Terrible customer service. Food was nice but we had snacks and cocktails. Staff member asked us to Leave after we had been there for less than 2 hrs. Seemed more interested in the teenagers smoking shisha than adults who went for food and drinks. Wasn’t happy at all.

Booked this hotel as my husband had an operation booked in National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore the following day and it was quite close and had good reviews. . On arrival the place looked shabby and very run down. It was hard to find as the signage is extremely poor. No reception area just people milling around. Room was large but very grubby with dust and dirt on the skirting’s and corners of the floor, very creaky floor boards and curtains hanging off their hooks on the rail. I did notice two large cracks in the ceiling but didnt think anything of them. . At 2am we were woken up to water coming through the ceiling in two places. Near the bottom of the bed annd across a cupboard where the tv and electric cables were. Went to try and find member of staff to help us - as advertise 24hr reception - but no one around and the building locked up. Ended up having to move all our stuff, together with the bed , away from where the water was coming in and using towels and spare bedding to mop it up and disguise the noise. Spent the rest of the night worrying the ceiling was going to fall in. So no sleep from then onwards. Next morning spoke to the guy who checked us out who seemed uninterested and more concerningly unsurprised! Contacted the hotel later that day to voice our concerns and request a refund for the terrible night we had, to be met with apologies and agreements we were due a refund but then nothing. Can’t comment on the rest of the hotel - but a dreadful stay before having to have an operation and very misleading reviews on Booking .Com where it was rated at 8.3. Certainly nowhere near this in our opinion!

Awesome hotel/restaurant, staff were outstanding. Owners were fabulous, made us coffee & delish pastries before we checked out. They also gave us the history of the fabulous place. Brilliant stay & food, very unique.

I honestly wouldn’t come back. Like ever. The food wasn’t great, being that the venue was sublime I expected more. The food was low quality. We were secluded all the way at the back of the venue and we asked to move but it was an instant no, all of the action appears to be near the front, a celebrity was even there that night. Would of been nice to be seated near him on my birthday. We were seated next to cigarette smokers and my friends and I do not smoke, so that was lovely lol. And the service was terrible. The nicest lady was front of house. She was so kind and well mannered. But yeah, 10/10 do not recommend.

I don’t know how this shisha place has any good reviews our experience was awful. This place seemed to be hyped all over social media and looked amazing so thought me and the girls would give it a go. We came from a different town took us hour and half to get there our reservation was at 6 and parking was really difficult to find. We eventually found somewhere and tried to ring the place to let them know we may be late but no one answered. We were no more that 10 mins late they guy outside was very rude and said your time has gone you can’t go in and then ignored us and then let a couple behind us who had the same time reservation as us in! Which really didn’t sit right me with how was there a different policy for them. After being left outside In the cold for few minutes I confronted the man and said how are these people aloud in when they are as late as us he then goes you can go you only have hour and half. The place inside is beautiful not seen anything like it however we didn’t even get a chance to finish out food before we were told to go number of times before our time limit. If the place was heaving and busy I would understand that they would want to let other customers in but the place was empty and there was plenty tables available. People who where there before us was never told to leave but we were? We came dressed according to the dress code people there were in tracksuits but for some reason we were not welcomed. The tables were ridiculously small impossible to eat comfortably. Went to myst west after and the service was amazing and welcoming not worth going here.

Very poor service. We felt rushed the whole time. Staff were not particularly friendly. Honestly, it’s all just a big hype, the place does look very nice and the ambience is great. But we weren’t even given enough time to enjoy it. The food was extremely average and shisha had barely any taste (even though we asked to change it- which to be fair they kindly did). I would not recommend this place at all. Expensive for what it has to offer

