Easter weekend visit during the Carnival. Service was genuinely awful, a real lack of attentiveness unfortunately. The young staff appeared to be very inexperienced given the lack of attentive service. Our food took nearly a hour to come out in fits and starts, many folk who arrived after us were served before us. Party of 4 adults and 4 children. Would not revisit based on high price, average food and poor service. Try harder guys, look after your customers, they're the ones who will keep you in business after all.

Traveled from crewe to Nantwich just for a bag of coffee beans at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon, upon arrival they were closed which is strange, looking through the window I could see there were still staff inside so I knocked on the door and asked why they were closed (because they were quite) so I asked if I could just buy a bag of beans as I had travelled from crewe and had ran out so couldn’t have a coffee at home but was told no as they had cashed up for the day ???? So what ? I was paying card, the transaction would sit in your card machine until tomorrow resulting in a sale for you and a happy customer in me rather than this now very annoyed customer hence review, hope when you go on holiday and you get to the airport it’s closed because they went a little quite, get your opening hours rip them up and change for we open & close when we choose.

Amazing coffee and staff that went out of their way to make sure everyone had a nice time while there

Fantastic place - we've been over half a dozen tines so far, couple of times with friends and parents - everyone has loved it. Nicely eclectic menu, great quality ingredients cooked really nicely - coffee is great, tea nice and strong. Really friendly service, no point going anywhere else for a fab breakfast at a reasonable price.

My third visit to Enzo, and I was ignored even more so than previously. I just wanted a spot of breakfast. It was early, just after 9am. The place was empty, but I was not the first customer; one person left as I arrived. The only serving staff wished me 'good morning', but then disappeared off into the back and started gossiping with someone I couldn't see. I got fed up with waiting and walked out in the end. Will not return.

Always nice here at this coffee shop. Staff are so friendly and nice. Coffee is 1st class and food is to die for.

What a fabulous place!! Lovely friendly staff, incredible Bisçoff milkshake (which my 9 year old demolished!!), and top notch food. Portions were really generous. I would reccommend this place to anyone. :)

My mother and I visited today, very and clean and welcoming. There was a delay on food, mine was good, however my mum's was very soggy. Not bad overall. Not sure if I would go again. Staff were friendly.

Lovely food (I had herby mushrooms) and decent coffee... shame the staff member taking my order was not at all warm and welcoming. Customer facing positions should be filled with staff who care about the customer's experience, not just how much they like the food.

Popped in for shelter, a coffee and a cake between Christmas and New year! Loved the vibe, very relaxed, good coffee and good selection of grub. Will definitely be ducking in again when we're back in the area - hoping next time it isn't absolutely bucketing down ☔☔☔

Great experience at Enzo, they serve fresh tasty pizza in a range of flavours. Allowances for food intolerances with vegan options. Good coffee to boot and make their own cakes fresh! Very much a repeat customer

Best pizza and coffee in Nantwich by far. In fact, it's the Best coffee and pizza I've had in the UK. Very nice atmosphere and the staff are all great and super friendly and efficient.

A private party.... The room was too cold and no serving of hot drinks.... It was snowing outside. We made our own atmosphere... The pizzas were delicious.

Had a lovely light lunch of pasta. Very busy and bright and the cakes at the counter looked very tempting.

Came here for pizza the night the lights were switched on. The pizzas were very tasty and although it was ridiculously busy and cramped because people were queueing for the toilets the service was great.

I’ve been going to Enzos for over a year now. Normally 3-4 times a month. The food, coffee and service has always been amazing. I struggle to go anywhere else in Nantwich as I know exactly what I am getting at Enzos, which is good quality food and efficient service. The only downside I would say is no wifi, meaning I can’t take my laptop and work there if needed.

I gave eaten calzones in lots of places and I have to say the vegetarian one I had yesterday (Saturday 16th Sept) was one of the very best I've eaten anywhere. It was excellent in every way. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are polite and attentive and the atmosphere is a relaxed one. I highly recommend Enzo's to everyone. Do not hesitate to visit this eatery next time you're in Nantwich. 5 out of 5 stars.

