Worst place I’ve visited. Terrible staff and shocked at the responses they give to their customers tripadvisor’s reviews as well. Learning a thing or two about customer service wouldn’t go a miss with this place.

What a great place! Myself & my husband stopped here on our drive out in the countryside this afternoon. We each ordered coffee & cake. Our latte & cappuccino were lovely. The double chocolate brownie & caramel brownie we ordered were both delicious. The views were beautiful. The service was great; staff were friendly & welcoming. We will definitely return!

Was hoping for coffee and cake. We ordered but over half an hour later we were still waiting. When we popped over to the counter to chase them up we were just told they were very busy, which they were. Waited a bit longer but still no sign so finally we gave up and went elsewhere.

Visited the Lookout for the first time today—WOW!! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was just as impressive. I had the breakfast wrap, and it exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

What a lovely place, it had been recommend to me and it did not disappoint. Had a sandwich that came with salad, crisps and coleslaw. I also added chips to my order. Celebrating a family birthday, we booked for afternoon tea. Stunning views from our table and such friendly and efficient service. Amazing experience, the afternoon tea was served with a delicious carrot and coriander soup followed by an incredible assortment, ranging from frittata to scones with clotted cream. Each piece beautifully presented, freshly handmade and tasting out of this world! Outstanding dining experience in a beautiful location. We’ll definitely be returning to explore the rest of the menu.

I visited this afternoon with family for my uncle's birthday. The Lookout has just been taken over and although I went with high hopes (this has always been such a good spot for lunch/afternoon tea) unfortunately it was really disappointing! Firstly we waited 15 minutes before someone took our drinks order, then we ordered food (both myself and another family member asked for the spicy mayo to be separate rather than on the chicken burger). After a further 30 minutes, and with other customers being served before us, we queried how long our food would be. Instantly we could tell that there was a problem, the staff looked worried and one waitress came over to explain that our order has been 'misplaced'. Although we were provided with a complimentary round of drinks, it was an hour before our food arrived since originally arriving. Surprise surprise, the spicy mayo wasn't separate and the chicken in the burger (thigh, not breast) was hot in places and cool in others. I ended up having to spit some chicken into a napkin as it wasn't at all hot. Nobody asked how our food was and overall it was just a really poor experience, nothing like we'd experienced with the previous owners. To add insult to injury, apparently the new owner (the chef) didn't even show his face at any point to apologise or try to rectify the errors. The young waitresses were left to deal with the dining disasters. Overpriced food-we won't be back!

Pleasant surroundings, decent sized cup of coffee, some cafes seem to be using doll’s house cups these days. The toast was awful, barely browned (saving fuel?) , huge thickness, completely tasteless. Don’t know why some cafes serve “artisan” bread, might it be so that they can charge what they do under the guise of being different from your average bread. Well, it was certainly that…

My husband, daughter and I called in for a hot drink and an ice cream sundae on Friday afternoon. A pleasant young man showed us to a table. We waited 30 minutes to be asked what we would like and then it took around the same time for 2 hot drinks and an ice cream to finally arrive! We were at the point of walking out. Who knows how long it would have taken if we had ordered hot food! It would appear there were others waiting the same length of time too and orders weren’t coming out in order they were taken. There seemed to be lots of staff just hanging around and no system in place. Very disappointing.

A true gem. Beautiful vistas, phenomenal food, excellent value. A beacon to others, they deserve every accolade. Didn't want to review or share for selfish reasons, 5 star.

From the moment I stepped into Nando’s Deepdale, I knew something magical was about to happen. The aroma of PERi-PERi filled the air like a siren’s call. Enter Jenna, our server, our hero, our guiding light in this journey of spice and satisfaction. She wasn’t just serving food; she was crafting an experience. Drinks? Bottomless. Ice cream? Heavenly. Service? So good I nearly wrote a poem about it on a napkin. As I sipped my bottomless drink like a king in his castle, I realised, this isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a way of life.

We choosen on a night time visit, the coffee being great, the staff members kind and helpful. The place is very close to restaurants, and other services, and nice and cosy to sit down for a while :-)

This was my first time here but it definitely won’t be the last! I had the Reese’s peanut butter waffle and my mam had the chocolate hazelnut waffle, the food was delicious and the service was great, the staff were understanding of my mams need for having an assistance dog and were very welcoming! We will definitely be back
