Food took over 1 hour. And was cold. But the food was good. Just stone cold.

had to ring shop and my calzone wasn't very nice after spending £60

We ordered a tikka passanda with pilau rice, peshwari naan. The curry was bright red, full of liquid, I’ve never tasted anything so bad in my life it was inedible. Even the rice was nasty, the naan bread was slathered in loads of sticky stuff I didn’t even try it. We also had a “gourmet” burger which was far from gourmet. Came with brown wilted lettuce no other salad. The burger was wafer thing and dry. The doner wrap only had meat in no salad nothing, the meat was pale and full of gristle. What a waste of £30 and went to bed hungry with no tea. Avoid at all costs. Totally rank food.

Sent me an out of date lumpy yogurt mint sauce apart from that everything else was fine but that’s still not the point

Food was fine. Chicken burger was nice. Scampi is just fish fingers so would say you need to update your menu as it’s not Scampi. It was ok, but fair play to them delivering in rubbish weather.

Chicken wings and 1/4 chicken was over cooked and really hard, pizza was ok

They got my order wrong, I ordered chicken madras and they sent normal chicken curry very disappointing

The currys have a really good depth of flavour. Contrary to a lot of other places I have tried.

I bought a 4 burger meal deal to be called to say it was only 2. They wanted me to buy another 2 and wouldn't give a refund. He said it was my error! I paid the same if not more than I would have would I have not got the deal. I explained it said it was 4 and screenshotted this. Two of my children ended up with no food and the quality of the food that came was not great. Cold, hard and overcooked. No ketchup and only a few onion as the salad. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered of the just eat app meal deal 2 states 4 kebabs and 2 cans of pop 13.99 to good to be true but times are hard so went with that for me and my family. When ringing the shop to add chips as I fogot they told me it was only 2 kebabs miss leading but okay. Then they have put delivered my order and still haven't got my food. I will never order again avoid at all costs.

So where do i begin your meal deal 2 shows 4 medium kebabs and 2 cans of pop for 13.99 should have thought that was cheap but thought bargain why not. When ringing the business up to order chips as I forgot to order them they said no its only 2 kebabs not what it states on the just eat app. It's now saying its been deliverd and I've recieved nothing. My family where looking forward to this watching a movie avoid this place.

We av found past few wks Kebab is cheap & very grisly. Can taste the diffrence. Its not as nice as it used to be

I’m so sorry to say this as a regular user for many, many years but the food that I received tonight was absolutely disgusting, and even if it had been ok has become stupidly overpriced… a curry that used to include chapati, rice or chips has gone up a lot.. and they now charge for the extras… which is of course perfectly fine but it now prices a curry way above even the restaurants! The last time was bad food but I gave the benefit of the doubt… Absolutely gutted to write this as I love the guys and have known many of them a long time but i was really band and all went in the bin. Apologies guys, but im gutted

We love Adeels! Gorgeous piping hot food every time. Burgers, pizzas, kebabs, curries. All delicious! Also lovely friendly delivery man. Won’t go anywhere else. 😀

It didnt come i want my money back.

AVOID. Waited a hour and 40 mins for a delivery that claimed 35-50 minutes wait time, called to see where the food was and had the phone slammed down on me, food arrived clap cold. I would like a refund!

nicest chicken korma pizza ever had

food has been really fresh as always, and i always enjoy a nice sweet chicken korma. however this is the second time the korma has come where it's been very spicy. it does ruin it when a korma isn't supposed to be spicy. other than that happy with the food

My pizza was ready for collection within 10 minutes and was hot and fresh when I collected it, my only criticism is that it did taste slightly salty and I was charged a 10 pence bag fee but obviously didn't need a bag as I only had the pizza.

My pizza is as not prepared properly it had chillies on my toddler couldn't eat this. I rang the takeaway they were really rude and hung up on my call

I ordered a 4 cheese pizza with an extra topping of chicken but even though it was just plain chicken it was quite spicy which isn't good for my stomach. apart from that the food was ready for collection very quickly and was fresh and warm.