Great pizzas, well priced, fantastic service!

I’ve often walked past @enzonantwich when I visit and we paid it a visit with friends a few weeks back, it was beautiful sunshine so we sat outside - a perfect people watching spot! ☀️ I opted for the cock a leekie pasta, which was £1 extra for GF pasta. It was a huge potion and I was so full after! It had pancetta, leek, mushroom and a crème fraiche sauce🍝 Everyone else had the pizzas, but sadly not GF - but they loved them and again, a huge portion. Really enjoyed it & will definitely back for a lunch when I’m in town again! 👏🏼

Ordered the same time as my friend and he had already finished his before I got mine. Service seemed poor. No poached eggs and the sausage was tough and dry. Rest of the breakfast was nice and the coffee was good.

I had posted quite a negative review of Enzo after my experience at the weekend. However Carrie has been in touch with me and has given me such great service that I’ve retracted my previous review and wanted to submit a new one. The pizza I had at the weekend was delicious however the customer service I received wasn’t great. Carrie has gone out of her way to listen to my complaint and resolve it and I’m really grateful. Thank you :)

My husband has been here a number of times and was very keen to take me to me here. He was right and I wasn’t disappointed. The food tasted and looked and was made to order. I had a small pizza and still ended up taking half home. Maybe it was the filling up in dough balls with dip. I made sure I finished off the other half of the pizza that evening. Service was ok, I can imagine it gets very busy, not quite half full when we were there and the staff were dashing here there and everywhere. Although not a negative as there a few regulars there that the staff took some time to have a chat with. The atmosphere was really good, open but not over crowded. I’m looking forward to going back and having lunch there again.

Very good breakfast and coffee. I've been here a couple of times in the last week or so. There aren't many better spots in Nantwich to sit with a coffee on a sunny day. The Weekender breakfast was excellent, good ingredients well cooked. All with fast friendly service (on a busy Bank Holiday Sunday)

The best coffee shop in Nantwich. All staff are super lovely & friendly. I've always been made to feel so welcome here. The food & drinks, especially the vegan range is excellent. I can't recommend it enough

Absolutely amazing place! I had a calzone pollo and the dough was so fresh and tasty, the milkshakes also hit the spot!

Great food, service and atmosphere!

The food was okay, nothing special and it could’ve done with being cooked for a bit longer. The staff were very unwelcoming, off-hand and extremely rude which spoilt our dining experience. I will not be returning and giving them my custom again. I would highly recommend going next door to the bookshop cafe where the staff are very friendly and offer an excellent service with a smile. A smile goes a long way - be kind.

No customer interaction. They're not very welcoming and I'm quite a chatty person. Then I waited over 40 minutes for one item of food to be delivered as people that came after me had started to finish their meals. Couple came in, ordered but were told it would be 30 minutes wait for food. I wasn't told this when I ordered and the couple simply got up and left. I was pinned to the table because you have to pay in advance of the meal. I was told the "chef is new" and that either they missed my order or the staff served it up to somebody else that came after me. Food came and it was undercooked. The pizza dough was pale, soft and had little to no flavour. In fact the whole meal was bland, which is a shame as I usually receive nice food here. It's not particularly recommended to eat under-cooked dough, especially with my stomach issues. I'm hesitant to return to be perfectly honest because I overlook their rude staff and overworked attitude because the food was always nice. But if the old chef has bounced I don't think I will return.

The Veekender (veg breakfast) is fab

They do the best flat white in Nantwich!! A 95 on our score sheet! Staff are always great! The best chocolate brownies as well!

Called at lunchtime on a Monday, quite busy inside with only one available table. Decided on the pork and beef casserole with creamy mash off the specials board. Not too long to arrive and whilst it was tasty we thought the portion size was quite small and it could have done with a side of vegetables or salad. Overall though, we were pleased and would go again. The atmosphere and staff were all good.

Delicious pizzas, coffees and cakes!

One of the best dairy free pizzas I’ve had, partner says the dairy one was great too! We had the pepperoni and they swapped the cheese for dairy free for me, so tasty 🤤. The staff are super friendly and really accommodating. If we are ever this way again we will be stopping in and will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you so much!

