Ordered extra bacon but didn’t get any

Completely wrong order and freezing cold

Commercially available, Industrially manufactured products for human consumption. Profit and gain are of paramount priority. Health is of least concern.

this is the 2nd time have had a problem ordering from McDonald's asda.. every time they get the order wrong.. ordered a chicken wrap and got a double stack beef burger.. how can u mistake that ... not Happy.. Need to get staff who know what they are doing...

No sauces which were added and paid for!

Very clean, fast service, food hot.

Small setting area. Not much room between tables , making wheelchair users hard to use a table

Worst service, the staff always makes to wait about 30 mins just for a simple cheese burger order.

Im grateful, the projected time of delivery was moved earlier than the initial time, and a reasonable amount of brown sauce was used, but only one napkin was included for three food items, no sugar, sweetner, stirrer were included. Might I suggest an option for the bacon muffins to get sauce also?

One muffin contents was slipped again, one muffin had been sliced open too close to the top, and the thin bread was collapsing. This was the first time in some time some sugar had been included, sugar AND sweetner would be nice. The driver was fine.

Not polite. Every employee is very rude and hostile to all customers! Not enough smile! In fact, they don’t like to do it, and no one asks them to rework it😡

Dirty and slippy floors. Good was ok a little cold.

been twice recently and had my orders extremely late and i was highly unsatisfied after waiting 20+mins my first time and they hadn’t even checked and the food came out stone cold.

Got to love a maccies. McPlant is lush and a maccies coke just hits the right spot😆

The delivery driver was courteous and engaged in a little conversation too, the only reason i didnt give a 5th star for quality was that one muffin had slipped apart and then the cheese had cooled & hardened in that shape, also the latte seemed low.

It's a nice place to eat with your family and friends. The environment is great

No top to the Big Mac, no dips delivered, chips cold, pickles not removed, just awesome!

Didn’t have the right drink I ordered

Staff can not read a order. Asked for no cheese and got no egg and no butter. But got the cheese! Also ordered an extra sausage and didn’t get it. I’ve complained time and time again about them not reading the orders and have not ordered in a long time because of this, thought I’d give the family a treat today and chanced it. The management are to blame, where’s the quality control???

Tell you drives to look at what they are giving you I ordered food and got someone else’s drinks and none of my food

Er it fills a gap when you're working all over the country. Nothing to write home about, standard ultra processed food but hay what you expect. Over priced really for what it is

did not get our sauce. my 5 year old was so excited for her ketchup as it is a rare treat for her. absolutely appalled at this.

Never had everything I was looking for went specifically to get lamb on offer but none available

Ordered on just eat got macdonalds family meal and only half of it came. I rung up maccies and they said just eat is third party we camt do anything about it besides give me a refund. Didt think it was paying all that just for half of it to come

It was late at night, and although it was busy, our order was done quickly.

driver attempted to deliver to the wrong house and became angry, shouting at me down the phone when I couldnt hear him due to the poor reception in our area when I eventually understood him, I went outside to meet him, I found him ringing my neighbours doorbell repeatedly when he realised he was wrong he just gave me my food and left without apologising.

The chicken burger didnt have the chicken on it

i ordered two drinks and two large fries and only one of each came

every now and again you just crave a maccy's and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very busy but great staff quick service all fresh and hot. Very clean too.

Please teach your drivers how to read instructions.I said to leave it on the box but it was put into the box+code 0005 was on box in red writing but he didn't see it even though I said through the window what it was and WHERE it was. This happens 99%

Order hash brown bites but was sent original hash browns, other than this food was hot and enjoyable

A small and cozy establishment, perfect for a quick bite or a warm beverage after a shopping excursion.

Bacon and egg in a muffin is a great breakfast, but why can you get brown sauce on a mighty mcmuffin but not the bacon?

I ordered my food £25 worth I got delivered an happy meal & vanilla milkshake that I didn't order,I'm so angry there's newt I can do about it until just eat get bck to me,I got sent sum1 else's order n they obs got mine which cost a lot more,wat now?

