Myself and 5 girlfriends had afternoon tea today and it was great. Food was good, plenty for each person and very enjoyable. Great service today from Lola who ensured we had all that we required. Regular visits to our table to ask if we needed any more drinks, if the food was ok etc. Great afternoon as always thank you.

Food was excellent, downstairs was lively and full of young people having a great time. It was a pain to have to get past them all to get to the ladies!

I have been visiting L&F each week with my NCT friends for the past 6 months. The staff are always super accommodating of us & Lee in particular has gone above & beyond today to help us celebrate a special occasion. A must visit for fabulous food, drinks, but more importantly a warm reception!

This place oozes amazing 🤩 10/10 outstanding 5*+ service from Ellie and Lee. They both embody what good customer service looks like - really attentive to our booking request. They were sooo welcoming of my Staffie Roxy - she practically got a cuddle on the way in 😍 just felt like we were hanging out with friends - they have a brilliant vibe going on! The place is class ☺️☺️ Honestly, food too was amazing! It’s bursting with flavour, made fresh to order. I cannot recommend any higher the fillet steak and the sirloin - next level quality on the cut of meat and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

I came to Lost and found with my whole family last weekend for my husbands birthday. It was great! We had two young ladies looking after us, Zoe and Eleanor they were so polite and helpful, really making my husbands birthday a special one. Will definitely be returning!

We were visiting Knutsford for the day, and The Lost & Found caught our eye as a spot for lunch on the way into the town centre. It's a nice old building converted into a bar and restaurant with a kind of 'shabby chic' style. The service was friendly and the atmosphere when we went - late lunchtime - was nice and relaxed. I enjoyed the Masala Fish & Chips, which was an interesting spin on a British classic (a more traditional version is also available), although the sides didn't quite work for me. We were spoiled for choice with the menu though - it's very varied, with options to suit lots of tastes. We had great non-alcoholic cocktails too. There are so many nice-looking places to eat in the vicinity, but I would certainly consider coming back here for lunch.

Excellent lunch - the rigatoni with truffle oil and chicken was so filling I couldn’t finish it. My friend had the chicken and avocado sandwich which is an open sandwich and again plenty of it. Two glasses of Chardonnay with a dash of soda (which was free) thanks! I’m a bit fed up paying for soda water to top up my wine. I’ll be back.

Brilliant. Called in today for a coffee and cakewalk our little pooch Poppy. Staff were ultra welcoming and friendly, very efficient, and served us with nice coffee and a chocolate torte to die for. Really nice vibe going on in this place, will be back soon for lunch and recommend the place and food 100%.

Bartender staff are so rude and unfriendly. Will not be returning, left after one drink due to the poor atmosphere. Don’t recommend.

Well looked after especially by Lily. Food was fine and we were treated to a glass of bubbly. Will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Had a lovely meal at Lost and Found with my family on Saturday 16th March. Fillet steak was amazing & our server, Lola, was so polite and helpful throughout our visit. Even when we had a problem with one of the meals she went above and beyond to get it sorted quickly and offered a full refund. Would highly recommend!

Hello all, little bit of background, me and my boyfriend both used to work at the lost and found in knutsford and both left over a year ago. Last night we went in with a few of our friends as it was my birthday, only to be told by the staff that their suporvisor had told them that we (me and my boyfriend) weren’t allowed in. We had no prior knowledge to this, and basing it off of who the supervisor is, this was 100% personal. The person who denied us service is a full grown adult, but they are a spiteful person, I’m very disappointed in the service (or lack there of) that we recieved last night and will be raising a formal complaint within the company.

I came in with my company for some cocktails and dinner. The food was excellent served by a lovely hostess i cant remember her name. Also some other mentions are the upstairs bartender james nixon who got us our wine even if they were low on stock! Another mention is the two gents diligently working while under pressure to make cocktails. I believe their names were george and nathan with over 20 of us they made the cocktails quickly and they looked calm as anything. I would recommend everyone come try this place out!

I was expecting more it's a lovely building and although not bad it was a poor average. It starts straight from the minute we arrive. Do you grab a seat or wait to be seated, with 3 of the team next to bar neither took the lead to say hello. Orders taken, The hummus comes with a few to many flat bread, personally i'd lose the pesto from the dish. The crispy squid was ok, i enjoyed it. One of team doesn't really know the basics about never going back to the kitchen empty handed. She served the table next to us, didn't then take our plates away and our mains came whilst the starters plates were still on the table. It's basic stuff, say hello and clear plates. The chips with the fish and chips were really greasy, and when you're paying the best part of £70 for a meal I personally think it needs to be better. It had a busy vibe but the service and the food need to be better, we wouldn't go again for anything other than drinks.