Genuinely unsure on how to start this review given the experience I had yesterday. To be balanced, I'll provide a pro/cons overview of my experience at The Shisha Garden in the hope that people make an INFORMED decision before visiting this establishment. PROs: - Very scenic and pleasant ambiance - clearly investment has gone into the decor which is evident - Large and spacious - plenty of tables and spacing in between - so COVID compliant from that perspective - Staff members wear gloves and masks when serving CONs: Very poor service for so many reasons - - Party of 5 seated in an area where water was dripping on us - we had to ask to moved - Not informed by staff members about the buzzer to press for service when seated. When we finally saw a waiter and asked to be served, he told us we need to press the buzzer in order to be served - had only been told this after waiting for 30 minutes to be served - Upon visiting the restroom, a waitress was there before me and proceeded to exit the toilet without washing her hands - Food MUST be purchased when buying drinks (apparently this is due to not having a license to serve alcohol) - another patron actually complained to us about this also and offered us their food as they did not actually come for food, but had no choice but to purchase it. We declined and their food ended being wasted (literally left on the table) - I will address the food quality later in this post! - We were pretty much rushed out - told we have 30 minutes left on the table and then proceeded to be handed the bill - even though our plates had not been cleared! Our plates remained on the table for that 30 minutes until the waiter came back expecting payment for the bill - the worst serving etiquette! - I complained to the waiter that we felt rushed off the table & the customer service had been poor - he literally ignored me/pretended not to hear me. Shocked is an understatement! - maybe if he cared to hear my grievance at the time, I may not be writing this review! - Have now checked my bank account and we have ALL been charged different amounts! We told the waiter that we are splitting the bill in 5, even calculated and provided the figure per person. Yet, we have all been charged different amounts. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HAS HAPPENED ON TOP OF THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD LAST NIGHT! Poor quality food! - Definitely cutting corners here. Tasted like packet salted nachos, cheese and cheap ready cooked chicken with shop brand BBQ. Food came so quickly (clearly microwaved) and you could tell that there was no care in preparation and the taste was evidently low quality - for £10!!! Also, they charge for EVERY CONDIMENT - garlic mayo, jalapenos etc - I'm surprised they didn't charge for ice too! Watered down drinks! - Negroni and long island cocktails - both severely watered down! I could have moved on from the terrible experience as I had not actually planned to leave a review UNTIL I realised that I had been overcharged! We weren't even provided with receipts! Honestly, I wouldn't bother wasting my money here EVER AGAIN! I would rather travel further into London and pay extra for better service. The shisha wasn't even that good either - we had to ask for the coal to be changed multiple times! Overall, one of the worse experiences I've had at a Shisha Lounge, and no amount of instagrammable decor can make up for that!

Came here on 11/09/21 to celebrate my 30th birthday and wish I didn't to be honest. Had to make two separate bookings as there were 11 of us, took my card details twice to secure a £20 deposit (£40 in total) Received a text at 6pm to remind me not to be late and that I had only a 15 minutes grace period, only to arrive on time and be told "my table wasn't ready" so had to wait in an unused room for 20 minutes.... We were then shown to a large table at the very back of garden, which was extremely low. Let's keep in mind you can only order alcohol with food, but how were we supposed to eat if the table was lower than the chair? We asked to move to somewhere more involved in the atmosphere and better seated to be greeted by huffing and puffing All of the staff are very young, unbelievably rude and have no idea what they're doing Considering there is a global warming issue, why we were all given DISPOSABLE PLASTIC shisha pipes wrapped in plastic bags is beyond be. I understand it's a pandemic and due to virus things aren't being shared - but wouldn't it make sense to have disposable plastic tips instead of a whole plastic pipe and packaging?? The tables were not cleaned or sanitised once whilst we were there, but we all had to wear a mask to enter the garden as apparently a staff member was pregnant... One of our shisha's wasn't checked on for the duration of the visit Food was re-heated and bland - no flavour at all Cocktails were premixed but extortionately priced I've been coming here for a few years but it's really gone downhill and I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone attending Keep your money and spend it elsewhere at a vicinity who appreciates your custom

