Prices go up, quality goes down, menu favourites disappear. What more can I say

Okay I guess, often forget items and service can be very slow, staff often uninterested and can be unpleasant

it's busy, the burgers have shrunk, prices gone up..... still...... it was was tasty

Will never visit this McDonald's ever again. Threw most of the coffee away it tasted awful. Food was cold.

I am disabled I find the touch screen difficult to reach from my scooter. The staff are very considerate and served me willingly at the counter with courtesy.

An Abysmal Representation of McDonald’s Standards – Pittman Way (ASDA Branch) Date: 14/04/2025 | Time: 14:00 (2 PM) I am compelled to express my utter dismay regarding the abhorrent conduct exhibited by a particular female staff member — a recurring presence at this McDonald’s branch, known to be working both day and night shifts on most days. Today, at precisely 14:00 (2 PM), she was again on duty. Notably, while she often wears a black headscarf (commonly associated with hijab), today she was not wearing it — however, her identity remains unmistakable through her attitude and consistent pattern of discourtesy. Her behaviour towards delivery drivers is not merely negligent — it borders on exploitative. She treats them with palpable disdain, making them wait unconscionably long periods without so much as an acknowledgment, let alone basic courtesy. The arrogance with which she operates reflects a profound disregard for the essential role drivers play in the logistical chain of McDonald’s service delivery. This is not an isolated incident. It is a persistent issue, both in the nocturnal and diurnal operations. The condescending tone she employs and the evident lack of urgency she displays is symptomatic of a deeper failure in staff training and management oversight. The ramifications for the business are substantial: Orders arrive late, cold and unsatisfactory, driving customer complaints. Delivery platforms are burdened with bad reviews, tarnishing McDonald’s reputation across third-party services. Drivers, who are the backbone of remote order fulfilment, are demoralised and increasingly reluctant to service this location. Repeat customer business is eroded as service becomes synonymous with frustration. In essence, this branch is haemorrhaging goodwill and credibility due to the insufferable attitude of one staff member whose presence continues to poison the operational atmosphere. Most egregiously, the treatment of delivery drivers was tantamount to servitude, with staff conducting themselves in a manner more befitting oppressors than service professionals. it was quite nice experience other than a few recent times, the service has gone falling down to a low 70% than before

If there was an option for giving 0 stars, i would have done that. I recommend don’t ever visit here when you’re starving. The manager doesn’t even care about anyone. I ordered the food before shopping the items at Asda, completed all my shopping and came to see that my order is still in the preparation list. Had to wait for more than 1 hour for just one Philly Cheese Stack. I also ordered the food once from here, but thought maybe the driver was late but when I visited I came to know the truth. The staff and manager are the same. Spoke to manager about the late and the manager was like, “Yeah i know that, sorry for the late. We were cleaning.” Such a waste of time and money.😐

Me and my partner went and got food after work at 1am and we got a big mac and a double quarter pounder both burgers had WAY to much salt and pepper on to the fact you could see it covered on the burger patty. Disgusting

this is the 2nd time have had a problem ordering from McDonald's asda.. every time they get the order wrong.. ordered a chicken wrap and got a double stack beef burger.. how can u mistake that ... not Happy.. Need to get staff who know what they are doing...

Im grateful, the projected time of delivery was moved earlier than the initial time, and a reasonable amount of brown sauce was used, but only one napkin was included for three food items, no sugar, sweetner, stirrer were included. Might I suggest an option for the bacon muffins to get sauce also?

One muffin contents was slipped again, one muffin had been sliced open too close to the top, and the thin bread was collapsing. This was the first time in some time some sugar had been included, sugar AND sweetner would be nice. The driver was fine.

Not polite. Every employee is very rude and hostile to all customers! Not enough smile! In fact, they don’t like to do it, and no one asks them to rework it😡

been twice recently and had my orders extremely late and i was highly unsatisfied after waiting 20+mins my first time and they hadn’t even checked and the food came out stone cold.

The delivery driver was courteous and engaged in a little conversation too, the only reason i didnt give a 5th star for quality was that one muffin had slipped apart and then the cheese had cooled & hardened in that shape, also the latte seemed low.

It's a nice place to eat with your family and friends. The environment is great

Didn’t have the right drink I ordered

Staff can not read a order. Asked for no cheese and got no egg and no butter. But got the cheese! Also ordered an extra sausage and didn’t get it. I’ve complained time and time again about them not reading the orders and have not ordered in a long time because of this, thought I’d give the family a treat today and chanced it. The management are to blame, where’s the quality control???

Tell you drives to look at what they are giving you I ordered food and got someone else’s drinks and none of my food

driver attempted to deliver to the wrong house and became angry, shouting at me down the phone when I couldnt hear him due to the poor reception in our area when I eventually understood him, I went outside to meet him, I found him ringing my neighbours doorbell repeatedly when he realised he was wrong he just gave me my food and left without apologising.

Bacon and egg in a muffin is a great breakfast, but why can you get brown sauce on a mighty mcmuffin but not the bacon?

Placed the order 6.45, received at 8.30. Items time stamp says food was made at 7.12. All items cold. Just a suggestion if the delivery person is not available then wait to cook the food so it is no freezing when delivered

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Every order iv placed been wrong more or less. Order a 2 burger combo meal and literally got 2 burgers and the rest of my order was missing. Wanna sack the staff of and get better management whilst there at it because because the manager "courtneys" response to all this was sorry no offer for my order to be re made no refund offered told to go to uber eats were it literally told me I couldn't have a refund spent 20£ and got 2 freezing cold burgers. Just pure can't be assed behaviour and looking at reviews I'm not the only person.
