Asian style pizza, grill chicken and calzones are good to taste.

Food hub order 13.03.2025. 16:59 Food ordered for delivery. Multiple calls to chase order. Food finally arrived at 18:45 (1 hour 45 minutes late) if you can’t deliver an order within 60 minutes, why did you accept the order? Why did you not cancel the order and refund straight away? shocking service. Zero rating, don’t use Ramadan as an excuse, you don’t have enough drivers to deliver the orders!!!

Excellent Mexican Burger, great value for money. Freshly cooked which means a wait but was worth it. Not one if you are in a rush though, close to Preston North End FC, so good for pre match meal.

Food what you’d expect for a takeaway, price is decent - service is slow. Expect to wait 10-15 mins longer than how long they tell you.

Always order but dilivry comes so late they say 45 minites but it always takes more than hour I only live 15 minites away food is nice but can come cold somti.es which ruins the whole point and the people who answer the call always say it will come in 10 minutes and actually have no idea when it's coming. Also missing items like drinks and souses.

The food had a bad odor and was very badly presented I placed my order and waited for 1 h,then the delivery driver didn't know how to reach me, It was the first time I've ordered from you guys due to someone recommended me and honestly never again

They outsource to a company abroad to answer calls during the weekend .. expect a two hour wait for food with lots of false promises… if the owner is reading this please reconsider this business model it doesn’t work

Food didn't turn up after being told 4 times drivers round the corner. Pathetic.

Check your food before leaving the takeaway - seriously, read that again. It’s not just me saying it, others have had the same issue within the reviews. The food itself was great, but the experience was less so. I placed a large order over the phone, went to collect it, and didn’t untie the bag to check it over until I was over a mile away. That’s when I realised items were missing - including drinks - and had to turn back. The person behind the counter was very apologetic, blaming someone else for packing the order, but the damage was done. It cost me time, fuel, and most importantly, by the time we finally sat down to eat, the food had gone cold. To be clear, the food tasted really good, and the wait time was perfectly reasonable for a takeaway. But the mix-up and inconvenience knocked this down to 3 stars, which otherwise would have been 5. Learn from my mistake - always check your food before leaving the shop! Accepts card payment. Shop verbally confirmed they are halal.

They have increased the price for pizza box portions of stir fried and grilled donner to £8.75, price keeps increasing slowly unfortunately making it not worth the quality at this point 😔

Food was cold. Calzone and kebab much too spicy and dry, inedible!!! All went straight in the bin. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

There is nothing special in the menu and food standard is old as 14 years similar to Nafia. Buzzers are very loud unnecessarily.

I bought this from grill shack when I was open this pizza it was not good for eating..even pizza toppings not stay on pizza base ,waste of money and it's not good for health as well I rated 0 star out of five

update:- made us wait for 45 min in the shop..... forgot about it..... Just went in to made my 3 year old happy and he came out crying..... got home (which is 1 minute away) and Pizza was hard as 8f over cooked so this is what I meant when I said "nothing to like about it food, service or atmosphere..... even stolen my door mat as well

Ok food but why constantly ask me for cash cash cash…we all know reason why, but to the point of go to the cash point before you come, nah pal, I’ll go to hmrc before I come if you carry on. The service as well, chucking change at you like I’m begging for it. What’s the point of all the religious stuff I.e the beard and the hat when you can’t even follow the basic tenets…GOOD MANNERS!!!

Firstly the was no delivery driver available even though I was told 45 mins when food was ordered so I had to drive there in my PJ'S. The food the pizza was very well done base wasn't soft at all hard and had to fight for a bite..the grill shack special was no better over cooked chips hard...donner was smashed in to little pieces with loads of chilli sauce the seek kebab was ok..had better...box had weight to it...but didn't enjoy it but greatful for the food..can't be ungrestful..given the current situation around the world...I would not order again..and I think its changed owners not the usually faces..or the ones I've seen before..heart burn...unsettled..sleep.

I used to order from here on a regular basis. I ordered a burger and always ask for no salad. When i arrived Minhaj asked me 'would you like salad chilli garlic' bit of a dumb question considering i said NO SALAD when i placed my order. Anyway he told me the burger needed lettuce as the bun would get too soggy... Basically he put salad on my burger then had the nerve to say ill make it again and sent me out with the same burger. Asif the owner is a top guy but the workers there are donkeys.

