Great place to meet either friends of business colleagues. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make your visit special, spotless, great atmosphere and felt free to stay and talk after our meeting. Great venue, and will definitely be back soon! Thank you !

Popped into the loose box on a Wednesday evening with my adult daughter, place was jumping. We only planned to stay for a cocktail or 2 and ended up there for the night!! Great atmosphere. Cocktails were lovely.

This place was a great venue for business drinks and snacks. Really efficient and friendly bar staff. Decent music (loud) - was a good night!

This place makes awesome, authentic Italian pizza. I usually feel bloated after having a whole pizza but this was not the case this time. The staff are also super friendly, especially Manuel! I will definitely be returning very soon as its very quickly become my new favourite spot for pizza in London! 🍕😋

This restaurant used to have a large variety of dishes, but it is now just another pizza parlour. My pizza was very soggy in the middle. All I could do was eat the outside part. I will not be eating there again. We did receive excellent service by the lone waitress. She deserved the tip we left her. The best thing was the cappuccino. Very nice coffee but in a very small cup.

I did not eat here but met a friend and drank lager. They seemed to be having a pizza night. Quiet pub with friendly staff. Outdoor space was nice in the hot weather. Toilet on the upper level was clean.

Great place for a team social following a stimulating away day. Not many of my teammates actually came, but i think that reflects more on me as an organiser/socialite than it does on the Loose Box, which apparently does a decent breakfast. Hopefully next year some more people will be able to make it! But again, can't fault the Loose Box for that. Decent pint selection. Cheers

Nice open pub that doesn't feel cramped. Good music and happy hour makes it very affordable. Also you can play shuffleboard and go there for food.

We used The Loose Box for a private hire fundraising charity event and the team were great! It is a lovely spacious venue with screens around the room and a lovely long bar along one wall. There was plenty chairs and tables for everyone with it not feeling overcrowded! Everyone who was working on the evening were absolutely lovely and attended to our attendees with patience and respect! Definitely recommend The Loose Box for private hires and we would love to give a special thanks to Heather for all the help you gave prior and on the night.❤️

Way way too packed. Seriously like Covid never even existed. Not a mask in sight. Packed out queues at the bar to get drinks and tables overflowing with people...A works leaving do that I wished I never went to sad to say. My choice, I left pretty quickly. Good to see a venue busy these day, but really not for me.

Good as as spot near the office. You can reserve tables for work groups, but if you are late, other groups take your chairs.🤣

Hired the Horseferry Road bar Great space to host a large party - friendly helpful staff.

Can order wine/ beer at the bar, but have to order cocktails on an app… why? Maybe because the app adds a service charge! Not cool and wouldn’t recommend

Booked an area for 20 on a Thursday night in January. The area was ok though not great, but the main issue was how horribly hot the bar was. It was really quite unpleasant. And they could have done with more staff - the queue for the bar was very long! Other than that, a good night!

Came here for Christmas Dinner with work. Food was OK but the starters were not popular especially the soup which looked like runny glue and the burnt caramel which had curdled but hidden below cream. Still good atmosphere

Went there for a family wake. Good area cordoned off, lovely food and the staff were great and attentive with nothing being too much for them. Well done and thank you.

Great pub conveniently located on Horseferry Road. Pop in here often after work for casual drinks, and is usually the place if choice for celebrations/leaving dos. The prices are great for London and the drink selection is pretty good - especially their happy hour cocktails

They needed 1 hour to prepare our food and that wasn't even the worst part. I know places that serve frozen food from the 2nd world war that taste better than what they serve you. Wouldn't recommend.

We held an American football telecast party for 90+ people at The Loose Box yesterday. Goncalo and his staff were superb in making sure that all of the delicious food and beverage were well prepared, presented and kept on coming. I could not recommend the venue highly enough for a similar event.

I have been at Loose Box multiple times. Reason for very low rating is the rip-off of ordering to table. It incurs 12.5% service charge but took over half an hour for drinks to be served, with multiple chasing. Disappointing and spoiled a good night.

Absolutely amazing customer service from a young man with lots of tattoos, (perhaps french Algerian but not sure) I was meeting a friend and he really looked after me. He helped me find a free table, gave advice on the menu and drinks and was super accomodating about providing a refund for the food when we had to rush off before eating because we had tickets for something.

Great place for watching sports. The bar could use a bigger dinner menu, but the drinks and ambience made up for it.

Terrible, ordered a burger amd chips half hour later I asked what's taking so long? They got the table wrong!! I saw the manager eating a burger before he came and told! Poor communication and service!! Don't waste your time

Très Bon accueil ! Nous sommes arrivés à 8 ! La serveuse nous a trouvé des tables et des chaises pour nous installer en terrasse ! Donc génial ! C’était les Happy Hours !!! Le cocktail est a 11 livres mais du coup vous en avez 2 ! Donc correcte ! Pour les enfants , de manière générale dans Londres ils ont pas grand chose, on reste sur du classique , coca et coca light et orangina. On a pas réussi à avoir de la grenadine ! Barrière de la langue ….. dommage …. On se débrouille en anglais mais pas sur tout !!!! C’est un bel établissement ! Rempli de la jeunesse chic de Londres ! Je recommande ce pub en famille !

