The London Beach Restaurant in Ashford

This was an off-the-cuff chance eat. A very warm evening, and the restaurant had opened the patio doors allowing a gentle breeze in. The view across the fairway matched the food - very good. Food well cooked and presented at a reasonable price.

We attended a charity dinner so I am not sure what kind of price the hotel charged them for our meal. But, given that these occasions are usually abysmal on the food front, this was astronomically bad. The only halfway decent thing was the smoked salmon starters. The main meal was awful. A pureed mash with roasted shallots and carrot over-cooked, and then topped by lamb which was the most disgusting piece of meat loaded with sinew and gristle, most of which we left. A revolting mousse for dessert was just that - revolting. No mints with the coffee either. Had we been in a restaurant, we would have sent the main meal back but, in such a situation, we felt that was impossible, no doubt something this hotel relies on??! Two people on our table didn't turn up and instead of offering the starters and rolls around that they had placed on the table, they took them away. Including the meagre supply of butter for the most insipid rolls ever offered to humankind, we really wondered why the hotel was so hard up they felt the need to not consider offering them to guests on the same table. All in all, a very grim dinner in aid of a very great cause. Shame on you London Beach! You could have done vastly better. Despite a good cause I would never set foot in this hotel restaurant ever, EVER, EVER, AGAIN! Only the starving could appreciate just how bad the offerings were.

Good parking , good restaurant area in the large conservatory and quick efficient service. The menu provided a good range of starters,mains and puddings. Reasonable drinks. ,

We really enjoyed the food and service...The restaurant has charm and was tastefully decorated for Christmas creating a lovely atmosphere for the tasty meals and scrumptious desserts...congrats to the chef..

We attended a party of some 80+ people and if anything can go wrong it is usually when dealing with that number of people. OK, all the menu choices of starter, main and dessert had been pre-ordered but there was no problem with the service or the food. Everyone received what they had ordered and the service was so good that no one's food was cold when they received it. My wife is Gluten Free (there was also a Vegetarian on our table) but this did not faze the staff at all and my wife (and the Vegetarian) received their food at the same time as the rest of the table. The staff were very friendly indeed and did everything they could to make sure you were satisfied. Full marks for a very good and enjoyable evening.

We had pre-ordered our food which meant our chatting was largely uninterrupted! The food was fabulous and great value for money - and the staff can't do enough for you.

This was a large family get together and we was set in a separate room with one large table. The net curtains forced a few of us to sit with the sun in our eyes. The food at £25 a head for two courses was very disappointing. The burger was nice but was served with over cooked chips and had no salad or any garnish. Looked unappetising. The chicken again nice bur extremely small portion. The sweets particularly the fruit cocktail was again poor standard. We witnessed better presented dishes going to the main restaurant. Poor value for money and poor presentation food lacked quality in some areas. Shame as we have had better experiences in the past here.

There are several variations on afternoon tea here, we had high tea. There is so much food! Really high quality scones and cakes, and very friendly service. Book in advance to get a good table by the window for lovely views

The breakfasts were excellent, the lunch meals were also excellent and very good deserts but all a bit dear.

I stayed for a four night spa break and enjoyed the breakfast very much. I also had dinner each evening, from the pie of the day to the lamb rump, all are great!

Good range of food dishes in the menu, from gourmet burgers and light bites to gourmet mains. The desserts are generous and they have a good range of wines. The Curious Brew beer is a local delight. Recommended, so book ahead for a table overlooking the first tee and sunsets galore.

I attended a large charity event here, which included an evening dinner, catering for almost 100 guests. I have to say that the quality of the food was excellent and the service was well organised for such a large group, with very friendly staff.

The food served here was wonderful, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented . Waiters and bar staff were excellent, notheing was too much trouble. Highly reccommended restaurant.

These dining areas are ideal for small or large parties and the catering was excellent and fresh. very reasonably priced.

We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay. Each meal was simply delicious, not too big, but more than enough to enjoy.

The Chef here certainly has pulled out all the stops, there is a large selection to the menu and can highly recommend the camembert, the warm tart, pie of the day and the large prawns. The deserts sounded delicious so we had one of those too, they were lovely but unfortunately too big for us to finish! We sat in the conservatory and had lovely views of the golf course, waiters and waitresses were attentive, friendly and helpful to make it an enjoyable evening.