I love the food here but way, way too slow. One time my friend had to send back pasta 3 times because of ordering problems. When the food does arrive it is great but until they fix the speed, there are better places to get food in Nantwich.

Great breakfast, good service very busy for breakfast but worth it.

Very rude staff, completely un professional. Customer service was quite literally the bare minimum. One we’d ordered our food and sat down we were made to feel unwelcome. Our cutlery arrived in a tomato can tin that was shoved onto the table. No sauces were offered. No order was taken for our drinks. For the price and customer service I wouldn’t recommend going

Poor service, pretentious management. Coffee was lukewarm and weak. Im a vape user and make sure i do not get in other people's faces with it. Sat outside in the main street away from everyone after buying a poor quality coffee and was told i was not allowed to vape. No signs. Its a puplic street.

The pizza is good, but the opening times are very odd for a pizza restaurant or pizzeria…it would make a lot more sense to open around 10-11am and close 8pm on Weekdays, 11pm weekends; Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You serve lunch for older people and serve dinner up to 11pm to young people?

Fantastic little coffee shop with outside seating, friendly staff and very nice customers. Offering food including cook breakfasts, calzones and pizzas lid a range of coffees, teas, beers and wines too. Overall excellent.

Recently gave this establishment a try for s spot of breakfast. It is in a great location for all the shops within Nantwich town square . It’s a well lit modern deco with a nice clean feel it it . The food was well preserved and really enjoyable . If you are in town and fancy a spot of food I would say give it a try you might be surprised

Cant believe we called here for a quick bite to eat and coffee ..it was 2 minutes past 12 and WOULDN'T do a measly slice of sourdough toast...needless to say the chef was a proper jobsworth ..how much effort to make a piece of toast rather than lose a sale..needless to say.won't be rushing back !! And 2.50 for coke when a coffee was only 2.30...

Disappointing. Tea is half a cup, we ordered vegetarian sharing platter and got the vegan one which was tasteless and later that day both had bad tummies. Dogs also not allowed inside which is unusual in Nantwich. Only 1 toilet

Disappointed this time. Food came out so quick. Ate half of my breakfast before we even got our drinks. Suspect the eggs weren’t poached fresh as they were cold. Please please make sure drinks come out before food….golden rule as nobody wants to eat before they get there drink.

I came here to dine drink and for work....what a mistake....Mandy was extremely rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend this so called 'hospitialty' venue. There are far more kinder staff that help people with hidden disabilities.

Visited at lunch time for a coffee. Not busy but the lady taking the order was extremely serious, no smile no conversation nothing. In the customer services she’s in ; that attitude doesn’t do. It took 20 minutes to obtain my coffee not good service....

Been here lots of times prior to covid, always been lovely with great food and a nice atmopshere. Today was the first time in about 18 months but whilst in Nantwich we decided to pop in for lunch. We spent almost £60 but when I took out my coffee loyalty card that would have knocked 1 hot drink off the bill, the staff simply said they didn't take them anymore and seemed put out by me trying to use the fully stamped card. Wheres the loyalty after spending so much in the past and at todays visit? Surely a teaspoon of coffee and a bit of hot water wouldn't have eaten into their profits but rather this has left me disappointed and not wanting to return of recommend! If they don't do these cards any more why not accept it this once and then say we no longer offer a rewards system? How was I supposed to know having not visited due to the pandemic? Appreciate covid has affected businesses but surely they could have dealt with this better and had a system in place for the few customers like me who had earned a free drink but can no longer redeem there card. On a separate matter the service was lacking and slow, staff weren't the usual smiley happy upbeat people I'm used to seeing on previous visits. The crust on one pizza was burnt to a crisp and the cookies were rock hard. Based on todays visit alone I think 2 stars is being generous and the food / service wasn't up to the price we paid. It wasn't overly busy so maybe others feel the same of late? A real shame as this has always been the place we eat when in town. As requested by owner, photo and email sent but no reply

Just passing through town today so we grabbed two pizzas, a calzone and cake to go. Fantastic as always. Two fussy children are our critics and they devoured it all. Cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic.
