Best burgers in Preston. Nice chips but expensive drinks.

Very expensive for very poor food, burger underdone, fries horrible and undercooked and bacon on blt burned to a crisp. Won`t be a returning customer

Driver took 90% of our order, missing virtually everything from the order. Called the restaurant and they stated the food left with the driver. Tried contacting the driver afterwards and they’re not answering the phone

Had to wait over an hour for delivery and food was cold and wrong order when arrived.

Another waste of time ordering from here. Missing a burger and chips were warm.. Called up and spoke to the manager but he didn’t really care. Will never eat from here again

Clean fast food, which you rearly see these days, food is delicious definetly worth the money. The service is over the top! Alexandra was wonderful, she helped us going through the menu since it was our first time here, well it will definitely won't be my last! 🍔🍟

The chips where cold we ordered medium fries they was definitely small not enough for one person and the sticker on the bag was ripped open am just not happy that my food could have eaten touched am just so unhappy with my order It cost alot we order often here and never has this happend

I saw the map come up and say the order was on the way yet I watched the delivery make detour after detour. burger wasn't bad not hot but edible chips were cold so I paid good money for hot food to be delivered and received just about 3arm food chips are in the bin as they were in edible thx five guys but no thx won't be getting anymore orders from me. especially through just eat. drivers are getting lazy.

Food was excellent. I understand upon arrival at the hotel the delivery person didn't use my phone number to let me know my food was here, so presumably spent some time in reception. Don't be afraid to use the phone number provided to say come down!!

Ordered a cheeseburger with salad,mayo and catch-up. + Plus medium fries. Total 16£ They didn't add salad and cheeseburger was so small but taste wise was a strong 8/10. Fries were not the best they can't beat Macdonald's fires.. and for 5.99 a regular portion you expect them to be extraordinary but they 6.5/10 . Had regular fires better than this. Although I would recommend the cheeseburger if you don't care about the price

Cold food waited hour and a half very disappointed

Wow just wow! £25 for 2 tiny hot dogs, 1 fries just thrown in the bag and 1 milkshake. First visit here and most definitely the last. No wonder the place was empty

Very neat place with ample seating capacity… truly American sizes burgers , hot dogs , fries and drinks …. Beef was succulent and juicy …. Over all a very good experience

Great burgers here, fresh tasty and great selection of toppings, got the Cajun fries a regular was enough for two to share (but if you're on the hungry side I'm sure you'd manage and I won't judge 😂) restaurant itself was immaculate if empty at the time and the staff were prompt polite and helpful.

Best ever i drove from Blackpool and will do again and again not cheap but really worth it.

Fresh quality burgers. Probs best in Preston. Fries are nice with a unique taste. Milkshake wise: kings castle > heavenly desserts> five guys > kaspas.

Ordered food which arrived wrong, uber weren't interested in helping and the store won't answer for the phone! When the take away costs nearly £50 and arrives mostly inedible, answering the phone could have gone along way but instead I'm left with a bag of food for the bin!!

It's the only place where you get robbed but leave feeling happy about it. A tasty burger indeed. Be warned the fries portions are massive and can easily feed 2 people.

The Five Guys experience here is as good as we remembered from the US. The food is well worth its higher price tag, and the staff are very efficient in taking orders, cooking, serving the food, as well as cleaning the premises.

If you've never had a five guys you need to try it and the one in deepdale is as good as they come wasnt rammed full so the service was super fast Will definitely be going again

Not much to say, if you know Five Guys then you know what you're getting. Somewhat pricey but good quality customisable fast food and great fries in generous portions. Always go for a milkshake myself but the regular soft drinks are available with free refills.

Food was amazing but a hotdog at almost £8 was a tad pricey, burgers and chips were great. Food made while you wait. Large unit but felt a bit souless, needs some softer seating in a corner, would make a huge difference.

Yet to receive my order. Abysmal doesn't seem to cover it. Just steal money and not deliver. I assume someone else stole it despite the numbers qualification. Your driver stole from me.

You have the honest that food and drink here is pricey. However it is worth the money. All burgers and hotdogs custom made to order. Free refill on softdrinks. Remember to grab a punnet of peanuts while you wait for your food to be cooked fresh. Also worth noting peanut oil is used for most things so avoid if that's an issue for you.

‘I now know what all the hype is about’. First time at Five Guys. Phenomenal taste, packed full of ingredients, so fresh and tasty. The range of toppings was fantastic. Awesome staff, awesome atmosphere and music. We won’t be going anywhere else for a burger. Welcoming, very clean which makes you at ease about an eating establishment.

I mean, you don't go for the atmosphere, but the food is God level. As are the prices. But damn...

Fabulous staff fabulous burgers, visited this evening and my husband is gluten free. We brought in gluten free brioche buns and the lovely man on ordering couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating!! An amazing experience coupled with amazing food and amazing service. Everyone had a smile. I’d just like to shout out to the guy who served us. Big big thank you 2 parents 2 teenagers et happy

Had seen a positive review on YouTube for this franchise so decided to give it a try. Place was spotless as you would expect. And the staff behind the counter where you placed your order were cordial. Not a massive choice of options. Burgers and Hot Dogs mostly. 4 options for burgers from the cheapest option, a hamburger at £8.95 up to the most expensive, a bacon cheeseburger at £10.95. These 4 burgers were also available as a smaller option ranging from £6.95 to £8.95.. You can then build you burger from a range of toppings including onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, etc. Fries were available as Five Guys Style or Cajun Style in Little, Regular and Larger servings. Drinks included alcohol beverages with 3 bottled beers available, all priced at £5.50 a bottle. Went with the Bacon Cheeseburger, with toppings of lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, mushrooms and ketchup. Also a regular portion of Cajun fries at £5.45 and a bottle of water at £2.50. Definitely fast food as in less than 8 minutes from ordering our food was ready. Huge portion of fries, with skin on, and they were hot. But have to admit the burger was a bit of a disappointment. Was expecting something much tastier. And as for all the toppings which you can add for free there is only so much space on a bun this size. Nothing wrong with it but for £18.90 with my water I just don't think it represented good value for money. I think there are many places out there, especially certain pub chains, where you can get a similar meal which is just as good if not better and for much less.

Fries and meals were stone cold. First time trying Five Guys. Will not try again as not good value for money. Sub par food for overpriced amount.

First time in a Five Guys, food was nice enough, if a bit pricey. Having said that I've paid more for worse in the past.

I recently visited Five Guys in Preston, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I know everyone says it's expensive, but for the quality and taste of the cheeseburger, chips, and chocolate milkshake, I don't care . Money well spent, and I will go again. Didn't manage to finish it all and took my burger home . Finished it later on, and it was still quality 👌.

Find is always good, but for the price it should be! A tenner for a burger is on the top end but its cooked fresh and tasty

I finally went here and I love getting the lettuce wrapped burger and cajun fries as I'm trying to cut down on bread, honestly the foods nice but the price is a bit painful which is the only issue, they aren't special gourmet burgers you'd expect for that price.. they are juice and big-ish burgers but not what you'd expect for that price.

The staff were friendly, food great and cleanliness excellent 👌
