Really liked the look of the tearoom, stopped for lunch, it was delicious, staff very courteous and helpful, also really good value. So good we called for a cup of tea and cake later in the afternoon. Would thoroughly recommend. I left my shopping in the tearoom by mistake and didn’t realise until I got home to Lincolnshire. Phoned the next day, the member of staff I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful and more than happy to post my shopping. Thank you to all the staff at the tearoom for such a pleasant experience.

Very good traditional teashop/cafe. Think Betty's but much more economic. Always busy so booking is a good idea. Lunched there twice. Stand out dishs the cauliflour buffalow steak and the soup with cheese scone.

Superb cafe in the centre of Richmond. Food was delicious, and the home made deserts were superb. The best cheesecake Ive had. Excellent service from friendly welcoming staff. We returned the following day, just as excellent.

Food very good - had soup with a cheese scone which was tasty and filling! Cakes etc looked very nice. Was busy, even on a wet midweek day.

We stopped for lunch in Richmond on the way back from Sunderland this week and happened upon the Little Drummer boy tea room- and we were very happy that we did. We had prawn sandwiches with a side of chips and a blue berry scone with jam and cream. We washed this down with a large pot of tea and all was top quality and really delicious. Staff were lovely too and the whole place is very cute. We saw afternoon tea being served to a couple and it looked incredible although it was huge so I'd be taking half of it home!

Just returned from a week's stay at Reeth in the Yorkshire Dales and finished off an absolutely wonderful feta cheese and vegetable pie for dinner. We were fortunate to stumble upon the Two Dales Bake

A very wide range of cakes and all made on the premises. Vinci coffee is served at a very reasonable price. Friendly service and your drinks / cake order is brought to your table.

Quirky for sure but very friendly and very keen to please. The soup we had was delicious and having leaf tea was a treat. Scones on the table is a lovely idea but a cover would be better. Lovely ch

Just thought I would take the opportunity and time to give credit where it’s due! I have read through some of the reviews from 2022 and can only imagine that there was a hang over from Covid , or ther
