food has been really fresh as always, and i always enjoy a nice sweet chicken korma. however this is the second time the korma has come where it's been very spicy. it does ruin it when a korma isn't supposed to be spicy. other than that happy with the food

My pizza was ready for collection within 10 minutes and was hot and fresh when I collected it, my only criticism is that it did taste slightly salty and I was charged a 10 pence bag fee but obviously didn't need a bag as I only had the pizza.

My pizza is as not prepared properly it had chillies on my toddler couldn't eat this. I rang the takeaway they were really rude and hung up on my call

Great food again. My go to place.

I ordered a 4 cheese pizza with an extra topping of chicken but even though it was just plain chicken it was quite spicy which isn't good for my stomach. apart from that the food was ready for collection very quickly and was fresh and warm.

What can I say?!?! We ordered last week after getting a menu through the door and the food was great. Ordered tonight and everything has gone in the bin! Pepperoni pizza tasted like dough with cheese on. Cheeseburgers were ‘rank’ (in the words of two 9 year olds) and the mixed starter was bland. It had no flavour, just heat and tasted like it had all been thrown in the fryer to heat it up! The menu will be following the food into the bin.

I ordered a doner wrap, it was terrible, just meat, no raw materials, nothing, I don't recommend it, the meat was very tasteless

Won't ever use this take away again iordered through just eat app on the 2nd of may for a meal deal 2 which states on app its a meal deal containing 4 kebabs when order came there was only two kebabs so phoned up and they was very rude saying I was wrong and it is only for two kebabs. Also fed up of everything we did order the delivery driver hammered on our door instead of knocking on this occasion he hammered on the door then proceeded to walk to my living room window to try looking through my window this is invading our privacy and down right rude all caught on our ring door bell. Theres been many occations were things have been missed off the order and weve still stayed loyal I my self have been ordering from this restaurant since around 2006 and my partner even long since it first opened but they have totally lost our custom now. Just eat are just as bad they still haven't acknowledged it

we couldn't eat it as it was two hot . and am gluten free . so it was far two hot for me

Over priced food. Quality is not good. Chicken kebab was not edible with extremely fatty chicken. Pizza came with toppings missing. Small portions for the prices. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a meal deal 2 which on the just eat menu states its 4 kebabs I requested 1 kabab to have chilli the order came and it was only two kebab both with chilli sauce I phoned them and told them I had only recived two to be told the meal deal 2 is only two kebabs I stated iv got photographic evidence of the menu on just eat and my order and that it's 4 kebabs and they still refused to rectify it telling me I'm wrong also. The delivery man is rude every time he visits he hammers on my door waking our younger kids up and tonight he's hammered on are door then gone from our door and tryed looking through our living room window all this was caught on our ring a door bell it's totally unacceptable

Ordered from here loads of times before, always been beautiful. However on this occassion ordered my normal Chicken/Meat Rogan Josh pizza, I have never had to specify before whether I wanted chicken or meat as it always came chicken, my family all order this pizza from here too and have never had to put notes in about which one they wanted and have always had the chicken rogan josh pizza but today it came as meat and I couldnt eat my half as im sensitive to red meat. They offered to send out a replacement of chicken but had to decline as partner had already eaten some of his half of the pizza and they wanted it back. At least I know for next time to make sure I put chicken in! - Can't comment on taste of pizza as didnt eat it but partner enjoyed it. Chips were lovely as always. Will order again but will make sure I specify chicken in the notes. It would be good if it was an option when choosing the pizza as to not have this mistake as it doesnt say anywhere when ordering that you had to specify. Customer service was friendly and happy to help so no bad words to say about the food or staff but just the confusion. Thanks

Paid for food and took nearly 2 hours ordered a cheeseburger meal and received a korma with no rice

Sick of ordering a plain burger and it turning up with no patty inside I said plain not non existent

my chips are missing again, you keep forgetting my chips.

cold only a hand full of chips and the donner meat was like cardboard and if that was a large portion I'd hate to see the small!!!!! worst I've had won't every order from there again

I ordered meal deal 2 which states 4 medium kebabs and 2x cans of pop £13.99 they only sent 2x kebabs so obviously I rung them, it’s been changed since October apparently but not updated so I’m supposed to just know these things! apparently it’s a just eat problem not theirs, I ordered £35 worth of food to cover feeding everyone! Not happy at how adeels handled the whole situation!

