Great pub! This has been our local for 3 years we love coming and the food never disappoints. We love the burger and drink deal on a Tuesday. Nice beer garden and dog friendly indoors too! Paula is an absolute credit to the business! She is welcoming and friendly, and always looks after everyone.

Great food lovely atmosphere, will be going again. Family loved it. Service was great from Paula, Donna and Ethan, would deffo recommend to my family and friends and the staff looked after us from the start to Finnish

Ordered with online app for food and drinks. Drinks never came had to go to bar for them after 25 mins, food came before them. My steak although I ordered it blue. Was cold not 65c internal temp and crust was non existent. My kids meals were cold. And my wife's pie had no meat and was a very dry pastry. Staff were nice when you could find them at the bar. Seems to improve at 1700 with shift change young man serving knew what he was doing and sorted drinks ASAP

Fantastic pub & staff really friendly. Brilliant if you have a dog because it’s pet friendly & have a dog menu. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic Experience at The Mapletree! We had a wonderful dining experience at The Mapletree. I ordered the garlic dough balls and the Ultimate Southern Fry Burger – both were absolutely delicious! The dough balls were perfectly baked and packed with garlicky goodness, while the burger was hearty, flavorful, and generously portioned. My husband had the Natco and the steak with Diane sauce – he was really impressed. The steak was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with the Diane sauce adding a lovely, rich finish. A huge thank-you to Paula and Jo for your fantastic service – so polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. You really made our experience even more enjoyable! We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at The Mapletree! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambience was perfect too, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The staff were outstanding — so friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special thank you to Paula and Amy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made our evening extra special. Highly recommend The Mapletree for a fantastic dining experience. Also it's was nice to see it trimmed up for VE day and have a friendship lunch on the 7th may for it. Well done guys

My family came to visit us from Barnsley we popped in our local for lunch what a fantastic place, manager Kerry was very attentive and made sure we was looked after. We was a family of 5 the pub was very and pleasant, Ordered food chef Nardia cooked up some fantastic meals for us absolutely delicious ! I had a kebab flatbread and fries it was so good and tasty, we will definitely be back I would recommend this gem of a place to all my friends and family smiles all round. Manager, chef, bar staff makes this pub fantastic ! Well done a must visit 😁

It was a lovely time and experience the food was was lovely I highly recommended going here as they are accommodative and the wait for the food isn’t that long. This is an excellent place to go with families and the food is affordable! All in all I definitely recommended to anyone reading this to go and visit the maple Tree. It is very clean and tidy and has a lovely atmosphere. Kerry the manager served us and was constantly ensuring we had everything we needed. Nardia the chef the food was absolutely wonderful with beautiful presentation and they are lovely to talk to they bring such a warm kind hearted feeling to the pub and maple tree is a wonderful place to be and eat

We booked a table and it worked well. Service was good and food arrived together and was hot. Pizzas got a very positive review from all who had them. Meals from the main menu were good too.

Went to the Maple Tree for our tea, Very good vegan options/dairy allergy options to swap out the normal cheese for vegan cheese on the menu. The staff were friendly, and attentive as we ordered on the app online and paid for our meal then Maisy one of the wait staff came to our table to double check our order we had accidentally ordered 2 of the same item, she kindly checked with her manager and got us a refund on the burger we did not need. Food came out in timely manner it was hot and delicious I highly recommend the garlic dough balls and the kebab chips! Very tasty! Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely food and service from Paula & Ethan on a family visit, first time coming here and made to feel welcome

Went here a few months ago with friends, they refused guide dogs in certain areas of the restaurant. Said they had to sit on wooden floors, I'm sorry but they can go anywhere. You need to read the 2010 Equality act. No apology, from anyone while there, o we left straight away. The GM rang later to apologise but nothing from the team of staff who down right refused to serve us.

Ordered the Sunday roast lunch for 4 persons, and used the 30% off coupon. Unfortunately, we had one very small portion of beef each. ? if the 30% off coupon results in a small meal in order to address lost profits!

Good food and drink with Wife on a Saturday. Was quite busy with it being sunny but service was good only had some nachos but we're ok.

Pre booked as there was 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children, loved the choice for the kids menu, as it has under 5 and over 5 choice, the main menu has a really great choice for all, there is also a separate pizza menu. Atmosphere is relaxing , it has an outside area, to sit and drink, a small kiddies play area, there is also a small play area indoors, bar staff and servers are fantastic, very accommodating. Will deffinatley be visiting again. Thank you 😊

The food was excellent, the service was fast. What more can be said. Amazing evening will definitely come back again. Great choice on the menus, Children's menu was good to see some different choices instead of the normal "Go to" options. Drinks were great quality as well.

Today we were served by Maisy on the bar who was very professional. She made sure that we had no allergies when taking our order . The food I believe was cooked by Maddi and neil and it was lovely. My steak was cooked perfectly and my husbands ribs melted off the bone into your mouth . Thank you maple tree you have not failed us yet .

Once again a lovely lunch. Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken, Ham & Leek pie. Delicious As always staff so friendly. Will be going back on Thursday and taking our dog.

Went on a walk Friday night, got a bit peckish on the way back so popped into the Maple Tree. The atmosphere was lovely the food was great and the staff were super friendly, plus they had Pepsi Original (the stuff without sweeteners that you get in the supermarkets) which made it even better. Would highly recommend.

Staff are always friendly, very involved with the local community so it’s like going to a Neighbour’s house for a drink or a bite to eat to be honest. You’re always made to feel comfortable there.

The service was good though the chicken kebab I had was awful. Hopefully this was a one off. The pizza was good.

Excellent venue in terms of family and dog friendliness. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the food. Good selection of beers. Sadly, the car park is a tip strewn with discarded cans, bottles, pint glasses, a spare wheel and a fridge carcass.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by our waitress Ivy. She was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great evening.

Called for tea with my daughter this evening. We had pepperoni pizza & a burger with sides. The pizza was fabulous...proper fresh dough and tasty toppings. Everything was superb & we recieved fab friendly service with a smile from Ruby. The surroundings were lovely and clean. I would highly recommend, many thanks Maple Tree staff we will certainly return 😀

As usual, the food was good and a reasonable price. This visit I was disappointed by the fact there was no decaffeinated coffee or mint tea available. The staff didn't seem particularly bothered that they could not meet our requirements. Just a short "no, we don't have any." Never mind, we drove down to Costa Lakeside after eating

Served by Ivy this afternoon, I'm exceptionally impressed with the service I was treated with. I was given a very warm welcome to the restaurant and I will surely be coming again!
