Great friendly bar the food is reasonable. The couple who are running it are very friendly and will do anything to make you feel welcome ar there bar. I go there quite regularly as it's not to far to drive to and I've always had a good time there

Went here with a group of friends for a pre Christmas get together. Very friendly welcome on arrival. Very good service and a manger who knew how good customer service works. Food was very good fresh and tasty. Only downside is they could do with a bigger car park but it's not a big problem as we parked on the street.

20 Sadler St, Wells, BA5 2SE, United KingdomArrived at the agreed check in time of 2pm and the hotel was locked up and in darkness. We called the number on the door and the person said he would get the member of staff to come down and let us in. About two minutes later the member of staff came down and let us in, no apology or anything. The room wasn't made up and we had to leave our bags and make ourselves scarce until they had finished. Very poor service.
