Bvlgari Lounge is close to Harrods. Honestly, there is no mistake, their service and coffee are also delicious. The carrot cake tastes bitter 🤤🤍. Prices are high but worth it.. I asked the honey employee to write me a Happy Single Day and she wrote to me in a professional and beautiful way 🫶🏼.

The atmosphere of the lounge is nice. I went to it at 9:30 at night, but I felt that it was better when I went in the afternoon, and to be honest, I feel that it is suitable for those who like quiet and do not like crowds, because there was almost no one in there except us.. There was no room for anything, and you order what you want normal. As for the sweets, we tried the tiramisu, which was normal, and the sweet one. The second one tastes like baklava. It was delicious, but I was shocked by its small size. I remember we ordered two coffees, two sweets, and one large water, and our account came out at around 67 pounds. Most importantly, it doesn't need a reservation. Go straight ahead and they let you in. It's normal to see that the cappuccino is the one with Bvlgari written on it, but if you ask them, they can write you a latte later.

The pistachio cake was really good, staff was really friendly as well taking his time to tell me about various cakes and his experience within Bvlgari. I’d recommend this place for a nice me time or tea time with your friends!😊

I spent the afternoon here today with two of my gorgeous friends. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with a selection of finger sandwiches, warm scones and delightful desserts! Afternoon tea is served in the main lounge area on the same level as the reception/ground floor. The atmosphere of the lounge area was relaxed and calm. The service was attentive, friendly and professional. Overall, it was a pleasure being served at this establishment today. The overall experience was lovely and I look forward to returning so that I can enjoy another Saturday afternoon here.

The coffee in the lobby inside the Bvlgari Hotel is not a mistake. Whoever is looking for tranquility and elegance, should not go beyond it. Their coffee is delicious and the menu is varied, from sandwiches to sweets to snacks. No reservation required, priority is given to hotel residents. It is beautiful and I love sitting in it a lot Prices: very reasonable

Quality afternoon tea that not only looks wonderful (without too much artificial coloring) but also tastes great. Service is attentive. The only downside is it’s in the lobby so the ambiance is slightly lacking, no view, no afternoon tea-feeling decor. Mocktail has a mango taste, followed by raspberry juice. Not too sweet. The cocktail also tastes good even for someone who doesn’t like alcohol. It’s actually quite refreshing. Sandwiches are pretty hearty. Although I usually dislike egg salad, this one with truffle tastes incredibly good and is the best among all of the three options. Creamy and rich. Scones are less traditional. More on the bun/soft bread roll side than the crumbly scone side. (Maybe some yeast is involved?) Tasty, and I actually enjoy the subtle springiness, but I can’t say it’s the best “scone” I’ve had—It isn’t the typical English scone I’d introduce to my foreign friends. But the kitchen made lemon ginger jam is so special and delicious. The desserts: The peanut one is a favorite! Rich peanut butter cup flavor balanced by coffee paste in the center. The coffee puff one is also lovely, with some oozing Nutella like sauce wrapped in the fluffy sweet coffee cream. The one with savory pepper cracker is also good. Raspberry jelly is very fruity. Ice cream is alright. Not a big fan of vanilla anyways.

I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. We sat near the fireplace on comfortable couches and it was a perfect place to rest after shopping nearby. The sandwiches served during afternoon tea were so delicious and the variety was wonderful. The scones and other desserts were equally good. We left there so full and even declined our server's offer for refills on anything we wanted. We would definitely return here for afternoon tea on our next visit to London.

We went to the Lounge originally back in April for afternoon tea which was bought for us by my sister for Christmas. Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience due to staffing problems, even though the food was good, the service wasn’t) However the manager on duty at the time was exceptionally apologetic before we even mentioned anything and gave us complimentary afternoon and our voucher back to use another day. So I returned on Tuesday 14/8 with my mum to use the voucher. This was a totslly different experience. The staff were friendly, charming, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere relaxing. Thankyou, for identifying when you had a problem, rectifying it before we really had to say anything and providing a wonderful afternoon tea for my mum and I.

We waited for at least 5 minutes at the front desk to be seated for our reservation while two guys working the desk were hopelessly confused about where food was going. That should have been the clue to run!! Eventually we were seated. Menus and an explanation of how they do tea came eventually. We ordered. The tea arrived and they didn't know which tea was which so they guessed - wrong. Eventually the sandwiches came without any description. We didn't know what we were eating. We finished and the pastries never came. The waiters completely disappeared and a new crew arrived. An hour later we were able to pry the pastries from them. Remember, this was a tea so the pastries we prepared in advance and were just sitting somewhere. The food was good and they offered to cut the bill in half. But for God sake, close the place down and send them out for training!

