Disappointed with the quality of the kung po chicken, was basically boiled chicken and veg in gravy and quite tasteless.

Wrong order and food was very late

Used to order from here years ago . We were close so decided to give it a go again . I just don’t understand how they can get it so very wrong . 3 different dishes that don’t resemble anything you would normally get from a Chinese takeaway ( yes appreciate every one does there own variations) . All 3 meals were just a glupy mush . Tasteless. The meats small and over boiled . You couldn’t see the noodles . I had to go back onto the menu to check our order to decide what the dishes were from the numbers on them . Portion size fine - the ribs prawn toast were ok - everything else was terrible even the crackers . Will never use them again

The pancake roll/beansprouts are beyond rotten. I don’t know how they can serve this food. As soon as you open it you can smell how rotten it is. The bean sprouts are actually shrivelled up and brown at least halfway up each one. There are no shrimps in it and the whole thing is just slimy and rotten.

Chicken chow mein completely tasteless, Singapore chow mein tasted burnt, beef in Cantonese sauce again very bland and sloppy texture. Would Not recommend this Chinese!!!!!

Salt and pepper chips lovely but dissapointed with rest. sweet and sour sauce was like conjelled jelly, bit like the stuff around a pork pie, salt and pepper chicken not crispy

I've never tried the chai Sui before and it was lovely the beef melted in my mouth and the vegetables and noodle was lovely would recommend this dish to anyone

The Prawn fried rice smelt burnt and tasted burnt. It was inedible. The spring rolls were soggy, so again inedible. A waste of money.

Soggy chips and cold, chicken not coated and didn’t taste anything like salt and pepper. The curry sauce powdery and cold

We ordered the same items we usually get elsewhere but as it was shut we tried here. Food was tasty but SOOOO spicy it was impossible to enjoy with our mouths on fire (and for about an hour after)! Also wasn’t ever so warm when it arrived. It was ok (and like I say lots of flavour ) but probably won’t order from here again unless we can request easing up on the spice.

I love there food always piping hot, and very tasty and always polite on delivery, hight recommend my sons a patient at the hospital and always orders twice a week, 😁

Sweet&sour chicken came as fried chicken balls and sauce seperately. Egg fried rice had no taste to it at all and I could barely see that it was fried with egg. Beef szechuan sauce ok-ish, but beef was hard and chewy. Very bad meal - supermarkets frozen isle chinese meals are 100 times better.

Unable to cancel order due to Web site error - but Lotus did all they could to remedy error caused by JUST EAT never use Just eat again Lotus Wakefied brilliant

Was brilliant, very hot and tasty, salt and pepper chips could do with more onions and peppers but apart from that was absolutely beautiful!

Unfortunately the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. The main meals tasted foul, the vegetable spring rolls just tasted of fat and the salt and pepper chips were tough and dry. We threw the lot in the bin. Apologies for leaving such a negative review but it was beyond disappointing.

Excellent delivery on a Saturday evening! Food really hot and quite delicious. We'll be back!

Excellent delivery with food being very hot and ready to eat. This is the first time I have ordered from Lotus and used Just Eat but I will certainly use both again.

Food quality not as good as previous orders. Sweet and Sour Chicken was salty, Prawn toast was not prawn but chicken.. Not good. Also had to wait over an hour for the order

Very average, nothing special. Everything lacked seasoning and very bland. For the price of special fried rice and pancake roll nearly £13.00 it was not really worth it. Also it was a bit off putting seeing a old woman with a mask on and wearing gloves hidden behind a perspex screen, does she seem to think we are still in the middle of covid or something 😳

Placed order and says one time accepts order and time increases. Wouldn't have ordered if I'd known. Food arrived cold. No flavour and the shredded duck was very dry.

Order arrived quick and delivery guy was pleasant. The food wasn’t nice though I ended up throwing most of it away =\ Cantonese ribs were really tough and the sauce didn’t taste of anything and it was very thick and gluey. The deep fried chicken kung po was not deep fried and it just tasted of thick gravy. Salt and pepper chips were ok but too much curry powder to my liking. I would not order from here again

Great again. Prawn toast I'd the best

Food was ok but I found a large piece of bone in the rice, which I suppose can't be helped when working with meat but it wasn't nice on my teeth! Spring rolls were also a massive let down, just underfulled solely with beansprouts.
