Amazing service and food. This is the second time we have been here and we had Liv as our server and she was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Liv was our server for the afternoon and she was absolutely amazing. We did the bottomless brunch and she was constantly making sure we had our drinks filled! Such a lovely afternoon here at lost and found!

Be very careful with your bill. Party of 6 - good food. Wine had to go and get bought from a nearby shop - we asked for one on the list Malbec then told there was none. Went for a Pinot noir again there was none. Someone dispatched to the local shop - we could have done that ourselves - 7.50 bottle got sold back at £48 not so good. Final bill also included £80 for 2 bottles of wine that we hadn’t had. Queried the bill and staff immediately apologised and said that was the other table I will take it straight off- there was no other table waiting for a bill- They knew full well they were ripping us off and lying to us. Absolutely no apology. Then added £26 service charge - after trying to steal from us. That came straight off. Simply disgraceful attempt at theft. Receipts available.

Really delicious small plates, beautiful bar, lovely service. Slightly pricey but nice for a treat.

Great food, great atmosphere, staff very friendly and so very helpful, it was my wife's 50th Birthday and the staff went out of their way to help us with the cake we had brought with us, will definitely visit again.

I’ve recently been to Lost & Found Knutsford, it was AMAZING!! The atmosphere was lovely and service was excellent, would highly recommend. I would like to give a huge shout out to our server Megan, she was attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. All round absolute please!!

I love the lost and found in knutsford as it has a nice atmosphere and is close to home. I really wanted to have my baby shower there after reading nice reviews online, however, I nearly had my baby shower ruined due to the event manager not replying to my email and then not booking my reservation (even though I gave all the details in person) after visiting the restaurant in person and speaking to them. I didn't feel welcomed by the event manager, and only found out I don't have a reservation 10 days before the baby shower event after going in and checking again what is going on. I feel disheartened due to the experience, especially when all the other staff is very professional and nice, but now need to have my baby shower elsewhere. Disappointed overall.

Meg was super attentive and friendly through the meal.

Fabulous place to people watch !

I had dinner with a friend, we were welcomed in and shown to our table. Service was prompt and our drinks and main meals didn’t take long. Nice food. We were surprised though, when our plates were taken away we were never offered another drink nor the dessert menu.

Good outside space, always full if the weekend is sunny. Very slow bar service, nice staff, I do go 2 or 3 times a month almost always no Guinness available.. Sold out. I understand they do not want stock going out of date etc, but it is now as popular as ever so disappointing to wait 10 minutes to get served then no Guinness and one Sunday not even any draught lager. Not great really, poor stock management. The outside has more dogs barking at each other than Battersea Dogs Home. I get it its your little pooch, lovely, and you may think everybody loves dogs in a pub with food, it is ridiculous. I don't and its the norm now in almost all pubs even indoors.. Not hygienic at all.

We planned a private event in The Secret Bar. Laura was excellent in helping arrange it and prebook meals. The food was delicious, all the guests said so. Everything came out at the same time so nobody was waiting and even a complex allergy dish had no issues. There was a generous selection of drinks- the wines and non alcoholic cocktails were especially enjoyed. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful even though it was a very busy Easter weekend. The venue is beautiful. We would definitely recommend and had a great evening.

The food was stupendous and drinks came quickly. Went on Good Friday and enjoyed the time there. Would recommend going with some close friends or with family.

Went with my friends for my 18th birthday, the food was great but the highlight had to be the service. Laura was our main server and was great, and we had another server Ella who took an order or two and a photo for us. Overall great time

Popped in for the two cocktails for £12, promotional offer on a large board outside the building. After ordering the drinks, it came to £21, when my husband questioned the price, he was told the offer was only on 5 specific drinks. A little misleading, and yes you could say we should have double checked terms and conditions, but just took it on face value.

Service was very slow but staff were lovely however food was not great! One had salmon waffle it was beyond dry with a teaspoon of creme frieche, 2 of us had the smashed avocado, which contained the smallest eggs a very thin piece of toast and very small scrapping of avocado. Really disappointed we were all still hungry when we left. We didn’t mention anything to the staff but then again we weren’t asked if everything was ok either and I think we would have mentioned something

We came to celebrate a birthday and whilst the atmosphere was great and the two girls that served us were lovely and really tried to make it the best experience possible for us, there was only one thing that let it down for us. One member of the party is lactose intolerant and wanted the steak, they were told they couldn’t be served it as it wasn’t under the allergens section, when asked if it could be cooked in something different that did not include dairy we were told no without even asking the kitchen because “it wouldn’t cook right”. This was highly disappointing for us and put a downer on the night as there wasn’t the biggest selection for someone with a dairy intolerance which resulted in that member of our party only having drinks. We spent over £200 on a party of 6 which felt quite disappointing considering one member didn’t eat. The only thing we would have preferred was a higher selection of options for someone with a lactose intolerance there were just 4 available options (2 large plates and 2 small plates) 2 of which were a definite no due to them not eating seafood. It seems unfair for someone with an lactose intolerance to then just have the option of a salad or a cauliflower steak, neither of which being like the meal they originally wanted to eat.