Shisha Gardens only It was my cousins birthday and hoped we could make it special for her, right from the beginning it wasn't looking hopeful, we weren't greeted with even a flicker of a smile, the gentleman at the front desk did not even greet us. We were taken into the Shisha garden and shown a table that could just about fit 4 people, our group was 7, this is something we mentioned when booking and assumed they would have an area ready for us. A few of us were lactose intorent and were eating a plate nachos blissfully unaware that they mixed up the orders and we were in fact eating normal cheese. Main meals were OK though one chicken dish was cold, we then asked for the bill, about 20 mins later the gentleman from the front desk came over and rather rudely said we had to leave because they needed the table, to which we replied 'still waiting for the bill' 5 mins later a few other staff came over with the birthday cake (which we bought with us) the reason it didn't come earlier is because they had lost it for a while. All other waitresses and waiters were very plesent though the service seemed rather dishevelled, perhaps there were too many tables to look after and not enough staff. I think it would be very beneficial to train thier staff on good customer service, though if thier role model is the gentleman at the front desk there may not be much hope. The toilets were most unclean but after mentioning this to the staff (when you found them) they did clear it up. I would like to hope that this was just my experience and maybe someone else will have a much better time though I'm not overly confident.

The best shisha we’ve ever experienced! It’s absolutely beautiful inside. It’s like a hidden gem! On arrival we were met by friendly staff and couldn’t believe it when we walked in. The photos don’t do it justice as it’s so beautiful! Highly highly recommend! ⭐️ When we sat we were given a small remote which you press for food/shisha/coal etc it was so efficient and quick. Service from the staff was amazing! Iv never received service so quickly before. Super classy, good location (Edgeware but super worth the 30-40 min tube!) really friendly staff, reasonably priced and really nice food, plenty of option to chose from including shisha flavours. What a gem! 💎

This venue truly met our expectations. It has the most enchanting atmosphere. It's trendy, magically designed, great hiphop music in the background and most importantly we were served by such wonderful staff members. A MASSIVE thank you to Paul, Nightingale, Regisa, Susana and Denise for the excellent and friendly service! My friend genuinely enjoyed his birthday and we were so impressed with the hospitality! :)

Love how much they have expanded. The place looks amazing and feels like being on holidays. Loved the atmosphere and the food was excellent.

Awful place to visit ! I was 4 minutes late to my reservation there was 5 of us. I tried to contact the venue to say I was late by 4 minutes however they put the phone down on me and then decided to take £20 out of my bank account as I was 4 minutes late ... they do not put their time and effort into their customers they are just in this business for the ££££ Awful company left me on the side of the streets for 20 minutes for a new cab as within the 4 minutes of me being late someone else was sat on my table !!!! We have all been in a lockdown the past few months show a bit of decency and kindness !! No customer care at all !! Definitely rethink booking here

Raye offered us the best service, and ensured we were constantly looked after and happy. Every work of place needs a member of staff like this! I’m so happy with the service I recieved. And will definitely be coming back again. All staff were amazing!

Maria it’s the worst person I have meet working in hospitaly till now. I’m working in restaurant too but never meet someone so rude and bad temper. How you can say to a guest: that’s it, i don’t care, being loud and demanding as I was her employee!!! All I was asking was that our table being in 2 groups as we did 2 bookings 4 people and 3 people!!! She was out of control and start fighting really badly with my friends. We’re all shocked. Never coming back again!! No one liked her anyway I saw even the staff not happy !! I wouldn’t keep her 1 min there as a manager of restaurant advice !! She made my night and was my birthday!! Horrible experience

I will admit the atmosphere was decent, but there were a lot of factors that myself and my friends were unhappy with...Firstly, the staff were absolutely useless, they fobbed us off time and time again and we kept getting told different things each time. Secondly, the food was rubbish - one of the food we ordered was chips and when they came, they felt like chalk and like they had been re-fried. So we ordered another batch and this batch was even worse and the portion of the second size was even smaller than the first!! Thirdly, the quality of the shisha was atrocious - it tasted like burnt coal and when we asked for new coals, the guy took 20 minutes to come!Overall, my experience at Shisha Garden was rubbish and it really ruined my birthday if im being honest..

Service was great, lovely spot and Dennis was absolutely amazing. We tried Blue most, sex on the beach and Frozen blueberry honestly smooth shisha, frequent coal change and the food is great which always a bonus. Will definitely be returning.

