and food.

The Marylebone Hotel offers very goods services. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are spacious, elegant and quiet, the beds are very very comfortable and everything is clean.

Beh un hotel a due minuti da Oxford Street a piedi, 4 stelle e accessibile a pochi... beh ti aspetti tutto meno che un ambiente familiare con personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia oltre gli standard inglesi... ricca colazione ma quelle poltrone basse e con quei tavolini sono veramente scomodi!!! Fate qualcosa...:)

Super hotel, very good position and service

For a 4 star hotel they surely do not offer a 4 star breakfast, our bathroom sink takes ages to drain, but the room is clean, the staff are friendly and an 8 minute walk to Oxford Street.

I am remiss in not posting a review of this restaurant since our visit, but here we are almost a year later, and we are still talking about the amazing breakfast we enjoyed here. What a perfect way to start the day. The atmosphere is quiet, chic, and modern. The coffee choices are excellent. There is a lot to choose from so that if your stay at the hotel includes breakfast, you won't be bored after one day. Delicious breads and egg dishes. Outstanding avocado toast. Juices are not included, but everything else is, and it is just a lovely place.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Marlyebone with my family in Feb 2018. What a gem of a hotel. The rooms are great, great location, great food. I would go back in a second and can't wait to go back

A pochi passi da Regent’s Park e Oxford Circus, questo hotel elegante e discreto ha sicuramente raccolto il mio apprezzamento. Il servizio è costante e mai invadente. Con alcuni colleghi siamo usciti per una corsa a Regent’s Park ed al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato il personale dell’hotel che ci attendeva con le bottiglie d’acqua. Davvero apprezzate! Le camere sono eleganti e funzionali, secondo le esigenze più contemporanee (connettività etc.). Inoltre la colazione è davvero “outstanding”. Consigliatissimo.

Esta noche, se celebró una fiesta de lanzamiento corporativo en la biblioteca y patio. El espacio era tan preciosa, tuvimos un montón de elogios de clientes. El equipo del hotel han sido fantásticos en apoyar el evento en la delantera, y el personal de la noche excelente para hacer la noche sin problemas, gracias a Otto, Po, Kosta, Andrea y Karina!

Very nice ambiance in the library and roof garden. Fantastic event for a small conference, like 30 people. Rooms are a bit outdated and bathroom not really top quality/modern design but common areas quite nice.

Great afternoon tea at 108 Pantry in the Marylebone hotel. The tea selection, scones and sweets and savories were delicious. Excellent service by Anna who went out of her way to assist with our experience there.

Ate here with colleagues. The meal was OK without being outstanding. The bar area was charming and the bar staff very helpful. The gin selection was good and there was a good supply of nibbles. The wine list was, I felt, a bit lacking. Overall fine, with good ambience, but won't be rushing back.

We stayed at the Marylebone while visiting London with the family. Great hotel and restaurant. Breakfast and sinner were great. Bar staff were so friendly!

Nos alojamos en el hotel marylebone en Londres anoche con mis hermanos y mi esposa para nuestro anual. El hotel es impresionante, con grandes áreas de bares recepción y los restaurantes. Llegamos a mediodía, aunque la hora no era hasta las 3 de la tarde, una de nuestras habitaciones estaba disponible y pudimos dejar las maletas, etc, que era muy servicial. Nuestra habitación era preciosa, con un fantástico baño compacto. Al volver de nuestra noche, disfrutamos de cócteles en el bar, que era genial. En la mañana disfrutamos de un chapuzón en la sala de vapor. Nos pareció que el personal era muy profesional y cortés, por favor, pase por mi gracias a todos los interesados, no puedo esperar a volver.