Lovely food & great service. The latte wasn’t very nice made with oat milk but that didn’t detract from the rest of the meal or the service which was very attentive.

I recently visited and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of a cozy pub feel and a beautiful dining area. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed yet lively. Whether you’re after a casual drink or a full meal it is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back soon for sure!

Just a great bar, decent wine and beer. My wife had a Blush, which she says was absolutely lovely.. not cheap, we spent £15+ on our 2 drinks, and the wine was a 125ml.. however, that is not a complaint, more of an informative comment. We really liked this bar and will return

I had the pork chop. I would have preferred a smaller one that was cooked correctly to the large one I had which was overcooked and tough. It was also difficult to get the attention of the staff.

It was our first time at Lost and Found and it won’t be the last. As a family we like to treat our self’s at least once a month to go out for Sunday lunch. We all found the food excellent, hot and plenty of it. So much so even my husband a big eater struggled to eat the lot. I had the rack of pork and it was delicious. Even the prices are reasonable. We will be back.

Disgraceful: the place is dog friendly. However, there were shards of glass everywhere by the outside seating on the front on the restaurant.

Staff were friendly, helpful and engaging and the food was good all-round. Music was a bit loud even though we were a big party so were given the ‘Boardroom’ which is away from the main bar, so I can’t imagine how anyone could have a conversation in the main areas. Good times though and deserving of five stars.

Well laid out over 2 floors and a couple of secret rooms for smaller get togethers. Friendly and busy staff.

I booked to eat in the restaurant and was told when I arrived that the restaurant upstairs was not open so we would be in the bar. If I had known this I would not have booked - i did not want a pub meal at restaurant prices Very Poor Burger was overcooked and dry -

Lauren served us at the beginning and she was wonderful and so helpful with our party of 16 and then Oliver took over and was equally amazing, so friendly and made sure our Prosecco was topped up, drinks were flowing! Really amazing service all round. Food also amazing!!!

We were in knuttsford for a couple of nights for a 65 birthday celebration.....my friend told me about Lost n Found, from their previous trip to knuttsford. They said it is a lovely pub to visit, so we did. It has curb appeal, that draws you in, once you enter, you are greeted by lovely, friendly " meet n greet " staff. Then when you approach the bar, ( as we only had a couple of drinks)the bar staff are the same, friendly n happy to serve. The inside of LnF is stunning, from lighting, to table n chairs, even the ladies toilet, all have a lush feel n a beautiful look. We will be visiting knuttsford in the summer, as LnF looked fantastic in the summer, with outside seating. " Well done FnL 👍🏻

Called in on the spur of the moment and despite being a Sunday they quickly found space for us. Service was quick and friendly. Childern and dogs appeared to be welcome too. Just had a starter and a pudding, but the pudding could have been shared as it was large. Will go again.

Beautiful building In a great location, Went upstairs to the restaurant and the staff didn't really have a clue what to do, We where walked around the restaurant like on a tour bus because the guy didnt know where to seat us and had to ask but took us with him, my partner has a peanut allergy and she was asked to scan a code to look at the allergy food but the card took us to a list of restaurants not directly to the allergies, When we finished a drink the staff didn't noticed and instead of being asked if we would like another drink I had to ask for drinks, we had a 2nd lot of starters brought to us that wasnt for us and then drinks brought over that weren't ours, Then when the main course came out the plates where slammed down onto the table, Half way through the meal the staff started moving tables around which we were quite shocked about, I thought the Toilets were outside the restaurant doors so I went to check, and when I immediately came back in and asked the young girl she pointed me in the direction of the toilet and then said Have you just come from downstairs to which I explained that I was in the restaurant and she had literally just served me a few minutes earlier, such a strange night, Oli wss helpful and waited on the table in a very professional manner, would I come back ? I don't think so with the way the restaurant runs

Great service from Oli, nothing too much trouble, very polite and friendly. Manager relocated us to a quieter area, though still quite noisy. Food good, but wine expensive, coffee disappointing.