Firstly the time limit on you booking doesn’t let you relax and enjoy your evening, especially when the staff keep reminding you how long you have left, and saying the table is booked for someone else even though the 60% of it was empty.We wanted to order drinks first and decide the food soon, but if you’re ordering drinks they have a rule that you have to order food and even with that you can’t just order chips, you HAVE to order either 3 lights bites or 1 main.The portions size for food is really small. The Lebanese lamb wrap is more like a lamb roast inside a wrap and the falafel wrap although the falafel tastes good itself the wrap does not have much sauce so it is really dry! The cheesy chips are just sprinkled with a bit of cheddar cheese on top. When we made a complaint to the staff they said because we have started to eat it, the cannot do anything! Also on the menu they have a different price compared to when the bill comes so be prepared! Not happy customers and will not be returning, there is too much control on how your evening is and no time to relax.

Firstly , when we arrived to the place the server she told me we don’t expect people wearing hoodies ! I got shocked , however, I took off my hoodie and we were three of us and to order a drinks they told us you guys must order food and then we service you alcohol drinks ,it’s very terrible systemic and Service is very bad and after all this they kick us out from the place why ? , because the rule say we should stay for 2 hours only and then we need your table for other customer. I don’t recommend this place and it’s very expensive and they very rude.

Shisha gardens is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful Shisha spots in and around London! I came here yesterday with my cousins and we received amazing service by Dennis and Ray! The Shisha quality was on point and also a thank you to Prince who always looks after his customers! Highly recommend

It’s only a fancy looking place in my opinion. Starter(halloumi) I ordered was too salty!! Food was cold when they brought it to me and made a big fuss not giving what I asked them to do as I didn’t want to have a wrap and asked not put the meat in a wrap they said we cannot and said only possible if you pay an extra charge for it... like I am asking you not to an extra stage just put it on the dish full stop.. but anyways I ordered something else that they can manage and chicken wasn’t that great.. very small portion for what you pay. To be honest the main thing was shisha that was good and you had a quick service but bear in mind you gotta pay for the service charge depending on your order I think. It was really packed over the weekend and you won’t have much space to get comfy people are all over around you, and your seat could be anywhere at the door in the middle so you cannot really choose.Overall it’s a good try for one time not more than that in my opinion because all the hassle you have to go through like giving your ID they scan it you don’t know what they would use it for etc and getting all your info on their computers if you are a first timer there.. and simple thing I wanted them to do with my food which was a shame they couldn’t cooperate well

ice venue, but some really weird policies that I didn't like on a Saturday night. First you need to show ID before entry (can't see this requirement easily on their website), secondly you have to order a main meal when ordering alcohol, and worse of all you have to leave after two hours! I was really put off by these policies and would not revisit again. 2 hours for those people that want to eat and drink is not long enough at all.

Recently went to the Shisha Gardens after being recommended by friends. It was very pretty inside and spacious. However, the service was terrible. The staff messed up our order. When I asked them to correct the order, the staff were very rude and did not resolve it. Simply said, “we can’t change it.”. They over charged us, and charged us double of what we ordered. The food was very average considering how expensive it was. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Behind the rundown looking hotel front is a completely different world of a beautiful garden with a unique ambiance. What baffles me however is why a "membership" is needed (which is basically your ID scanned into their system, thatI still feel uncomfortable about, because really, but why though?). Their service was inconsistent as the lady at the reception was very efficient, but lacked personality as she sounded and moved around like a robot, but some of the waiters were friendly with their overall demeanour. Their food, drinks and shisha menu at the garden is more extensive and expensive than what is stated on their website, for the portions served with it's quality being alright but nothing exactly to rave about. The two-hour limit on busy nights is quite understandable, but we all felt awkward about being timed, especially as it was pretty quiet with loads of empty tables around during our visit.

Made the booking online, for which I received an email and text confirmation which states that they only give 2 hour slot booking for every table and that they only take two card payment for group of 6 and larger. As there were 8 of us we wanted to check on the flexibility on this 2 hour slot. I called the venue a number of times which never gets answered and left voice messages. Emailed, to which I received no reply. On the day the service was horrendous, food was average, and they wanted to charge the 20% compulsory service charge. When we went to pay the bill, we handed two credit cards as per their terms, but they refused and said that they can only take one card payment. We then said we will make cash payment, to which they said they don't have any change so we need to make exact payment!!!An experience I will remember, definitely never going back to......its a real shame as the Shisha Garden venue (once you get pass the front rundown Hotel) is very pretty.

