Ordered 2 breakfasts to take away. Got it home and was missing black pudding and mushrooms. What I did have was nice but quite pricy at over £10 each.

Breakfast was nice. Obviously changed hands as menu and staff have changed, service is incredibly slow and staff more interested in cooing over customer's babies than serving. Shame as this place used to be excellent.

Dissapointing, very run down. We have been a few times. Greasy food nothing special. Pricing is cheap, that's the only thing going for it, In the right hands with decent stsff and the location it could be appealing. No intent to return.

A superb little diner. Driven past quite a few times before but never stopped by. Thought I'd give it a try and wasn't disappointed! Breakfast was top notch and the staff very friendly too. I'll definitely be back!

Used to be okay for a bikers cafe, but now seems to be living on it's reputation. Better food and coffee in at least two places nearby. Evening is the time for the diner as nowhere else is open. Coffee is awful at best, food varies week to week...sorry but the place is run down, needs a revamp!

Really friendly staff and good value food, the coffee is from a machine but better than the average cafe. Good parking and a good view of the car park if you want to park your bike outside.

I stopped here with my wife for a late morning breakfast after an early start from the midlands, heading East and avoiding part of the M40. It was just what we needed - easy parking, friendly staff, big mugs of tea and freshly prepared food at good prices. I went for the "Full American" breakfast at £8 which was a great plateful, including bacon, sausages, egg, pancakes and toast. The sausages were particularly tasty and I verified this by arranging for our dog to test a small sample - he agreed, and our waitress offered to get him a whole one but we declined because he had already had his full breakfast!

Meet up with a mate here most weeks on our bikes. Bacon butties and tea normally. Later arriving today but same great service, usual order for us and still the same price as last year! Lost track of time so still talking when the manageress asked if we needed the loo before she closed up. Now that's thoughtful. Great food and always friendly service. One of the best and I bought the T shirt!

Really friendly. Good value food. Would recommend a mug of tea and all day breakfast. Nice relaxed atmosphere. The only niggle was the radio for me. Would definitely visit again. Thank you

Friendly staff. Clean. Lots of tables inside and out. Great place to stop if you’re wanting to stretch your legs and you’re just driving through. They do eat in and take away options. They do breakfasts, rolls, teas/ coffee and some specials too. Good price. Good atmosphere. Brilliant to stop at as a biker. They also have a toilet for guests to use.

Went for lunch. Food is good. Service terrible. The charcuterie platter and olives came at the same time as our starter. What’s the point

Good evening overall, the food took far too long to come out. No apology for the delays, if you take a look at your timings you'll see. Steak was lovely and cooked well. Chicken curry was watery, possibly due to too much water left in the rice. Service was spot on and staff very friendly.

This pub is sadly currently closed due to a large fire earlier in the year. It will be closed for some time. I hope it gets restored as it had a great reputation before. There are plenty of other great alternatives nearby to visit.