The setting offers a lovely view of the golf course, whether you are in the conservatory our dining outside on the lovely patio.

Great menu. Well priced. Sea bass and pork chop delicious, well presented and served with a selection of vegetables. Dessert was very nice, but too large for one person. Overall a lovely dining experience.

Took some friends to dinner at London Beach. It’s a great setting watching the sun set over the golf course, both on the large patio and inside the conservatory restaurant. Food was very good, but only two staff on show and they struggled to cope. Fortunately it wasn’t very busy, but it did rather take the shine off an otherwise very enjoyable visit.

The service, food and view was wonderful. The local wine was a real let down. Tired 2 bottles which were both corked, so had to settle for Italian instead.

Nothing special, just pub food but at marked up prices. Had to wait for 20 minutes to be served. Not recommended for an elegant evening.

Food was very good quality for us a little more choice would have been nice especially if you were staying over a couple of days.

Had a lovely lunch, and a very good and restful sleep. Large comfy room, good shower. Huge tasty breakfast, too much for me, but the OH ate everything!Wonderful views over the countryside. Very helpful staff. Our second visit, and will not be our last.

Eaten here a few times for different occasions and always been pleasantly surprised at the value for money. Took a friend for her birthday treat for an afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view itself is priceless!

Went here for a works Christmas lunch.

Attended a charity function with a 3-course carvery meal, the carvery was fine but what made the difference was the quality of the starter and sweet courses. Never quite know what you are going to get with these set menu arrangements until its put in front of you and in our case, we were all very impressed. The staff were polite and efficient so will be more than happy to visit again.

We've eaten here many times and the food has always been good, imaginative and attractively presented. The food was absolutely fine when we launched here last but the service was appalling, inexplicably slow at every stage of our meal to the extent that we almost left without pudding. But the thing that was quite inexcusable was the gratuitous rudeness to which we were subjected, very unpleasant.

Great food, great service and they donated the cost of our meal to Starfish Malawi and made the evening a delight for all.

Lunched here recently in the Conservatory overlooking the golf course on a beautiful sunny day. Relaxed - and amusing - service of delicious home-made tartlet and salad, good home-made burger and chips. Sensible portion sizes though bigger meat based options available as well as sandwiches, pasta, and great puddings.

Spa de lujo de fin de semana era una buena relación calidad-precio, la habitación era excelente, la comida fantástica y las instalaciones de spa. Excelentes vistas. Piscina y zona de spa realmente limpio.

My husband and I had 2 course dinner here and breakfast. The nice thing about their menu was that most of the food was locally sourced. The food tasted great and the staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. We also felt it was great value for money. Will go again.

Was a exceptional meal and I've eaten in some top restaurants and this food is up there with them. The duck my partner had was cooked to perfection and my starter was I'm my top 3. Keep hold of your chef he's the Jewel in your Crown.

We LOVED the restaurant during our stay, the staff were so nice and the food and wine was fantastic.Well presented, fresh, tasty, good food, I was even given gluten free bread with breakfast, it was perfect.A really pleasant surprise, I would eat here anytime.

Really tasty food, the portion sizes really suited me. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Spicy consume to start, beef and veg salad and roast pork with mustard mash - great presentation too.The cooked breakfast the next day was also fab.

Pre-ordered set lunch for a large group in one of the conference rooms. Chose avocado with wild mushroom & Kentish blue cheese. Came hot in a generous pie dish, not sure I really like hot avocado but it was interesting to eat, the cheese not overpowering the delicate little mushrooms. Came with rocket & parmesan salad. Nice fresh brown roll, & butter. Then pork belly - tender but a bit dry, with crisp glaze, & a strange crackling tuile, not quite enough sauce, wet Chinese greens, lovely saffron rice. Good coffee, one mingy mint choc. Lovely room with view, beautiful table settings, napkins etc., food hot, elegant presentation. Excellent value.

I booked up for a table to have Christmas lunch with a friend just before Christmas. On arrival I was surprised that the conservatory was nearly empty with no table set up for us, despite us booking. The 2 course Christmas lunch was very nice and good value for money . Christmas decor was poor.

The set menu was £25 per person, but in my opinion, the al la carte is better value for money. Break fast is cooked to order and was excellent.