What a place. The setting and everything about The Shisha garden is incredible. Had an amazing experience here, service was great and the staff were well clued up with their shisha. Most importantly however is simply the setting of the location. It is clear just how much thought and effort has been put into it. Brilliant experience and I would highly recommend to many.

Advertise online that the shisha garden is open till 1.30am. Drove 40 mins only to be told the last orders are at 12am. What a waste of a journey!

If you need to get to bed earlyish for a business meeting or whatever reason, I suggest you don't stay here. The noise from the shisha bar kept me awake past 2am. Room wasn't particularly clean either.

Gone really downhill since the former owners Mr & Mrs Florides split up. I believe their son Chris is running it now but the place was in such a state Ibdidn't bother to ask. Now looking run-down and grubby, the room did not have that "clean, welcoming" look about it. The hot water was only luke-warm. Certainly not worth £75 a night, especially now Mr Florides' lovely Greek garden has been turned into a shisha area.

Very interesting little hotel. Fairly close to town but nice and quiet too. They make their own large pottery pieces which are quite something to behold.

Where do I start! this place used to be really good when it first opened few years ago. But now it is probably buy far the worst shisha place in the area. The staff are rude, the service is poor, i would not serve the food they serve to my dog! everything is totally over priced and poor shisha!! stay away from this place unless you want a place that looks nice on instagram but in reality is a pretentious, over priced, low quality, rude and unfriendly shisha place.

It was our first time at shisha garden and we were impressed. The staff here were lovely, they asked us what seating we would prefer and we’re very polite. The service was good the food arrived quickly and the drinks were nice along with the shisha! The atmosphere and decor was also a vibe . Shout out to Rob who took care of us the whole night would deffo return.

It really does take a lot to write a positive trip advisor; I must say I am very impressed, with what the owners have done with the Madonna Halley Hotel. Having visited the hotel before it was a Shisha bar/restaurant, the place has really been turned around. I was with a party of 4, and was seated very quickly. We were served by a tall gentleman, in a black suit; credits to the service! The waiters/waitresses really went above and beyond expectations. My phone was out of battery, so the staff organised a portable charger to be loaned to our table, you can see that they have thought about every minute detail.

Great shisha, music, atmosphere and most importantly great staff. They bring your shisha, food and drinks within minutes and are always coming to change your coals. At the end of the evening, me and my boyfriend were taking photos of each other and one of the staff members, Chloe, who was passing by politely offered to take some photos of the two of us together which we really appreciated! Highly recommend

As a regular visitor, I have seen Shisha garden grow from strength to strength... from being a place with good decor and music, the team have worked to developed the food and the Shisha quality... making it the best place for a total escape from the day to day norm.

Went to gardens on the 15th July 2018 and we found the service to be shocking. There was one employee that was so helpful when we dropped the shisha but other than that it was terrible. We never got a single coal change in the whole 2 hours we were there we also ordered a fudge cake and waited 20 minutes for a spoon in which the ice cream melted and it was not as good. Furthermore when we had to physically go to the front to ask for a spoon as no one responded to our buzzer the staff were not friendly and made me wish I did not ask for the spoon after all. I normally enjoy this place a lot but this time It was very disappointing and not sure if I would like to return.

I went here for the first time last week and quite liked it. While the hotel doesn't look too great from the outside, your mind is bound to change when you watch into the Shisha Garden in the back.The service was awesome and staff was friendly. The range of shisha as well as the quality was pretty good as well.

I enjoyed my time at shisha garden, the food and the shisha was really nice, I would totally recommend it, one of the waitress there, Marian , was always pouring us water and making us feel like we are welcomed due to his kind humour.

I went to shisha gardens with a couple of friends for a birthday do.. and wow the place was amazing, the decor is stunning and the place has an amazing ambience, The service was great and the staff members were very accomodating. We were greeted by a man called Rob who was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome and got us seats within a minute. The shisha quality is amazing and the smoke is really smooth. We were told it was made by khalid who we later met, again he was very friendly and chatty and changed our coal for us without us even having to ask. amazing service and shisha, will visit again

I have visited the shisha garden a few times now and have always been given a fantastic service! The food is ok not the worse but the service and shisha is good! The shisha quality and ranges are brilliant and all of this in a beautifully designed garden area it really gives you that feel that you are away! The staff are always attentive and introduced me to Prince who runs and designed the place keep up the good work and will be back very soon!