This was a treat for us during our summer holiday in London. We wanted our daughters to experience high tea in London. The service was impeccable with an attentive server that was not overbearing. The tea set was both delicate and devine. It was also a great value as they would replenish anything that you particularly liked. The four of us could not even finish the two tea sets we ordered to share. My girls loved the hot chocolate from Alain Ducasse. My only disappointment was that the lounge was a bit too close to the front door. Although the decor was tastefully done, I would have imagined that the lounge for a Bvlgari Hotel to be a bit more impressive.

We opted for the chocolate afternoon tea which had a lovely selection but was too sweet. i think the traditional option would have been better. We were sat on what looked like comfortable big sofa's which isn't comfortable to eat on for that length of time. Expect a back ache after. The ambience was ok but its just a hotel lobby. But the fire place and decor make up for that. The sandwich selection was lovely and as were the sweets & savoury tartlets. Even though they seem quite attentive and bring you extras. I wasn't impressed that i had to request for more tea which should be part of the service. This was also my first afternoon tea where i had to pour my own tea. The hotel looks very clean but i didn't get to the scones as there was a couple of flies circulating and landed on them.<br />Personally i wouldn't recommend afternoon tea here however i would say its a nice place meeting point for a quick drink.

We visited the Bulgari hotel for my birthday treat in mid June. The afternoon tea itself is served in what can only be described as the lobby area just a few feet away from the front entrance. To make the experience even more strange, we were seated at the back of the lobby area and facing a fireplace with our backs to everyone else in the area and very awkward for the five of us who had to sit in a weird position in order to face one another and be able to have a conversation. We had to wait around for quite a while before someone noticed us and took our order and then we proceeded to wait some more once we had placed our order. So much so that the manager could see that we had just been left and came over to ask if we were okay and if we were being looked after. When the teas did eventually come, they were very nice. I had the Diamond tea (white peach, a hint of vanilla, almond and white flowers), which was lovely and it would be the only reason for me to revisit this establishment. Pots are also refilled for you, which was a nice touch. However, the sandwiches (chicken is halal for those interested) were the worse I have ever eaten at any place. I think Greggs must do better sandwiches! The fillings were absolutely measly and lacked any taste whatsoever and the bread was absolutely stale. The chicken sandwiches were only chicken and no rocket as promised on the menu. The salmon sandwiches were also hardly any salmon and a very thin layer of cream cheese. The tartlets were nicer, when they were served warm (the first time round they were not). The scones were rock hard and more toasted than baked. The clotted cream also tasted less like clotted cream and more like ordinary thick double cream. The jams were just in little jam jars and not fresh. The pastries were quite nice. My favourite being the Choco noisette. There was also a nice touch of a wimbledon themed cake, which as our waiter brought it over went 'plonk' onto the floor in the middle of the lounge. Service was a real mixed bag. Whilst the manager apologised profusely for our horrid experience, he himself agreed that the sandwiches were awful, which really says a lot! The waiters were either there or not. You could sometimes call for assistance and two would appear or you would be waiting around for minutes on end and you'd not see anybody. This is not an authentic afternoon tea experience in London at all. Having been to many other 5* establishments ranging from Dorchester to Claridges, I would say give this one a miss and stick to the original places. This is very much just a stop gap for limo drivers and residents in the area, which adds to the place having no ambience whatsoever. The manager did take some of the bill off at the end as he was clearly very embarrassed, however, that still did not redeem the experience we had. We shall not be returning.

Maggie said that it wouldn't be a problem and she would send me a special menu over created by the chef. A few minutes later I received a tailor made menu with lots of delicious delights and not a fruit salad in sight! Other hotels I had called were not as accommodating simply offering fruit salad. Not quite the afternoon tea I was after!Upon seeing the menu I immediately booked a table. A few days before our visit I received an email informing me that one of our menu options was not available and offering an alternative and confirming with me that we were happy with that. I was pleasantly surprised that they consulted me in advance as opposed to informing me upon our arrival by which time it's too late if we didn't find the alternative appealing. We received great service from the moment we arrived. The price included sandwich replenishment and we did not feel pressured to leave quickly. We were there for 3 hours and the food was delicious! We were particularly impressed with the sweet options given that they didn't contain egg as this can be quite challenging. The only negative I would have to say was that even though service charge was added to our bill the waitress chose not to bring our change when we paid by cash. I would have thought that given we had paid service charge we ought to have been given our change and it is for us to then decide whether we wanted to tip extra. That aside we really enjoyed our afternoon tea experience and would definitely go back again and would recommend it to others!