We went for a family spa weekend to celebrate a special birthday. On arrival we had to choose our meal for the evening as there were 11 of us, but the restaurant was not full when we arrived to eat. Food was OK but not great. Service was hit and miss. One waiter was good but overall not great. Didn't know how to make a bloody Mary and a bottle of wine was served without the foil being removed before it was corked. We were told to remove it ourselves. Spa deal not great as you can't book in until 3pm And have to book out by 11am.

Went to have pre wedding meal with friends and food was stunning, was great value and even catered for children.

Very lovely, service was amazing despite lack of staff , food is excellent, could do with a face lift as decor is out of date.

Meet up with friends for leaving do, some us ordered some food. while talking. the food was quick and well prepared, service was excellent even holding doors open. the food was great once again a very good meal.

We usually went for the Carvery for lunch which was usually perfectly acceptable - had lunch from the menu this time - great food , puddings were amazing , make sure you save space - such a great improvement with great views of the golf course

Waitress came over a few times to check if we were ready to order and we were given ample time to choose our meal. No rush, no pressure.A variety of meals, according to the members of our family all very good. Upmarket pub food.Prices more than reasonable so excellent value for money.The barman certainly knows how to pull a pint of Guinness. He let it stand for 4 or 5 minutes. You don't get that very often. Keep up that level of professionalism.

I went today to the London Beech for Sunday cavery not only was it priced differently from that shown on the Web and the meal was less than satisfactory.Would not be going back.

Been here a few times and it's more geared for the hotel guests rather than casual diners.As you'd expect, the presentation is always clean, welcoming and caters for functions and meetings.They do a lot of events and seem to be well supported.The food is good, although I'm not sure it really warrants the prices they are charging. I guess that's the benefit of being a hotel. We go every so often which is about right as you'd wear thin of the same things if it was too often.The facilities are good but are super expensive for what they are compared to what the town used to have before. Captive market syndrome.

In March I visited the London Beach Restaurant with my family for a 2 course meal. Upon my arrival, I had a bottle of Coke and when I tried it, it tasted horrible. So, I looked underneath the bottle to find that in fact the drink was a year and a few months out of date. I told the barman and he replaced it with no problem. Then, usually I am sure you would check the date of the bottle which you have given for a second time before giving it to the customer, after having a complaint? Well it appears not as the second bottle I had was also out of date, so I complained again and then finally got an in-date bottle of Coke.Then, I sat down for my meal and my main course was fine. I then had my dessert, which was appealing to look at, but quite the opposite when I actually attempted to eat it. When I took my first spoonful, out came a long BLACK hair with it.This completely put me off my dessert so I could no longer eat it. It was very disappointing as I was looking forward to taking my family out, as I had never visited this restaurant before and won't be visiting again.

The vegetarian full English breakfast was absolutely beautiful. You could tell the products were all very fresh. The tea served could have been stronger and warmer though.

Lovely views over the Golf course, very peaceful and they make you feel special. Lovely food and cheaper than you might imagine for such a grand setting. Nice to sit and have a G&T before lunch.

The food was of generous proportions, hot and beautifully presented. The staff were charming and helpful.

This hotel was grossly understaffed leading to delays and oversights in all departments. It has such potential but, at present, is wasted. The rooms are good but tired. The table we had on the second morning was so sticky that I could not slide my cup over it. The dinner we were served eventually was adequate, the wine awful, the breakfasts fresh and well-cooked but slow and the buffet was not kept restocked. The first morning I had to ask for bowls, the second for fruit salad as the bowl had nothing but juice. Of course, it took some time for that to come and I had to ask again. All things considered, the view was the best thing about the hotel.

Very disappointing and will not return.... Served by waitress who scruffy and was chewing gum as she took our order... You could see the gum on her teeth while she spoke to us. The drinks were poorly served without ice/lemon, just poured into a scratched tumbler. I ordered a salad which can only be described as an oily mush... It consisted of a few wilted leaves, 3 scollops, chorizo and avocado.... All of which was swimming in olive oil ... Completely inedible. The saving grace was the dessert which was quite nice and they did remove the salad from the bill.