Very unhappy - delivered completely the wrong order, smaller order and the food was cold also - I expect a complete refund as well additional compensation - would be nice having the correct food delivery

Placed the order 6.45, received at 8.30. Items time stamp says food was made at 7.12. All items cold. Just a suggestion if the delivery person is not available then wait to cook the food so it is no freezing when delivered

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Every order iv placed been wrong more or less. Order a 2 burger combo meal and literally got 2 burgers and the rest of my order was missing. Wanna sack the staff of and get better management whilst there at it because because the manager "courtneys" response to all this was sorry no offer for my order to be re made no refund offered told to go to uber eats were it literally told me I couldn't have a refund spent 20£ and got 2 freezing cold burgers. Just pure can't be assed behaviour and looking at reviews I'm not the only person.

very cold when it arrived, it's only 10 minutes from were we live, not had a macdonalds for a long time, ordered a large meal, what happened to the drinks, that was not a large milkshake?

I normally don't mind this McDonald's but twice now I've had to abandon my breakfast muffin because there was shell in the egg, like a noticeable amount. Today was the first time having a hot chocolate after the country wide shortage and it was watery. Wouldn't recommend coming here for breakfast.

Rude staff whole place run by kids with attitudes, ate in, when we finally received food it was stone cold like it had been sat around for hours , worst McDonald’s around these guys give this chain a bad name 🤬

Ordered 2 flat whites and 2 muffins. Coffee great, Muffins uncooked in middle and 2 days out of date, replaced by staff with 2 more out of dates, finally offered us chocolate cookies and guess out of date Usually very nice, obviously no date checker. Customers won't notice !! Not good

There is no toilets for mans, if u need wash hands, have to search for security man to get key for toilets. That's take time!

Yet another disappointment, staff blame delivery drivers usually but the drivers can’t be blamed for incorrect items and food carelessly made, i enjoyed the 5 crumbs of onion on my burger, the yellow & red stains possibly was once mustard and ketchup just dried into the bun. P!ss poor service at not even a busy time! Out of the 3 mcflurrys you got one right, well done team ⭐️

Make food , forget to put it in the Bag for the Uber. Food doesn't arrive , hour later it's cold and they refuse a refund for their error. They blame Uber, Uber blame them. Well it was Macdonalds who didn't put the order in the bag.

Delivery man was quite rude after apologising for entering the wrong address. When giving out food, the items wasn’t what we ordered. We received 3 random large drinks and a McFlurry with no food. Very disappointed and upset with the way the situation was handled.

Never had a good experience in this McDs. Always rammed with delivery orders and drivers standing in the way of everything. Had my order mixed up with someone else's and I ended up pouring a coffee down myself because the lid hadn't been put on properly.

Bit busy but it's as to be expected because it's a mcdonald's. EXCELLENT SERVICE from Jake he's such a sweetheart and a hard worker really makes the place have a nice environment and always looking out for customers. Thank you jake :)

Food was estimated to arrive 9:40, arrived 10pm freezing cold. Burger looked like it has been stamped on! Mc D’s, need to take a little more care and consideration when preparing & packing meals up for delivery.

my order was completely wrong! got a wrap in stead of burger and chicken nuggets instead of cheesy garlic bread bite

the drink was not kept from spilling half its contents of, leading to a wet bag that was dripping coke over the carpet as I carried it in.

Ordered the family meal deal but the fries were missing which on the advert clearly said fries are included.

Ordered apple pies at 12:46 and the apple pies came out with a discard time of 12:28! Absolutely shocking. Complained to the staff and they said they would be changed. They brought “fresh” ones out to us which I believe to be the same ones with the stickers removed. We were even asked if they were better for us knowing they were the same ones. Restaurant used to be ok, now it’s terrible.

Missed most of my order, now have to hope I get a refund for the half order I didn’t receive.