I went to the shisha garden after friends recommendations and I have to say that I was absolutely mesmerized. It's a really beautiful place with great atposphere!

I was very impressed with the decor, they had heaters everywhere so you didn't feel cold. Ordered the 'sex on the beach' shisha and OMG...this thing tasted of nothing. I told the waiter that it had no flavour and can we change it. He said no and that we should give it 10 minutes or so. I even asked if we could add something else to it so it would have more flavour and he said no. We gave it 30 mins and still ..it was like smoking air. I asked another waiter and he added some mint but still..it was really flavourless.

We had the pleasure of dinning with family at this beautiful place. It felt like an intimate family gathering with great music and delicious food.

This is indeed a hidden little gem but definitely has the wow factor! The service was great really friendly staff and the ambience is amazing. The decor is great they have gone to a lot of effort to create a unique setting which really carries that chilled out vibe. The selection of food is limited however the quality is great. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a higher end shisha spot. We will most definitely be returning.

No era la primera vez que he estado aquí, pero sin duda será la última. Primero de todo, decir que hay un límite de 2 horas en las mesas (que está en un cartel minúsculo al lado de la puerta), pero la regla no suele...

Una buena mezcla de gente/carreras/las edades.

Bien cuando no hay mucha gente. Pero cuando el nivel de actitud ocupado se convierte hasta en 10 veces. El director aka" prince" aparentemente posee el lugar piensa que él es un ser humano. El servicio es terrible. Dejaron '2 mujeres caliente" sentarse en una mesa para 4 personas y el orden sólo 1 shisha. Mientras que 4 de nosotros. tener una mesa estrecha esquina exprimido en cuando estamos pidiendo comida bebidas y 2 shishas. Me claramente en el punto de decir "príncipe" - por los ingresos de un negocio, si estás buscando para atender a mujeres caliente abierto un hombre stripclub. Weirdo Prince of belair!

Very nice venue BUT my experience was ruined by one waiter, sorry a coal man. Clearly hated his job because he had a stink attitude and walked round like he was gods gift. Only friendly with women (clearly a perv). He came at me after I had been seated for like 10/15mins telling me in an aggressive manner to remove my hat, which is fair enough but tell me before you have me seated for that amount of time, maybe tell me at the entrance or when u take me to my table. I wanted my coal changed on my Shisha, he walked past me and ignored me after I asked politely four times (he was to busy attending to women) when I finally got his attention he had an attitude, I asked him why he took so long (which he clearly didn't like) he put down his coal pot and started waving his hands in my face. I asked to speak to a manager to which he responded I don't give a f*#k and walked off in a childish strop. No very happy to be honest i felt threatened. Worst waiter (coal man) I ever experienced in my life.

Walked up to the deteriorating front door and waited for someone to unlock it to be welcomed by a lady in an outdated office that health and safety would condemn. The reception area looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the walls on the way to our room were filthy. We were pleasantly surprised that the room looked a little more welcoming at first sight but then realised that it lacked cleanliness shortly after. There was no hairdryer in the room which I've never known from a hotel before and the website this was booked through advertised it as having parking with no reservation required. It had one parking space...barely...for the whole hotel! To top off our stay, we arrived back from a show to our room to hear nothing but drunken people and loud music until the early hours of the morning. It was coming from the on site nightclub which they'd also failed to mention on the website. The location isn't great and as for it looking pretty, the photos I've come across but have been taken years ago or they've been seriously edited. Complete joke of a hotel and I'm not one to usually leave negative reviews!

I love this place and the customer service! I have been going there for a while now and this place never cease to amaze me! The decor, ambience is great! What I love about this place is the customer service. Very fast and great service! We had booked the VIP area last Friday and although we knew that we only had it until 10pm, the team made sure to find us another seating area!Definitely coming back!

I went here for shisha with my friends. Definitely the best shisha place I have been too. The decor was amazing. Good music too. The staff were very polite and attentive. The drinks were lovely. Service was prompt. It was a Saturday night so very busy but we were seated in under 20 minutes. Can't fault it at all and will definitely be returning.