I went to London beach for lunch with a friend. I live locally and have wanted to try it for some time. We found the restaurant and the barman told us to find a table and there would be a menu there. We found a lovely table in the conservatory overlooking the golf course. No menu but it wasn't a problem - we just got one from another table. It was very quiet with only eight other people. A waitress served one of the other tables but didn't acknowledge us. After about ten minutes we wondered if we should have ordered at the bar so I went back to the bar. The barman said he would be with us shortly and after about five minutes he eventually took our order. I never mind waiting for food if it is freshly cooked but it is nice to be acknowledged that we are there! We both ordered fish' chips. It arrived on a wooden board and was absolutely lovely. The batter was crisp and not at all greasy and the chips were to die for! If the barman had asked us if everything was ok we would have told him! We were too full for a pudding but they looked very tempting. We both ordered cappuccinos and enjoyed those - not at all bitter. I would go again. The food was good as was the ambiance. Just a shame about the service. So I have just given it 4 stars.

I dined here, along with a friend, as part of a Spa Package. The food was superb (I had the pork belly) & I would definitely go back to the restaurant with my partner. The individual bottles of Prosecco were good value & looked great too, with their 'imitation corks)! We also had lunch outside on the terrace, which was equally good. :)

Booked a table at short notice finding this restaurant on our TasteCard app. Staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. The deserts were even better! I recommend the warm chocolate tart with pistachio ice-cream and raspberry coulé. We ate the the delightful conservatory with a lovely view of the golf course and watched the sun set.

The carver menu was impressive because of the quality of the meats available and the vast array of vegetables to complement the meal. We were a party of 10 ranging from 15 months to over 85 and the staff were brilliant in looking after everyone. We had help with getting served, drinks arrived quickly and efficiently, rolls and butter were fresh and appetising. I opted for the rare beef, but the selection varied between rare and well done so everyone could be happy. My wife chose pork and my daughter had Honey roast gammon. Vegetables included goose fat roasts, cauliflower cheese, beans, swede, carrots, peas with crackling, yorkshire pudding and rich gravies. To ensure everyone got what they wished, there were mustards and horseradish to which we could help ourselves. This lunch was FAULTLESS

Service was a little slow, but the food made up for it. We didn't have dessert though as were too full.

Very very disappointing, the service was terrible, waited an hour to get starters. Asked for sparkling water, a bottle was plonked on the table unopened with no glasses to drink from!! The staff were run off their feet and very unprofessional they have no idea how to wait on tables but not their fault they need training and more of them, the meal took more than 3hrs!We wanted ice in our drinks but didn't dare ask as the staff were already stressed.At £70 per head it was disgusting, will never be back there for Christmas!This hotel is very dated and looks like it needs a good clean and make - over!

I was part of a group of some 50 or so who had Sunday lunch at The London Beach. We were offered a main course or two course or all three courses. I personally only had a main course £12.50, it was hot, tasty and lots of it.The service was second to none. It is 30 plus drive from where I live however well worth every mile of it.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I have stayed in many hotels for business over the last year. I must say this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The reception staff didn’t seem to sure what they were doing. At check in when I asked to book a table for dinner they needed to confirm 3 times I was on my own for the entire duration of my 1 night stay. I couldn’t book a table at the time I wanted as they have three tables coming in. once they havd advised me when I could eat I was not offered any help to my room with my bags or directed where anything was in the hotel. My room had a lovely view of the golf course. However the décor was dated the bathroom needed a good clean. The hall way had a funny smell like old smoke. I for dinner the staff were friendly and helpful if a little shocked I was eating on my own. The dining area was small and again out of date. The food was not great for the money paid you would except hearty pub grub however the food was dressed to look posh but was cheap and dry. I would not stay again I am sure for a round of golf it is fine. Great location just needs a new menu and a face life!

I've eaten at the London Beach many times and have always been pleased with the service and impressed with the food. I also prefer not to put negative reviews on Trip Advisor. However, my website feedback message to the London Beach (see below) after my bad experience has not been acknowledged or replied to so here we are. I sincerely hope that this is not indicative of the general service there now.My website message to the London Beach dated 16th Sept:"I visited the restaurant yesterday lunchtime with a friend, hoping to enjoy a lunch. On arrival at the bar, we were totally ignored by the barman (a tall, dark haired chap) who continued to fiddle about with receipts, bottles etc. After a couple of minutes we interrupted him and asked if it was possible to have lunch. He told us to go and take a seat in the conservatory and he'd bring menu's and take our drinks order.We waited around 20 minutes and he did not come to us. Your barman was not busy - the restaurant was virtually empty. We watched him chatting to other members of staff. We felt like we were invisible, although we were in full view of him.We left, thoroughly disappointed and ate elsewhere in Tenterden.I'm really surprised at the poor customer service. I've eaten many times at the London Beach and have always been impressed with the service, and the food. I'm not one for putting damning reports on Trip Advisor etc but felt that you should know.I'd value your comments."