Book a reservation weeks in advance for a table, which gets cancelled a few days before as they are no longer taking reservations. Turn up in the hope of grabbing a table and find every table has reserved on it.

Large pub round the back of Westminster on Horseferry Road. Recommend to us by some friends who work at the Home Office. Enjoyed the buzz here. Good music & vibe throughout this evening. We enjoyed sitting outside & watching life go by (not many places round here you can do that).

We had a very big group and it was organised like clockwork, service was excellent.

Good range of beers and wines. Very lively venue probably more suited to someone younger than myself :) That said had a great time

Goncalo, Andy and the chef at The Loose Box were in brilliant in making sure our office Christmas meal went to plan. They were flexible with the booking, friendly on the day and the food was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. We couldn't have had a better time!

Ok bar, main problem is it takes way too long to be served a drink, waited about 15mins

Visited with my friends to play suffleboard and we had a great time! The place was very cosy and inviting. We enjoyed 2-4-1 cocktails which were delicious and reasonably priced (£11, between 5pm and 7pm). We also ordered a garden platter (£16) to share and there was plenty of food - it was delicious. We enjoyed the shuffleboard game (first time any of us had played). Would definitely recommend and would go back to play again and enjoy a cocktail.

Shuffleboard was lots of fun! Happy hour till 7 makes it also worth a visit if in the area.

Went for a walk from our hotel across the river looking for somewhere to stop and eat. Came across this place, looked very inviting with a beautiful trail of fairy lights outside. Not too busy. Large selection of drinks, limited menu but enough choice. Selected several small plates. Food was delicious and plentiful. Service great on arrival but after food finished nobody came near us. So had to pay bill at the bar and order another drink from there. Atmosphere great, a great find.

Affordable drinks, really fantastic pint of beer with a great head. Shuffle board was great £10 for one hour was fine. Lacked atmosphere as not very busy on a Friday night.

Fantastic food, great portion sizes and delicious. Lovely atmosphere, we enjoyed playing shuffleboard with a few drinks as well. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Would happily return.

We deliberately sought this place out as put first visit was so good. And this time it was poor. Indifferent staff, a terrible beef burger that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and hastily reassembled, and a truly awful chicken burger that appeared to be the worst cuts of the bird coated in crumb and deep fried When the best you can think of is "at least the fries are hot", you know you'll not be back

I visited for the first time with my friends and I was really impressed how fast and friendly was the service. A great range of drinks and the food was amazing specially the Arancini. It will definitely become my favourite place.

Have visit with some friends initially for a drink, and luckily we decide to have a bite to eat and wow, the food was really really tasty, friendly staff, really great atmosphere I will be returning and highly recommend to anyone to visit

We stopped for a cup of tea and ended up having drinks and lunch! Minimal but nicely priced menu, the sandwich and fries was excellent value and frankly enough for two of us to share. Just as well as the pint I had was extortionate!

I've been here a few times for after work food and drinks, great atmosphere, welcoming and happy staff. The food is amazing (especially the LooseBox burger) which is my favourtite. Cocktails a very well priced and taste top notch. Would highly recommend everyone to visit...

Location, location, location. Everything else is fine, *just* fine. Standard selection of overpriced beers and pub grub. The Christmas meal - in which 100+ of our company descended on the place - was surprisingly disappointing.

We took advantage of their burger & beer deal on a Monday lunchtime. The chicken burger looked appetising but proved tricky to eat as it was overly sloppy and very messy. Service was prompt but there wasn’t much atmosphere especially when the music stopped playing.

Really great food at this place. Nice ambiance to this restaurant and the service is really quick. I had the chicken burger with Cajun chips and absolutely loved it.

The staff offer professional service and the establishment seems clean and spacious, even when busy. Unfortunately the selection of meals and drinks is quite limited and on my last visit they were sold out of many of my choices. One thing that I found exceptional was that, although they had a problem with the lemonade on tap, one staff member actually went to the local shop to purchase some just to make the bitter shandy which I requested. I've yet to try the food but I will on another occasion; although the menu is limited the selection does appear appetising.

We decided to have a Valentines Day lunch here as being mainly a business venue we thought it wouldn’t be too popular for couples and we were right. Friendly service and very good food. Not expensive for central London - beer £4.50 a pint.

I regularly eat here for lunch or dinner on business trips to the area. The dishes are creative and they always have meatless options. I ordered the vegetarian moving mountains burger with caramelized onions. The onions were like candy. The fries were nice as well....

Well located pub/restaurant serving fairly priced, well prepared and presented pub-grub style food 12 hours a day with a decent beer selection on tap, classic and decent modern 'twist' cocktails. Staff have always been friendly and polite, I was in a bit of an emotional state before visiting here the first time and they cheered me right up. Will be back whenever I'm in the area. Sláinte! =D

Went for a work Christmas meal, food wasn't great but in fairness it was a booking of about 50 people. Still disappointing though.

Lively, well appointed bar venue that attracts a fun crowd. Good food available, but awful acoustics, like so many, sadly.

Work Christmas meal - started OK. Starters came quickly but at the time of writing over 90 minutes later there is no sign of main courses and no explanation or apology for the delay. Very very very poor.
