Dora was lovely and had great service.

We were going to a show.it was 12.30 and walking around we noticed bills near to Piccadilly. We went inside and from that moment we were treated like royalty. We had seats that were comfortable the food was excellent in choice and flavour A special mention for kat who was very attentive and helpful Thank you and we will be back Colin

Good food service was a little confusing but overall good for a birthday dinner with happy birthday singing and brownie for the birthday girl

Lovely atmosphere and the staff were great although incredibly busy. I ordered the spiced tortilla (which I wasn’t expecting to be tortilla chips) and I did enjoy it. I also got the Caesar salad which was really really disappointing. The dressing was watery and flavourless. Although the salad was presented nicely and the chicken was cooked really well the dressing just made everything soggy and pooled at the bottom like soup

I love Bill’s! The service is very fast, and the team members are so friendly and fun. Although we didn’t have a reservation, but manager Kat she tried to find a table for me and my friends who came to visit me in London. I absolutely love the chicken burger—it’s always consistent and delicious. The drinks were also great, especially the golden latte, which was served nice and hot. Well done to all the staff! Despite being a busy place, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming.

Had the most incredible time Sunday morning for breakfast, with the restaurant busy 20 minutes after opening, staff were attentive, welcoming, and happy to be there. Food came out in good time, all hot & tasty 😋 Some major pancake envy watching them leave the kitchen, but my big brunch was incredible, coffee was hot, apple juice was cold 🥰 This was our 1st visit and won't be out last. Ps. Which came 1st loungers or Bills? 🤣 Either that or you use the same interior designer ✌️

I was there today (Saturday) around 9h30 It was packed (nothing wrong with that) but my order and coffee for one came after 20 minutes and after large groups of people. The eggs Benedict were unfortunately not very tasty and the poached eggs were too cooked. It’s really disappointing because the menu is super nice and the set up is very cool too. The one in Marylebone I went to 2 years ago was better. Hope they improve

Lovely atmosphere. Easy to relax and enjoy our meal. Food was excellent. Our server, Louis, was very accommodating, giving us great recommendations and meeting all our needs. Definitely going back.

The food was very good, both the hamburger I ordered and the dessert, being Spanish I was assigned to a Spanish waitress, Yolanda, a charming and funny girl who served us wonderfully well, unbeatable treatment

all the waiters were constantly ignoring me and my friend when all we wanted was pancakes, we waited for an hour and we had to constantly ask for the waiters attention but everyone else was served even the customers who came after us, whilst we were left in the corner very hungry. I am a big fan of Bill’s, every Bill’s I’ve been to has kept up the standard except Soho Bill’s, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed to know that the service was very poor. Not only did the waiter’s ignore us, we were always treated passively rude; except for the lady whole greeted us at the door - other than that, immensely poor, we did not feel at all welcomed.

Louis's service was fantastic. He was very attentive, observant and friendly. Genuinely a pleasure. Unfortunately the food was a total let down. I got the English breakfast and it was more like 'Breakfast for non-English people, who don't know what a good English breakfast is supposed to taste like". Pro: the food came out extremely quickly Con: the food was lukewarm which would explain why it arrived so quickly! The black pudding didn't taste like black pudding is meant to taste (even the texture was off, made like warm play dough), the only thing that tasted right was the baked beans... but if you mess up baked beans, then you have to be pretty special. Even the toast was stale and cold. If it wasn't for the chill atmosphere and nice service, I would have tried to sneak into a premiere inn breakfast instead 😭 Would not return

Excellent breakfast, with a large variety of food for all tastes (children and adults). The place is very nice and welcoming, perfect for starting the day in the right way. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, always available and attentive. A truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Visited Bills for the first time today and WOW what an experience it was. Louis was the cherry on top! I had an amazing time due to this man’s customer service and great personality!

It's a nice place with good service and food. They don't rush you or try to push the daily specials into you. I had Eggs Benedict with a side of fried potatoes and an Eton Colada Sundae both of which were very nice. Overall, reasonable value for the money.

We had a great experience on Pancake Day. Food was amazing, and the bottomless pancakes out of this world! Louis was very attentive and helpful which made the visit even better.

Absolutely a great experience with no doubt. Booked a table and celebrated my friend’s birthday. Food was beyond delicious, the atmosphere was very friendly and warm. Our waiter John was constantly checking on us to make sure we were having a good time and to make sure the service would run smoothly. Same the managers on duty Paolo and Sorin made sure we were having a lovely time. In the end all the staff sang happy birthday for my friend and they brought him a celebration Brownie (which looked and tasted delicious). I would definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back very soon. Thank you for have made our evening very special.

Bills Soho hosted us for a post wedding breakfast and looked after us so well. Thank you to Sofia and Eliz and their manager ♥️ The food was delicious and fast and a great way to end the wedding weekend. Lovely location, lovely people, lovely food.

Managed to get a table for dinner as a walk-in, and throroughly enjoyed the BBQ Bourbon burger. Tables are a little close and people are squeezed in but the food is great.

Nice staff, young blonde lady who allocates customers to the tables at reception is really nice, as good as it gets customer service wise.

The staff was very pleasant. We went there every morning during our stay in London. The food is very good, the price is proportional to the quantity on the plate. It may seem expensive but I came out with a full stomach and lasted the whole day with the traditional breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth like the rest of my family, the toast plates are also full and the pancakes are very thick! The room is very beautiful, we are well seated, the food is super good (at least the breakfast) in short, an excellent address to remember during your stay in this beautiful city of London.

Don’t bother. Tables too close together; table of 2 felt like a table of 6. Totally ruined date night, and that was before our waiter forgot to submit our order and left us waiting for an hour. Tesco meal deal to the rescue.