Everything was nice, the company, the service, the presentation of the sandwiches and the way of serving of the tea and champagne. When I saw the cakes I didn't really know where to start… Every time we finished, either sandwiches or the scones, we were approached by waitress and were asked if we would like to have more any of those and always the service was polite and with smile. But even if everything was nice and cakes delicious, I wouldn't go there again and would not recommended to anyone. It’s nice, clean and new modern design (chimney was still on as outside was bit chilly), but I don’t think this is the best interior for having high afternoon tea. As the design is modern and you are seated behind basic round black table in huge space you have the feeling you were served in hotel’s reception lobby. And for me to have champagne afternoon tea still should be in some nice cosy place.

Afternoon tea was ok. First it is taking place in the 'lobby' which is quite strange at first. Because we were people we had a very large coffee table and were not seating very close to one another. It did not feel very cosy. What I found odd, maybe this is my personal taste, is that the sandwiches came first and scones/cakes arrived only once the sandwiches were finished. I quite like being able to choose between sweet and salty if I want to…The quality was very good, nothing bad to say about it, could have been a little bit more 'original' on the cake side. The nice part was the jars of sweets available to guest. Everyone went to fill their own doggy bags

It's in the lobby, not very prestigious for that price

I visited the Bulgari Hotel for a liquid birthday lunch and made the mistake of being hungry enough to eat. The food was below average. Service was slow and sloppy (We ordered a bottle of champagne that was promptly forgotten about by the waiter and plonked on an empty table within eyesight). Waiters stood chatting around us instead of clearing the empty plates (pet peeve of mine and one that I will remove service charge for - empty plates not being cleared before next course arrives). All in all - just not worth the money - but it was my birthday so wasn't going to let the experience ruin my day. Would never go back for food - but perfectly fine to go for drinks I guess as you are less fussed about service when propping up the bar :)

one of the best afternoon tea in London. located in the lobby bar of the COMO hotel Halkin, the high tea offers unique Indonesian flavor high tea. The Shambhala high tea is only ₤55 per person before 20% VAT and 12.5% service charge. we had the reservation, but the whole time there were only two other tables having drinks there. The space doesnt look very fancy. the table for four person is a bit tight for all the food needs to be on the table, there's barely space for the tea, which i think it needs improvement. the high tea start with a shambhala ceremony that the COMO signature shambhala oil infused water pour on a hot stone on the table. the steam rises to give us the the aroma to bring us to the scent of tropical. you then pick the tea you want, each person will have a whole pot to themselves. The first plate comes out is the savory portion of the high tea, there are salad, soup, chicken wings and shrimp tempora, this is perfect for people who loves savory over sweets. once you finished the savory part the sweet part follows with strawberry chocolate cube, coconut that's marshmallow in the white part and chocolate shell , passion fruit pastry that looks like passion fruit but completely blow your mind, cucumber sorbet and banana waffle. everything is very unique and elevated instead of the normal high tea pastries. the sweet pastries are not too sweet which is perfect. The whole high tea is enough food to skip dinner. Great experience and full of unique tastes.

Lovely atmosphere, amazing service (especially by Lefte) and delicious food. It’s not our first time at Brown, and it will most definitely not be our last! Thank you

Would highly recommend their fortnightly wine nights. You try 6 wines on a theme (ours was different Pinot noirs) with lots of interesting information provided by one of Balfour’s staff, all for £25. There were also little canapés served with each wine which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately for two of them, the waiter had run out by the time they got to our table which was a shame. But we loved it and will definitely be back!

Had a lovely present show lunch here. It was lovely to go to a traditional pub with great atmosphere. So many positives. Lovely member of staff welcomed us to our table and looked after us throughout our lunch. The menu was excellent and catered for our veggie guests as well as others. Quality of food was amazing. Just such a good experience. On exit our waitress smiled and said thank you, which I recipicated. The restaurant is up stairs away from the bar. But we had a look in to the bar and it also looked lovely. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
