Came for brunch on a Friday morning, great Eggs Royale, service was smashing and Amkitel was very funny and helpful

Service was quick, Saeed was very attentive, and the food! My god, every bite was just as amazing as the last!! Definitely recommend for a tasty relaxing meal.

Had breakfast and the food was pretty good. Felt like I'd made the tight choice by bringing family here for breakfast. Asked to pay using the card machine rather than online and the waitress types everything in and presented the contact less part. Unfortunately wasn't until after paying that I realised they automatically added an extra 12.5% tip on without me asking where as the website let me choose. The bill said it was optional as well so I feel like the waitress simply hit that on the terminal without asking or letting me choose myself.

Louie is an amazing server, amazing burgers and a lovely atmosphere.

The waiters were very clear in what the restaurant served as easy options to get us to the nearby theater on time. The menu is VERY large, but that also means that there are a lot of options to choose from. Food that we received was amazing (highly recommend the beans in garlic butter side and the cute flowerpot dessert!) and it was entirely pleasant experience! :D To the server who knew the PEC Zwolle football team, you made our night! ✨

Louis was amazing at catering for us at the place, the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. Prices are very fair for the food you receive and will definitely be returning. Recommend 100%

Nice place, just the right level of friendliness, “”Hot chocolate restaurant”” (I went to a breakfast restaurant thinking other places would be like this, but there was no hot chocolate as delicious as this one. Serve with cream.) Breakfast overall very delicious :)

I recently had breakfast at Bill's, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was tasty and nicely presented, with a traditional English feel to the ambiance which added a lovely touch to the meal. However, the dishes were served somewhat lukewarm, and I felt they could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. Despite that, it was still an enjoyable experience, and I'd consider going back for the cozy atmosphere.

Nice interior, with a friendly atmosphere. The service was ok to begin with but fell off sharply, as we waited a long time between ending dinner and getting deserts (we had to call for attention ourselves to get the dessert menu and then again to actually order, and again to see what had happened to our dessert order which i think is quite bad. Needless to say we didn't pay the service charge). The food itself was just ok nothing special, and the long awaited desert, I had a cheesecake in a pot,was a bit weird, as it was warm. Would we go again...no.

you can see by the picture how much we LOVED IT. Our waiter, Mo was also amazing and recommended great additions both to our food and drinks - and we went for it, and made our experience so much better. Would definitely recommend it for dinner after a west end play as they are open till midnight

What an amazing surprise for a late dinner! Our table was amazingly served by Mo that not only took our order but suggested the drink of the day and a rosemary bread to harmonize with the burrata.

Louis, with the wonderful cat tattoos was incredibly. Loved his vibe, great charisma, amazing banter, kept checking up on us and we had a wonderful experience. It’s my first time in london and I felt home sick, but he made me feel right at home.

Food: it was amazing especially the sauce top of egg 😋 Orders were halloumi with eggs and avocado (from the brunch menu) It's amazing, it's very sticky, especially the sauce on top of the eggs. It's amazing The pancakes are fluffy and delicious, but it's similar to many places

Very disappointed. The good food and atmosphere were ruined by a rude waiter. My friend asked for a simple swap for her order, and the waiter proceded to be patronizing towards her and asked her “what country are you from?”, which had no connection to the situation whatsoever. The manager was kind and understanding, but unfortunately the mood was spoiled anyway. Won’t be going back!

We ordered a steak. It was one of the toughest steaks I had the displusure of having. Even home made steaks were many times better. We also had a burger and mac and cheese. They weren't offensive as the 23 pounds steak but also nothing to write home about.

The atmosphere is good, the food is nice and the service by Amkitel was fabulous.

Great food, lots of brunch and lunch choices. Excellent service from all staff, especially Louis. However service charge felt impossible to take off due to the way you pay which tainted the end of the meal.

Went for brunch but sadly missed it by a few hours!! Ended up having the aubergine and burrata parmagiana which was delicious 10/10 and a cider which I will give it a 7/10 as it was a bit strong flavored for my taste. My sister and niece had the classic burger and said they really enjoyed it. The portions of the food were generous and the prices were good. The staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. Hopefully next time I will manage to try the brunch as it was recommended by colleagues

We visited on Saturday 24th September at lunch time booked time, difficulty in getting in even through we said we had booked they still took people in before us that had not!! Once sat down our server was amazing with our 3yr old who is celiac .. The menu for gluten free aimed more for adults then children but sever suggested we take individual startes to make a meal which we did and was throughly enjoyed by my grandchild. Our meal were very tasty salad with melon paired with a lovely cocktail. Our bill came and we both could not get our blue light card to work but the manager was lovely and they had another on for children so we had a dicount applied. Maybe not visit again on a Saturday but we gad just been to a morning theatre showing so a fab day altogether thank you..

Kanice, one of the waitresses of the restaurant welcomed us warmly, she was very kind to us when we had our breakfast. The wait is not very long. The atmosphere is charming, the restaurant is very clean and the best point, the food is delicious and hearty. What more could you ask for?

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Bills today & after a so so service last time I decided to give it one more chance & I’m so glad I did. I was seated quickly by Diego who was a great personality and then Was served by Mo today. He certainly knows his stuff, he is charm personified and really knows how to look after his guests. We felt truly spoiled . Such a great asset to this company . Thanks to him I’m glad I gave it another chance .

Well, it was less crowded than others in the surrounding area. A waiter is assigned to you and is very attentive to whether everything is going well, etc. (in our case Saeed). They are nice (perhaps a little interested to then ask you for a review like this), but it is true that they have been attentive. The food is good, there is some variety for dining and the decoration is interesting.