Had the meat feast pizza bc i was feeling big and greedy (also hate veggies) and the crust was pure charcoal. Everything else was okay as far as takeaway food goes..

Both kebabs were in the cold side and the chicken in the kebab was really fried and tasted like it had been warmed up

2 pieces of Chicken burnt to a crisp and dryed out and about 10 chips. It was absolutely disgusting and Inedible. Dona wrap was a joke.freezing and it was one of those chesp wraps you get from the supermarket and about 4 pieces of Dona meat! Shocking!

very nice food, but they keep forgetting my chips so i have to cook my own.

Now I'm a big chicken korma fan and when I pay good money for one I except fresh ingredients to be used at least, not frozen chicken, it was a very different texture and taste to any other korma iv had and for the keema there was no meat in it. The chips were nice but again frozen chips amd frozen onion rings cost me 32 pound for mostly frozen ingredients so not very pleased unfortunately. People want authentic kormas, the reason I get it is for the taste.

Service:- I'll use delivery for that? The gentleman, that always, seems to deliver, is extremely friendly, a bit chatty which is great & generally all round nice guy!! I've since learnt his name. It's Manchetta (sorry if I've spelt it wrong). Meals, are very hit & miss, sadly. A couple of orders ago. I telephoned to complain. I was getting a free margarita, thin crust pizza, for spending over £18. He agreed it all over the phone. Then when I read my receipt, after the driver had left. I'd been charged 2 X £1 delivery & 50p extra.. I called the shop, what an absolute waste of time that was. He was shouting at me & getting quite nasty in his tone of voice(imo)… Got no where!! The pizza was the only thing that tasted nice… Rice was rather cold & held a lot of water. Korma, was tasteless. The Peshwari naan, well, I explained how I like it, as I seem to have to do every time I order one. . But,, still only 1/2 slivers of almonds, spotted a handful of sultanas if that? Not much coconut. Also, a bit thick & doughy… A couple of weeks later basically ordered the same but, with the addition of a vegetarian pizza... WELL,, I must say, what an amazing improvement, The vegetarian pizza, really is gorgeous, every bit of it. Sad when I'd eaten it all. The Peshwari was absolutely beautiful, I caled up to say how nice it was…Sadly the Korma was still rather tasteless. I had a couple of spoonfuls, then ate it the day after… Which was a tad better I have to say!! The rice (forgot it's name. Think it begins with a P?) It tastes initially a little bit like our pudding rice. Patna rice, I've just remembered the name. It is lovely. Imo. The korma needs a bit of salt & a touch of pepper to bring out the flavours, I am a qualified chef. Not now due to chronic illnesses, I know I've said a lot, sorry. But, wanted to cover all bases… Thank you so much for taking the time to read my review. The vegetarian pizza is excellent, Everytime I've had one has been really nice, I tried the Chicken Passanda last week, truly worth trying. It was succulent & tasty, Always go large for the extra £1… It almost doubles your meal, Plenty chicken!!

Foods spot on everytime and the pizzas are gorgeous

If having pizza I always order from here as they taste fantastic. Family came over and I ordered from here and they even commented on how tasty the pizzas were. The staff are accommodating for my strange orders too (chicken pizza with no chicken 😆). When I was recovering from surgery, delivery bloke even offered to put down wherever would help me. Also the pizza prices are best around! Definately recommend.

We love Adeels, we always order our currys and pizza staples from here, my only complaint this time was I asked for the rice to not be spicy as a few times before its been a little hot and I think my wording didn't help and it was extra spicy, safe to say my husband has banned me from ordering food in the future, but as always the food was cooked to perfection.

The system double charged me for this order. No where to really go to resolve as contacting just eat is impossible.

Meat was a bit sparce, but quality was superb. I went large for more meat and not way more sauce.

The food was disgusting,; the chicken with the Korma was very dry and tough, the Bhuna was extremely salty and the yoghurt sauce was missing from the order. I will never order from Adeels again