Hotel is in beautiful grounds with a golf course. It is on a road so not much around and you would need to drive to go out for dinner. There is a swimming pool but use is not necessarily included in the room rate and guests cannot use the gym. The hotel is clean but not modern, it has a very 70s/80s feel .My room was a good size and had a balcony, which was nice but not at all private. Some nice touches - good quality toiletries, complementary bottled water as well as usual tea and coffee. There is wifi but the signal wasn't very strong. Food was good, but quite pricey and fancy - no options for something like pizza/pasta/burger. Service was attentive.Overall, I prefer the White Lion which is right in tenterden and you can walk out to different restaurants.

We sat for 45 minutes waiting to be served, no drink no order taken, gave up and went elsewhere and had a lovely meal, so glad we didn't book here for my Birthday as it would have spoilt the day totally.

the food in the hotel is really very good, a wide and varied choice from steaks to curries to the finest dining, the problem always is it takes far too long between courses, you almost lose the will to live some evenings and it wasnt just us, its a shame.

Beef was okay, not as tender as it could of been,asked for medium for two of the meals.would say all was slightly over cookedVegetables were exceptional. Full flavour and cooked too perfection .The desserts were out standing, presented to a high standard.My only observation service was average but pleasant. This place is a total joke. There was no service, food dreadful, room pretty unkempt. They could not understand why I checked out early. Do not stay here.

The atmosphere and furnishings are typically golf resort, lots of solid wood and patterned carpets. Traditional rather than elegant. Spacious outside terrace with a good view of the golfers. Food was surprisingly good quality and attractively presented.

If you are seeking a quiet and beautiful place, delicious food and a great price, you should go to this golf club restaurant.On Sundays you can choose 3 courses for £ 25.00 and also helps a charity.The caesar salad is fantastic and phenomenal cheesecake.The only problem is that the staff were not very attentive and simply disappeared. Problem that has been offset by the beauty of the place and the delicious cuisine.

Good looking bad in fast. No smile. No respect. No direction. No quality food. Do not go to eat just a vista.

This offers the best food in (well, just outside) Tenterden. Good food and wine, friendly staff, good ambience and free parking.

The standard of food in the restaurant is excellent, they clearly have an outstanding chef. The standard of service is excellent with very welcoming attitude. We use the hotel as a charity and our tea dances are an outstanding success.

Whilst out and about we visited the County Hotel for lunch. Pleasant surroundings, nice facilities, staff very helpful. We selected our meals from the pub menu, very good food. Staff were aware of what foods were suitable for Coeliacs, therefore I was impressed. We sat in the conservatory, overlooking the golf course enjoying the sun.The only thing i would say is that the price for the meals on the bar menu were more then the average price but obviously you do have the views !

Arrived with 3 friends for lunch. Chose to sit in the conservatory for the lovely view.Ordered the Christmas Turkey lunch - big mistake. Definitely the worse Turkey dinnerI have ever had. Soggy potatoes, black and rock hard sprouts (inedible) bland gravytasteless turkey. The conservatory could have been a good place to eat, but it had noatmosphere and was not particularly warm and the floor needed a good hoovering as foodwas left under the tables. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful.Made our comments on the food known to the staff, but nothing happened.Definitely won't be going back there again any time soon. Such a shame as it is in a nicelocation.

The restaurant we dined in did not look overly glamourous and plush but it was cosy and peasceful. The food was even better with good waiter service and attention.

