Love this pub! I used to go here with my parents as a child and have just been back. It’s got a friendly atmosphere, great selection of drinks and the pub looks beautiful. Really great British pub

Love this pub for a quiet pint after work. Unbeatable.

Disgraceful rude landlord, terrible drinks and even worse service

I've just moved into the area and have been looking for a place to go. From the moment we walked in we were treated like regulars. The owner Mark and his Staff member "T" were an absolute joy. They have alsorts of entertainment. Looking forward to the Quiz next week.

Visited when bing was on. Sat outside in the raised garden. Good real ale.

Still a great pub with a great welcome

All I can say is; A proper pub and pub atmosphere. They don’t do food but that’s why it feels like a proper pub. Not one of these lost it’s way with food pubs where there are chips all over the floor etc. Nice place to have a cold pint (or two) and unwind. Hope this pub never shuts. Also has a large pub garden with an obstacle course for kids to play on, including a slide. Keep our pubs alive.

A nice country pub with a sun filled garden, weekly quiz and the best pint of Guinness in the area.

Visit for a wake sadly, but compliments to the landlord for a lovely buffet. Plus, making everyone feel very welcome. Great service.

Good local pub, nice to be in a pub that is not trying to be everything and focus on what they do well. Good pint, happy to spend time with the cat and dog that was there as well. Been back on a number of occasions and still a good pint, the service continues to get better.

Top notch, i must admit we walked in on a quiz night right at the music part. However, we got greeted by the bar staff/owner and told that it wont last long. it was a great experience to walk in to a pub and get such a friendly greeting. getting served immediately by an attentive team and very friendly. Even got greeted by the pub (i think owned by the pub) Cat and Dog. Absolutely loved it and will be back soon Oh and the beer, top notch, well kept and very enjoyable. Highly recommend

Cracking pub,great owners, staff and locals. We're relatively new to the Linden tree but you wouldn't know it. A real friendly place,so glad that we visit it.

As a sober person I think my pub ratings are always unbiased. Had pint of OJ and lemonade - similar price to a pint of beer, but the staff were friendly, the quiz sounded fun, but we didn't join in. I'll be going back !

Excellent locals pub, a real pub. No food but great atmosphere and genuine people out for a good time in a great old school boozer. Beautiful garden too.

Closed Friday lunchtime August - but fox and hounds open a couple of minutes away.

Nice pub , nice atmosphere , well decorated but wow was the beer expensive :-( £4.70 for a pint of San Miguel. Bit too much eh ?

A good local pub. Well kept beer, warm welcome and a well maintained darts board stood out to me. The weekly quiz is a fun event too.

Absolutely love it here such a friendly place toilets immaculate, coffee was delish along with the cold drinks very friendly dog and a cat too,very homely and a lovely garden to sit in aswell ,staff very nice and polite n friendly have been twice and will be going to visit again soon

I visited this Pub for the first time yesterday and it didn't disappoint, the garden is really nice, large and also has some play equipment in it for Children. Although I only had a couple of soft drinks here, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Play Darts at this venue. Friendly and clean all round. Food excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

Great beers etc, friendly 'proper' independent pub, which is really great as this kind of pub is becoming very rare! Lots of local history. You can tell the owners put their hearts into this pub and how it's run. Even the loos are up there with the nicest pub loos I've ever experienced (and I've seen a lot!). In fact... I think I'll head there now for a pint :)

Pleasant local pub serving four Wadworth's ales on cask. Real fire plus pub cat and dog. Place is a little ordinary, and there's no food served, so not one to seek out, but quite acceptable if you're a local.

A friends car was done over there last night. No help from owners. Beware