What can I say?!?! We ordered last week after getting a menu through the door and the food was great. Ordered tonight and everything has gone in the bin! Pepperoni pizza tasted like dough with cheese on. Cheeseburgers were ‘rank’ (in the words of two 9 year olds) and the mixed starter was bland. It had no flavour, just heat and tasted like it had all been thrown in the fryer to heat it up! The menu will be following the food into the bin.

Won't ever use this take away again iordered through just eat app on the 2nd of may for a meal deal 2 which states on app its a meal deal containing 4 kebabs when order came there was only two kebabs so phoned up and they was very rude saying I was wrong and it is only for two kebabs. Also fed up of everything we did order the delivery driver hammered on our door instead of knocking on this occasion he hammered on the door then proceeded to walk to my living room window to try looking through my window this is invading our privacy and down right rude all caught on our ring door bell. Theres been many occations were things have been missed off the order and weve still stayed loyal I my self have been ordering from this restaurant since around 2006 and my partner even long since it first opened but they have totally lost our custom now. Just eat are just as bad they still haven't acknowledged it

Over priced food. Quality is not good. Chicken kebab was not edible with extremely fatty chicken. Pizza came with toppings missing. Small portions for the prices. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a meal deal 2 which on the just eat menu states its 4 kebabs I requested 1 kabab to have chilli the order came and it was only two kebab both with chilli sauce I phoned them and told them I had only recived two to be told the meal deal 2 is only two kebabs I stated iv got photographic evidence of the menu on just eat and my order and that it's 4 kebabs and they still refused to rectify it telling me I'm wrong also. The delivery man is rude every time he visits he hammers on my door waking our younger kids up and tonight he's hammered on are door then gone from our door and tryed looking through our living room window all this was caught on our ring a door bell it's totally unacceptable

Ordered from here loads of times before, always been beautiful. However on this occassion ordered my normal Chicken/Meat Rogan Josh pizza, I have never had to specify before whether I wanted chicken or meat as it always came chicken, my family all order this pizza from here too and have never had to put notes in about which one they wanted and have always had the chicken rogan josh pizza but today it came as meat and I couldnt eat my half as im sensitive to red meat. They offered to send out a replacement of chicken but had to decline as partner had already eaten some of his half of the pizza and they wanted it back. At least I know for next time to make sure I put chicken in! - Can't comment on taste of pizza as didnt eat it but partner enjoyed it. Chips were lovely as always. Will order again but will make sure I specify chicken in the notes. It would be good if it was an option when choosing the pizza as to not have this mistake as it doesnt say anywhere when ordering that you had to specify. Customer service was friendly and happy to help so no bad words to say about the food or staff but just the confusion. Thanks

Paid for food and took nearly 2 hours ordered a cheeseburger meal and received a korma with no rice

Not happy at how adeels handled the whole situation!

Had the meat feast pizza bc i was feeling big and greedy (also hate veggies) and the crust was pure charcoal. Everything else was okay as far as takeaway food goes..

Both kebabs were in the cold side and the chicken in the kebab was really fried and tasted like it had been warmed up

2 pieces of Chicken burnt to a crisp and dryed out and about 10 chips. It was absolutely disgusting and Inedible. Dona wrap was a joke.freezing and it was one of those chesp wraps you get from the supermarket and about 4 pieces of Dona meat! Shocking!

very nice food, but they keep forgetting my chips so i have to cook my own.

Now I'm a big chicken korma fan and when I pay good money for one I except fresh ingredients to be used at least, not frozen chicken, it was a very different texture and taste to any other korma iv had and for the keema there was no meat in it. The chips were nice but again frozen chips amd frozen onion rings cost me 32 pound for mostly frozen ingredients so not very pleased unfortunately. People want authentic kormas, the reason I get it is for the taste.