My sister and I stayed one night at the Madonna Halley Hotel when we attended a concert at Wembley. Our room was smart and clean, and a good size. The hotel is quite an unexpected gem, with lots of beautiful artwork, and a stately shisha/cocktail garden designed and built by the owner. The staff went the extra mile for us and were helpful, warm and friendly. Would recommend this place 100%. We'll be back

Would just like to let you know, that we really enjoyed our stay at your hotel on Saturday 14 May. You have a very unique residence, and we loved the fact that it was so different to all the chain hotels, and not just a room for the night. The ornate décor of your hotel was fascinating and the view from our windows was really intriguing and we could only guess at the history of the place. We loved the family room, it felt very fresh and clean, and was extremely comfortable. Would like to thank your staff for providing breakfast for us, and being as accommodating as possible. If we visit London in that area again, I certainly would love to stay at the hotel again.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Beim Bad, das kein warmes Wasser hatte und aus dessen Duschkopf das Wasser nur tröpfelte, bei den Handtüchern die feucht waren oder bei der Gartenparty, die laut Auskunft der Besitzer bis in die Nacht hinein gehen würde?Ich bat um einen Zimmerwechsel. Nach viel hin und her wurde ich in das einzige freie Zimmer, ein Familienzimmer mit 4 Betten umquartiert. Der Raum war zwar groß, aber schlecht eingerichtet. Und das Bad? Die Toilette war schlecht befestigt und das Mini Waschbecken brauchte 10! Minuten zum ablaufen.Dass der Boden dreckig und voller Haare war, führe ich mal auf den Zimmerwechsel zurück. Allerdings hatten sie 5 Stunden Zeit bis ich das Zimmer belegt habe, da ich direkt nach Ankunft das Hotel wieder verlassen habe.Positiv zu bewerten sind manche Mitarbeiter die sich bemüht haben.

First time i have been here and it really blew me away. We entered a Hotel which was nicely lit from the outside and looked very spacious inside. We was greeted at the door by a polite member of staff and we headed into the Shisha Garden at the back. As soon as you walk in you see lights trees and it really takes you away. I loved it. The service was awesome and friendly

Went with friends to shisha garden. Garden looked very nice, decor was great, warm and nicely lit - quite classy considering it's in Edgware (no offence). However, took over an hour after seating for shisha pot to be set up and a further 45 minutes for our drinks (a glass of water and a coke). Only stayed for an hour as coal was not regularly replaced and staff were constantly ignoring us and pretended to be busy but they were just at the back chatting. Terribly overpriced too. Looked nice but service was abysmal.

Really helpful staff, lovely big clean room, great value for money. Despite our booking going missing they found us a room, allowed us to park all day for 2 days, even though we only stayed one night and we're really lovely.

This B&B is ideal if one wants to be in a quiet neighbourhood and unwind. The service is friendly and the area is nice and leafy.

Even though this isn't the hotel review one its only for reviewing the restaurant but I'm going to review my stay anyway. It was really good! The main manager was great, so helpful! Couldn't of done more for us. It was very reasonable per night to stay. I am amazed by the decor!! The manager does all the decor by hand which is incredible! From hand carved wooden beams to the individual tiles on the floors to the ornaments. It was amazing. It's so picturesque in the garden and conservatory. The rooms are nice, only thing I would say is the rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit noisy. But everything else was great! Thank you!

I can't thank Chris and his staff enough for being such a great host and for making my husband's surprise 60th birthday party such a special one. From the start Chris offered a personal service, finding out our like and dislikes regarding food, music, and dressing the room. He gave of his time freely to ensure the event would be successful and helped to keep the 'surprise' element of it intact.He and his staff went the extra mile to take care of my husband's mother who is unwell, to ensure her every need was net. She was really touched at how Chris and his team made her feel so special and well looked after. The caring was obviously sincere and genuine and we couldn't have asked for more. All of the guests kept remarking on how wonderful the food, venue and service was. Very well done - it felt both personal and professional.We will be holding other events there and will recommend the Madonna Halley at every opportunity.
