No exaggeration .. best burger I've ever had! Service was good. You pay the prices for it but the freshness, quality speaks for itself

It's the only place where you get robbed but leave feeling happy about it. A tasty burger indeed. Be warned the fries portions are massive and can easily feed 2 people.

The Five Guys experience here is as good as we remembered from the US. The food is well worth its higher price tag, and the staff are very efficient in taking orders, cooking, serving the food, as well as cleaning the premises.

If you've never had a five guys you need to try it and the one in deepdale is as good as they come wasnt rammed full so the service was super fast Will definitely be going again

I recently visited this restaurant, and I can confidently say it was one of the best burger experiences I've had! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was casual, friendly, and inviting. The place was spotless and the staff were super welcoming and made sure my order was just right. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and made to perfection with fresh, high-quality ingredients. What really impressed me was the choice of free toppings, allowing me to customise my burger exactly how I wanted. The fries were phenomenal and served in a generous portion. They also give you extra fries in the bag, which is always a pleasant surprise! I also loved the fact that everything tasted fresh, and you could tell that they take pride in using top-notch ingredients. If you're a fan of milkshakes, don't miss theirs – thick, creamy, and packed with flavour!

Not much to say, if you know Five Guys then you know what you're getting. Somewhat pricey but good quality customisable fast food and great fries in generous portions. Always go for a milkshake myself but the regular soft drinks are available with free refills.

Absolutely brilliant burgers

Food was amazing but a hotdog at almost £8 was a tad pricey, burgers and chips were great. Food made while you wait. Large unit but felt a bit souless, needs some softer seating in a corner, would make a huge difference.

Yet to receive my order. Abysmal doesn't seem to cover it. Just steal money and not deliver. I assume someone else stole it despite the numbers qualification. Your driver stole from me.

You have the honest that food and drink here is pricey. However it is worth the money. All burgers and hotdogs custom made to order. Free refill on softdrinks. Remember to grab a punnet of peanuts while you wait for your food to be cooked fresh. Also worth noting peanut oil is used for most things so avoid if that's an issue for you.

‘I now know what all the hype is about’. First time at Five Guys. Phenomenal taste, packed full of ingredients, so fresh and tasty. The range of toppings was fantastic. Awesome staff, awesome atmosphere and music. We won’t be going anywhere else for a burger. Welcoming, very clean which makes you at ease about an eating establishment.

I mean, you don't go for the atmosphere, but the food is God level. As are the prices. But damn...

Fabulous staff fabulous burgers, visited this evening and my husband is gluten free. We brought in gluten free brioche buns and the lovely man on ordering couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating!! An amazing experience coupled with amazing food and amazing service. Everyone had a smile. I’d just like to shout out to the guy who served us. Big big thank you 2 parents 2 teenagers et happy

Ludicrous prices for cheap fast food. Their margin must be crazy.

Had seen a positive review on YouTube for this franchise so decided to give it a try. Place was spotless as you would expect. And the staff behind the counter where you placed your order were cordial. Not a massive choice of options. Burgers and Hot Dogs mostly. 4 options for burgers from the cheapest option, a hamburger at £8.95 up to the most expensive, a bacon cheeseburger at £10.95. These 4 burgers were also available as a smaller option ranging from £6.95 to £8.95.. You can then build you burger from a range of toppings including onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, etc. Fries were available as Five Guys Style or Cajun Style in Little, Regular and Larger servings. Drinks included alcohol beverages with 3 bottled beers available, all priced at £5.50 a bottle. Went with the Bacon Cheeseburger, with toppings of lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, mushrooms and ketchup. Also a regular portion of Cajun fries at £5.45 and a bottle of water at £2.50. Definitely fast food as in less than 8 minutes from ordering our food was ready. Huge portion of fries, with skin on, and they were hot. But have to admit the burger was a bit of a disappointment. Was expecting something much tastier. And as for all the toppings which you can add for free there is only so much space on a bun this size. Nothing wrong with it but for £18.90 with my water I just don't think it represented good value for money. I think there are many places out there, especially certain pub chains, where you can get a similar meal which is just as good if not better and for much less.

Fries and meals were stone cold. First time trying Five Guys. Will not try again as not good value for money. Sub par food for overpriced amount.

First time in a Five Guys, food was nice enough, if a bit pricey. Having said that I've paid more for worse in the past.

I know everyone says it's expensive, but for the quality and taste of the cheeseburger, chips, and chocolate milkshake, I don't care . Money well spent, and I will go again. Didn't manage to finish it all and took my burger home . Finished it later on, and it was still quality 👌.

I finally went here and I love getting the lettuce wrapped burger and cajun fries as I'm trying to cut down on bread, honestly the foods nice but the price is a bit painful which is the only issue, they aren't special gourmet burgers you'd expect for that price.. they are juice and big-ish burgers but not what you'd expect for that price.