Pizza dough was raw. Rang the guy, he said I should've asked for a well done pizza - lol! Won't be going back.

absolutely shocking the way i was treated, all i asked for was a large portion of chips with just red salt and chilli sauce and x10 strawberry mirinda. For some reason the worker ‘had’ to ask the boss if he could sell me x10 strawberry mirindas which is stupid as i was going to pay for them. It took him 10 minutes to be able to give me them drinks and when he did give me them he gave me my large portion of chips with red salt, chilli and garlic. I made sure to say no garlic as i’m seriously allergic to garlic and is life threatening so i went back and the same worker said ‘you asked for chilli and garlic’ but i just didn’t. He then took them exact same chips with the sauce on and put them back in the oil. I saw him do this and had to say ‘don’t do that’ but he said ‘i didn’t do that’ and ‘they’re not for you’ even if they wasn’t for me who were they for? and why are chips with sauce and red salt going back in the oil? shocking the way i was treated today will definitely not be going back here. This wasn’t the first time he had put garlic on my chips, i’m a regular to this takeaway every sunday when i use the barber shop next door.

It was terrible experience.. i am very regular customer of them.. customer service...i don't think so they known anything about customer service. Forgot about customer service they don't know about huminity as well. I just want pay by card. This is biggest mistake of mine. They want only cash because of they don't want pay taxes (20%VAT). THEY FORCE ME TO PAY CASH. they said if i pay with card next time i will throw this card machine. This is not way to answer. I CAN'T GIVE RATINGS BELOW ONE OTHERS WISE I WILL GIVE THEM BELOW THAT .

Cheap and best food option in Preston

Ordered some food and a cheese and tomato pizza and noticed on the back it has black green marks on all the pieces off the pizza. Mould on the pizza dough. Dangerous to health and absolutely disgusting. Need to be reported. As could be fatal to kids or with other immune issues

Really poor food, been 3 times now and ordered large Tikka Tikka Kebabs each time, asked for no chilli every time to find the kebabs swimming in Chilli sauce and uneatable, (I don't mind hot food but the sauce isn't nice at all) went again recently and asked 3 times for no chilli, got home and I had chilli on it! Had to drive all the way back and ended up getting a refund... Very disappointing food and poor service.

Ordered our food well in advance at 5PM to be delivered between 7.30-8. Also rang the restaurant to confirm they had received the order and they did. It is now 8.40PM we have had no food, the restaurant isn’t answering any of our calls even though we have paid for our food. We are fasting and the service from this restaurant is terrible. Would not recommend.

Food is always nice. In other places, a collection is usually 20 - 30 mins. Here, you'll be waiting for a good 40 to 50 mins.

I ve ordered from here a couple of times. The person who takes the order listens very carefully and repeats the order. They will give you the exact time frame when the order will be ready and delivered. And when the food arrives it is nice and hot. Well done 👏

Really good place to eat,surprisingly had a lunchtime menu although you can't see it as its up on the wall above the door you enter.i had a cheese burger with fries for £2.50 !!! Evening price is £4.lots of burger and chicken meals available.

Although I buy from this place regularly collections), today I ordered a delivery and they sent an uncooked pizza (spefically sent a note saying before ordering “well done” and also called to confirm again over the phone). When I raised a complaint, the reluctant owner would advice me that he would “well done” it next time. Quite upsetting after this experience. What a shame that you have lost a loyal customer because of your terrible customer service.

The kebabs were that Spicy they were inedible. Even the plain grilled chicken with Naan bread blew your head off. The side salad came with more spice as there was Jalapenos in the salad . The pizza was tasteless and they had missed items off our order, including the pizza. They did resend the pizza out which arrived 30 mins later.

Ordered here first time. Cheeseburger and chips absolutely delicious. Also the donner kebab was spot on. Would highly recommend.

We don't even live near it but it's so worth the drive down!! The food is AMAZING for the price! One of the best burgers and pizza's around! Defo worth a visit! The service is also always on point, they drop the food to your car if requested! Defo a place to add to your list👍🏻

Very delicious recipes are made from Grill Shack...i like their foods and my favourite one dish from their menu is Grill Shack burger... i really like their food.

ordered after hearing loads of good things but was massively disappointed. Wrong drinks came. Burger was way over cooked and just tasted like pure salt. Samosas on the other hand where cold and not cooked in the middle. Pretty gutted was really looking forward to this one.

The food was nice but it tasted a lot like Naafiah. Reason for 2 stars is because I had to wait for 40 minutes just for a burger and a donner, it would have been quicker to cancel my order and walk 5 minutes to Naafiah to get my order from there than wait here since it would have tasted the same.

Food is really good. Could improve on customer service, as I have been given the wrong change on multiple occasions. Also, would be good if they were HMC approved (hope they plan to in the near future). Other than that everything else is perfect.

Discovered grill shack by accident, one of the few places still open during quarantine. Wish I discovered it earlier. Been here enough time times now to say food and service bang on. Can't go wrong with hash brown on the burger.
