McDonald's in Preston

Food arrived cold,Ice cream melted and hot chocolate cold. No paid for sweet and sour sauce. Hot chocolate spilt in the bag.

said 9.30 whan ordered then on app said 10.40,came at 9.50 food was stone cold

Ordered at a busy time, the food took over an hour to come and the time on the website kept changing. The food was good and the driver friendly.

Oasis drink missing, received only one

nothing wrong, but nothing special and the inability to request brown sauce is a drag.

the cyclist was a nice, affable person, but the drink was spilt and all the food was cold - perhaps because the cyclist had an extra drop before mine. Appaling customer service in general.

Quality would have been 5 stars, but the bacon muffin had somehow become crushed flat on one side and slightly deformed.

Not enough brown sauce- couldn't taste it. That left the food bland. No option for brown sauce on a bacon barm at all. Food had gone cold by arrival. No sugar/sweetner provided for latte's. However, food was otherwise as expected and that is possibly one of the best potato hashes available and reasonable mcmuffins.

I am disabled I find the touch screen difficult to reach from my scooter. The staff are very considerate and served me willingly at the counter with courtesy.

Today, at precisely 14:00 (2 PM), she was again on duty. Notably, while she often wears a black headscarf (commonly associated with hijab), today she was not wearing it — however, her identity remains unmistakable through her attitude and consistent pattern of discourtesy. Her behaviour towards delivery drivers is not merely negligent — it borders on exploitative. She treats them with palpable disdain, making them wait unconscionably long periods without so much as an acknowledgment, let alone basic courtesy. The arrogance with which she operates reflects a profound disregard for the essential role drivers play in the logistical chain of McDonald’s service delivery. This is not an isolated incident. It is a persistent issue, both in the nocturnal and diurnal operations. The condescending tone she employs and the evident lack of urgency she displays is symptomatic of a deeper failure in staff training and management oversight. The ramifications for the business are substantial: Orders arrive late, cold and unsatisfactory, driving customer complaints. Delivery platforms are burdened with bad reviews, tarnishing McDonald’s reputation across third-party services. Drivers, who are the backbone of remote order fulfilment, are demoralised and increasingly reluctant to service this location. This is the 2nd time I've payed for a Minecraft big Mac meal n haven't received the figure it's an extra £1.79 for the meal.its a joke!

This McDonalds always misses items. This time we were missing the toys of the meals and a big mac that was for the wrong order. Something needs to change with this branch.

I ordered yet again chicken strips with sauces and never received 1 out of the 3 sauces and I also ordered 2 BBQ sauces extra and didn’t receive them . But seems McDonald’s makes this kind of error often when Iv ordered in the past …

If there was an option for giving 0 stars, i would have done that. I recommend don’t ever visit here when you’re starving. The manager doesn’t even care about anyone. I ordered the food before shopping the items at Asda, completed all my shopping and came to see that my order is still in the preparation list. Had to wait for more than 1 hour for just one Philly Cheese Stack. I also ordered the food once from here, but thought maybe the driver was late but when I visited I came to know the truth. The staff and manager are the same. Spoke to manager about the late and the manager was like, “Yeah i know that, sorry for the late. We were cleaning.” Such a waste of time and money.😐

Me and my partner went and got food after work at 1am and we got a big mac and a double quarter pounder both burgers had WAY to much salt and pepper on to the fact you could see it covered on the burger patty. Disgusting

Better than most, busy but can always get a table. One of the small number that has hot fries and ice cream and milkshakes without the machine breaking down!

this is the 2nd time have had a problem ordering from McDonald's asda.. every time they get the order wrong.. ordered a chicken wrap and got a double stack beef burger.. how can u mistake that ... not Happy.. Need to get staff who know what they are doing...

Im grateful, the projected time of delivery was moved earlier than the initial time, and a reasonable amount of brown sauce was used, but only one napkin was included for three food items, no sugar, sweetner, stirrer were included. Might I suggest an option for the bacon muffins to get sauce also?

Not polite. Every employee is very rude and hostile to all customers! Not enough smile! In fact, they don’t like to do it, and no one asks them to rework it😡

One muffin contents was slipped again, one muffin had been sliced open too close to the top, and the thin bread was collapsing. This was the first time in some time some sugar had been included, sugar AND sweetner would be nice. The driver was fine.

The delivery driver was courteous and engaged in a little conversation too, the only reason i didnt give a 5th star for quality was that one muffin had slipped apart and then the cheese had cooled & hardened in that shape, also the latte seemed low.

Staff can not read a order. Asked for no cheese and got no egg and no butter. But got the cheese! Also ordered an extra sausage and didn’t get it. I’ve complained time and time again about them not reading the orders and have not ordered in a long time because of this, thought I’d give the family a treat today and chanced it. The management are to blame, where’s the quality control???