We are two mates who lost out to easy jet (no show jet) when our flights were cancelled on xmas eve.. we took to the p.c on christmas morning looking at a very last minute break and secured a booking at london beach, and could not have asked for more, staff were friendly and very helpful, we couldn't believe the huge size of the bedrooms, then the food is such high standard from breakfast to lunch to dinner, yummy scrummy , we booked on a spa break and initially booked for 1 night but felt our stresses of xmas eve were washed away and booked another night. the Grounds were lovely, but probably more suited for the golfers then lazy walkers.. I would feel happy to recommend this to my family, friends and colleagues.

Enjoyed a lovely family lunch today.Staff were brilliant and provided a good service. Was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine between our main course and cream tea. Seriously considering staying for a spa break even though we live 5 minutes away.

but rather soulless as venues go - needs a complete face lift to make the most of those amazing views and the very good chef that produces some good food.

Went to their Burns night last Friday and what a super night. Not only were all the staff very attentive and helpful but the food, ambience, piper and Scottish dancing with the band were all hugely enjoyable.Thanks very much to you all - a super evening !!!!

An almost surreal experience for a weekend break that could easily have been dreadful but ended up being a great fun. Swathes of elderly persons all over the place including a WI function in the bar which added to the bizarre nature of the weekend. The staff are v friendly and helpful and although the menu could do with a bit of work food was good overall. Only criticism is that some of the decor is tired and they don't allow dogs which given the location is a shame.

I arrived late at night with nowhere to stay and discovered a comfortable, pleasant modern hotel that feels rather like the clubhouse on a golf course - which it is. Sweeping views from the spacious rooms at the rear. Good breakfast, excellent beds, friendly professional staff . There are cheaper alternatives nearby but this is a quality hotel and you get what you pay for. I suspect prices may be negotiable and there are certainly special offers. There are countless things to do and places to visit nearby. The town of Tenterden is nearby with a wide range of shops.

Went to the London Beach Hotel and restaurant with friends for Christmas dinner and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The food was excellent and well presented the service was really quick and all our meals came out together and there were twenty nine of us and we weren't waiting long in-between courses well done!

I was orginally going to give London Beach only four-stars and then I had a think about each of my stays/visits there and realised each time was nothing short of fantastic. It's difficult when you've been to incredible five-star hotels in exotic destinations to think of a Country Hotel that's just down the road from you as being just as good but upon reflection it truly is...The restaurant, firstly, is of a very high standard. The menu is interesting and comprehensive, it offers quality, flavoursome dishes and is not extortionately priced. Every meal I have eaten here (including a Xmas dinner) has been more than worth it and I would recommend the restaurant even if you're not staying at the hotel.The rooms all seem to be extremely large (some have two king-size beds; one each, whoop!), are all well-presented, and all come with a generous balcony overlooking the grouds and golf-course. A truly beautiful countryside view to watch the sun set over.I recently used London Beach's spa facilities and can highly recommend the Spa-Package also. A good size pool (salt-water), jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and above par changing facilities make it a truly enjoyable and luxurious experience.My parents are avid golfers and have stayed many times in order to make use of the golf course. They have had several lessons with the golf pros that work here and have nothing but praise for them and for the course.All in all a fantastic venue.

For the 4th year running the 2nd Tenterden Scout Group held their annual Ball at London Beach last Saturday. We all enjoyed the delicious 3 course meal prepared by Olly and his team. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a fantastic evening and we are hoping to return next year. London Beach is a great venue for a party!

we attended a wedding reception and evening and the food was average and drinks were a total rip off the prices were loaded and they were asked to put some bowls with peanuts on the tables for folks to nibble on and they said we dont do peanuts here so my friends wife had to take her own bowls and bags of peanuts she bought in tesco's certainly wont be visiting ever again

Excellent food at this hotel. Menu reasonably limited but food really was lovely. We couldn't eat a pudding as we were full up. Breakfast was also great, cooked to order full English.

Went with staff and residents of a sheltered accommodation house with residents aged from 85 to 100. Food was good, hot and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and pleasant

Had a family get together luch at the London Beach recently and as always, it did not disappoint. The terrace at the hotel has stunning views and the staff are always helpful. The food is consistently good, if not ground breaking. The restaurant itself is pretty uninspiring at first sight, a very dated 80's looking place and the furniture on the outside terrace is similarly dated and makes you think "have I booked the right place?" however, you can always rely on a good experience and my family lunch was no exception. With a few twists and a good update the London Beach could be, a excellent. As it is, it's a comfortable good to very good, every time.