Find is always good, but for the price it should be! A tenner for a burger is on the top end but its cooked fresh and tasty

First visit to five guys. Finally found somewhere that has burgers that actually taste like burgers should. We thought it was well worth the money. We both had a burger and shared a regular chips and the milkshake was amazing. Thankyou for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

In love with the cheeseburgers here... Was so glad to have a Five Guys come to Preston (although my bank account is not as happy!)

As a carnivore I love burger patties so they are my go to food when out and about. Dump the bun and eat the patties & bacon. These burgers tasted mediocre at best. Even a plain burger has taste but these were sadly lacking. I certainly don't mind paying for a quality tasty burger but these were pretty far from tasty, yet they are at a premium price. Not a patch on Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) or Burger King. I would rank 5guys with MacDonalds in terms of flavour. Atmosphere was dead but it was a weekday evening, or perhaps there's another reason it was so quiet...? Won't be going back again.

Ordered from Uber last night, the two burgers my friend and I got were absolutely delicious, the milkshakes were perfection too… my only complaint for £4.95, a tiny cup of chips is a bit much as I thought five guys were known for having large portions hahah! Forgot my friends sauce for the chips but other than that, no complaints and great food!

Had been looking forward to getting my tea at Five Guys all day after shopping, they didn’t disappoint. I got the cheeseburger and chips. You choose absolutely every things individually that you want on it and no other establishment cooks chips as well as like they do. Good quality fresh ingredients…. oh my god I want it again now 🤤

Five Guys was great. Delivery driver was fantastic. The Just Eat app was a failure as it accepted the order, but didn't update our order beyond that, so the whole experience was a mystery tour.

We called in yesterday evening. Friendly service, with a smile, from the lad serving on the tills. Complimentary monkey nuts. Milkshake lush. Burgers amazing as always. Loads of fries for the large cajun. Refillable soft drinks. Clean and tidy. Not cheap, but neither is anywhere with quality food and fresh ingredients, worth every penny. Edit: Visited again this weekend and sadly disappointed to find we had been short changed on the fries...usually get one scoop and a full cup...no more if seems...just the cup...how disappointing!!!

Order 40 mins late, no milkshakes delivered

Good evening, There were three cheese bacon burgers within our order, and all of them were without the bacon. As the bacon comes at an extra cost, this is disheartening. In addition to this, the order was slightly delayed. I have had no issue with five guys before so this experience is disappointing. It would be appreciated if I could be offered some sort of gesture of good will due to the cost of the order. Regards Imalka

Tried to dine in, expecting a nice environment, felt like walking into a motorway bathroom/warehouse. Left straight away, didn't try the food.

the burger was tiny the hotdog was tiny all came in tin foil and was cold with cold chips all for 25 quid shocking will not be ordering again

Wanted to try this place and they are sure proud of what they do. The burgers and fries are what you'd expect in a high end restaurant. My only complaint is the price, I think for some items it's a little too expensive.

The estimated time kept being pushed back and then an hour later it said it was out for delivery. I live 5 mins away …it arrived 5 mins later and it was stone cold. Not luke warm…fully out of the fridge temp cold. Tel me how it got so cold in 5 mins travel if it wasn’t served cold already? I had to put it in the air fryer to make it edible so it wasnt a total waste of money

lovely people, friendly service, excellent grub (propper meat on burgers unlike mcDs or such). Its a little pricy but man. id say it was worth it. Well fed and watered. :)

The decor for all five guys seems abit vanilla. Overpriced burgers but the fries are fantastic!

This was my first time at a Five Guys. We both got burgers, which were very good, and the portions of fries were very generous. It is very expensive for fast food, but the food does partly reflect that. As a one-off we didn't mind paying, but don't plan on making it a regular thing, however nice it was. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, although it was busy so understandable.

Food definitely wasn't worth the price... drinks Limited. Burger wasn't very hot. Bread was squished.

Waited for over an hour for my food to be delivered by an Uber driver on a pushbike who had a number of other deliveries to make within a 3 mile radius. Needless to say the food arrived stone cold and inedible. Contacted Five Guys who pacified all responsibility blaming Uber for sending the delivery driver on a pushbike. Your response will no doubt be the same however it’s the five guys brand which is being damaged.. perhaps something to consider? Never again

Food very salty and toppings asked for were minimal. After wanting to give Five Guys a go for a long while, we were very disappointed, especially considering how pricey they are too. £35 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Will stick with Burger King next time!

It's really hard to hear the serving staff. I dunno if the hiring policy specifically asks for whisperers or something but I've been about 3 times and without fail communication with the server at the tills is a nightmare

Great place, clean and tidy , the girl at the till was absolutely fantastic her name is Ana-M , she explained everything in detai l, made some good suggestions and the kitchen staff was organized and the food was great !

Disappointed with this order, the burger was thrown together and fell apart in my hand and the fries were barely warm, I left the majority of them. I've been ordering quite a lot recently but this order didn't live up to the usual high standard.
