My friend and I are visiting from the states and stopped in for dinner. Yolanda was an amazing server making sure we got everything we needed for our meal. The food is impeccable, the vibe of the restaurant is unmatched in a fun, upbeat, happy to be here kind of way. We had the calamari, cauliflower, classic burger, sweet potato fries, and the mini salted caramel dessert. Zero notes, everything was beyond delicious and definitely will be back for their daily bottomless pancakes :)

Not a great experience today, firstly was seated on a broken chair! Eventually changed! Portion sizes very small for the money, service best described as mediocre.

Very buzzing place. We were seated in about five minutes (gave up with online booking table app). Food was tasty and filling. Recommended.

Updated 17th December 2024... Have eaten in many Bill's restaurants and the food and service has always been consistently good. This is quite rare for a chain these days. This Soho branch was / is just as good. Our second visit here with the space of a few weeks, this time following a visit to a Pantomime. The quality of the food, the reasonable prices and the friendly efficient service (Dora was our Waitress this time) all adds to the experience. We will return again without fail next time we are in London

Went for Xmas dinner and it was really good value and excellent service. Francesco and Sofia went above and beyond to get things running smoothly and were very careful about dietary requirements. For a Xmas meal it was really smooth and well run. The choices for gluten free people in particular was exceptional. That was a massive reason why we wanted to come here. We got a good set of tables and the atmosphere was fantastic. Will be back

Disappointing Experience Bill’s Soho was just okay, but it didn’t leave us wanting to return. We were seated at a table in a cramped area near a service station, which meant I constantly had to get up and move aside so people could get in and out of their tables. It was frustrating and a big reason why we left early. The calamari was nothing noteworthy—very oily, and they added chili, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. As someone who doesn’t eat chili, this was really annoying. On a positive note, the toilets were decent, and it did offer a brief reprieve from the craziness of Soho and the surrounding streets. Would I go again? No. It’s not for me.

Went there for dinner. Felt rushed and was told we could only have an hour to eat as so busy. Took so long for my plus one to receive just a glass to drink his tap water. We were sat next to a fire exit door and people were going in and out which caused us to be freezing and frustrated. In addition, staff carried bins right through the middle of restaurant which is highly unsanitary. Whilst just enjoying our drinks we was constantly been stared at by staff, and just as we finished drinks the bill just came straight to us, making us feel rushed again. Would not recommend

This is the third year in a row that we’re spending our December holiday in London. The breakfast at Bill’s has left a lasting impression on us, along with the always friendly and relaxed service attitude. We fondly remember the fun waiter Dora from previous years, as well as other members of the staff.

A group of 12 colleagues and I had a blast celebrating our work’s Christmas lunch. From the moment we stepped in, Marco, our manager, was there to make sure we had an amazing time. He was joined by Mo and the rest of his team, who were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant was great, and the service was top-notch. They even helped us with the barcode billing, which was a bit tricky, but they made it work without any hassle. We really appreciate everything they did for us. The bills were also great, and I’ve used them before and know they’re reliable. We had a wonderful afternoon, and we can’t thank you enough for making it so special. Everyone had a great time, and we’re all so grateful for your help.

We chose the festive menu which was a big mistake. The carrot soup tasted like pure cinnamon ans vegetables in the main where rock solid. The chocolate orange tart was very nice probably the best dish we had. The servers also tried to pressure us into paying a service charge (which we would have done regardless) and tipping them on top of that. When we finally did get the bill they give you a qr code which automatically tops them alongside paying the service charge. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place.

I promise!!! That on the first evening in London we went to this place, good food we had two burgers with chips, water and beer... nothing to say about the goodness... good service until the bill was paid... the place wasn't full but having three waiters waiting behind you don't even get up to leave... They didn't even give me time to put my jacket back on... for the second breakfast experience I'll write a new review as it's terrible in every way... I'm not allowed to write another review, so I'll add it here... poor and industrial breakfast is better in other places... service with their smile they seat you in places where you can't move between two people with a trolley, a narrow table between two others... other English people alone at tables of 4.... I won't say anything else, I won't go back, I'm sure I'll be in a place where tourists aren't welcome, not even…

Experience was made extra special by our server Louis, who effortlessly put a smile on each of our faces, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and continuously checked if there was anything more that we needed. Good night. We went tonight, 12-01-2024 at 8:00 p.m., 4 French-speaking people to this restaurant. Upon arrival everything was normal. We have ordered 3 hamburgers (2 normal ones and a Christmas one and an eggplant dish). After 2 minutes the waiter came back saying that the Christmas was not perfect, we have modified this burger. They brought 2 Coca Cola and water, we had to ask for it 5 times!!! They brought first a hamburger, 5 minutes later the other 2 hamburgers and 10 minutes later the eggplant. We complained because it is unacceptable to have to eat like this and the manager told us that because of the inconvenience they were inviting us to dessert. We have ordered 4 desserts and when we asked for the bill they told us that we had to pay by a QR code. We have paid 1/2 for one couple and the other 1/2 for the other. We attach an image of the payment. The surprise came when when we left they told us that there was 40 pounds left to pay!!! The manager, the waiter and another of Amerindian ethnicity came and they started laughing because they thought we didn't know how to add and subtract. They have been VERY bad, saying that in their application they didn't only get 2 payments! Well of course, we have paid 40.56 pounds + 40.56 pounds = 81.12. When we went to check what was happening on the computer and they saw that THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE and that they had NOT subtracted the desserts from their application (40 pound desserts, which was what they were demanding from us) in a very bad manner they told us okay, that they were not going to argue over 40 pounds and good night. It is a shame that due to poor management the ENTIRE restaurant was looking at us and instead of apologizing what they did was tell us that we would remember in 2-3 days when we did not have the payment statement. Well, I'm going to upload an image of my payment here and the other colleague will upload the other payment in another 1-star review. I WILL NOT RETURN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO. Just be aware that if you pay through the QR code they will charge two tips: a 12.5% "optional" service charge that cannot be removed and an extra "tip" that defaults at 5%. Rather dodgy if you ask me.

Terrible. We tried to give this <0! Unhelpful and rude staff. Drinks and food very slow. Most food was cold and sad and wine menu very boring.

Bill's is located in the heart of Soho, one of the most beautiful areas of London! The food was very tasty, the service polite (like Mo) and the interior space spacious and particularly decorated (with the good news). Very nice though, I recommend it!

It was a huge restaurant with expensive okay food with bad service. We had to pay 3.50 for milk that we didnt even drink. The excuse was that it comes with the tea. None of the waiters were polite and none of them were smiling.

Lovely spot for a bite to eat in Soho. Friendly staff, lots of variety on the menu. Pancakes are a favourite any time of day. I also love their classic burger.
