The Market Tavern Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent

I love the market tavern I also go there every Wednesday with my friends Aleesha is very nice and puts on taylor swift songs on for me.

This place is finally back on the map as a friendly and warm welcoming place for all ages 18 to 80. Fantastic quality drinks and prices with excellent choice of draught, spirits, wines and soft drinks. Karaoke on a Monday is absolutely buzzing as is the Friday night and Saturday afternoon till close. New owners totally care about the customer and place putting 100% into everything making this a place to definitely experience.

Think the staff are amazing and go the extra mile and the management are truly amazing and helpful that's what it needed

What a shame they don't have quality staff. Maybe the staff would be better if the manageress was a genuine person

A decent enough bar in the centre of Hanley. Quite busy with a good friendly atmosphere. Decent pint and average price. Worth a visit

A lovely evening spent here for dinner. Everything was great except that the food was a little slow coming out, and they got part of the order wrong on one of our mains. Otherwise a very enjoyable time

I used to work here for about 12 months and it was thriving busy pub full off a different variety of customers old and new but due to the numerous change over in managers this place has gone down back. Hardly anybody in sight- in a city centre pub! Place filthy and no toilet rolls anywhere to be seen. What a shame!
