Lovely atmosphere and even have live music. On a sunny day it can be tricky to get a table but well worth it if you can grab one! Great selection of drinks and nibbles - even had vegan options!

This is all about the outside seating and view of Folkestone harbour. As expected, it's expensive, but there are lagers and craft ales as well as champagne!

Food, champagne, service, atmosphere and view are absolutely incredible!

Been a couple of times now and have always experienced really friendly service and great drinks. Big shoutout to the staff working 21st July for their exceptional customer service! It’s a great place to sit and have a few drinks.

Had a beer, served by the friendly host and with the French music, it was almost like being across the channel. Super place to relax, and soak up the sun. Might not be the best of places in a gale of wind though!

Lovely location. However for us vegans two stars removed as you don't state which drinks are vegan. Very disappointing as I don't want to drink fish or meat anymore than I want to eat it. For example Rathfinny use fish to cleanse their wines. And after all that my champagne was flat 😒 And I return today. Still the girl has no clue of the tepid champagne she serves is vegan or not. And they don't take American Express either. Won't be returning. An amateur operation just in a good location.

The staff here is friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The coffee and food are quite good, with the freshly made crepes being especially delicious and not overly sweet—perfect for breakfast. Additionally, the view is enjoyable and relaxing.

A very pleasant place to come for a French-style aperitif. I tried the cheese and charcuterie platter on my own, which was very good with a kir royal. Next time I’ll try the oysters and the pâté. A spot not to be missed, solo, with friends or for a more romantic moment for two

What a little jewel of a place. On the right day the view is breathtaking. The music is varied, chilled and soothing. My go to place while I'm working down here in Folkestone.

Pokey, cute and inviting. We rushed here after the rain opened up on the peer. We took our dog in which was allowed.

Pukka little bar at the end of the dock. Yeah it's a bit rough inside but it's a lighthouse.. It's quirky and cosy and friendly staff, nice to sit outside listening to the music playing with a prosecco in hand. Didn't eat so not sure about the food..

Stunning location for coastal and sea views while having a drink.

Top locatie op het einde van de pier bij de vuurtoren. Een terrasje met een wijn champagne bar , maar ook bier en fris hoor. Geweldig uitzicht over de krijtrotsen en de zee.

This place is a great little gem.. Champagne bars is not something you often see. Cosy intimate and family friendly vibes. 8/10 Would recommend.

Did not realise this place was tucked away at the end of the harbour in Folkestone. Had booked the tasting rooms but first stumbled upon the lighthouse bar which was the cutest smallest little bar that we will definitely go back to. Tasting rooms were brimming with people and live music.. not what we were expecting at all! But we stayed and I’m glad we did.. it was actually a great atmosphere, and the taster plates of prawns, Champaign mushrooms, pate with rustic bread, and the Malbec wine were absolutely lovely. Our waitress was very smiley and lovely- made us feel very welcome. Will definitely go back, and when the live music is playing too. Get us, living it up! Thanks for lovely food, service, music and atmosphere.

Very unique and cool little place at the very end of the Harbour Arm! Cozy, characterful, and atmospheric, with about five small tables and nice decor and staff. Great repurposed use of the lighthouse base! You can also see up the stairs into the lighthouse tower from inside the entrance. Tiny little bar at the end of the Harbour arm. Lovely atmosphere inside, warm lighting, small tables (and not many), very friendly staff behind the bar. A couple of glasses of red wine went down well at the end of a quick visit to Folkestone at the end of a very warm evening in the middle of November.

Been there couple years ago in the old location, the lighthouse itself, and loved it. Due to the heavy rain they had some electrical issues so we went to their second bar next door. The lady of the house and servants were as nice as we remember from last time! We’ll be back soon! Keep up the good work and atmosphere!

Just the best place to go and visit. We went after a busy day of the beach around 8:30pm to watch the sun set. Really great environment created, a really joyful place to spend an evening.

The Tasting Rooms at the Harbour Arm, Folkestone. Visited and sampled a king prawn appetiser and a mackerel pate, both beautiful. Didn't have time for a full meal, so we will go back again. Nice to have drinks outside on the old station platform and watch the world go by. It's so difficult for the restaurants in such high temperatures , but the staff all seem to stay cheerful and work really hard for their customers. A BIG thank you to Jess, Simon and the team at the Lighthouse and the Tasting Rooms. We'll be back.

Amazing place with great people and amazing owners!!! The smallest drink bar I ever been but the most comfortable. Lovely wine and beer. Will make me come back to Folkestone for more. Child friendly too in windy Monday bank holiday when all pubs send you out. Totally refreshing experience!!!!

What a fabulous quaint bar. Bubbly was beautiful. The hosts and staff were extremely welcoming. We loved Freddie the dog. Would definitely recommend.

What a great little cozy place to be found at the end of the harbour arm. A great selection of champagne, beers, wines, and hot beverages and very snug and comfortable bar area with plenty of outside seating with great views over the sea will certainly be recommending it to others. Great on a lovely day, prices are steep even if you are into champagne. But they have extended their drinks menu this year, so something for everyone and most people use it as a bar. Slow service though, considering its pretty much just drinks.

Perfect location for a bar, staff is very kind and the atmosphere is just perfect.

Great place for a bottle of bubbles! Excellent selection of some English sparkling and the view is absolutely stunning.

Fantastic spot for a glass of bubbly and to admire the beautiful view. It was very windy when I visited so definitely take a jumper or jacket to wear; there are also blankets provided. Excellent service from Simon and Declan!

Went on a really windy day which was a lot of fun! Seating is outside and is fairly spacious and comfortable. Lots of choice for champagne and cocktails, not the cheapest but well worth it. Really gr at place to take photos too, especially of you get good weather

During COVID times the small interior isn’t accessible. Despite very blustery conditions an outdoor glass of champagne was ordered and enjoyed. A great location with lovely views. Will definitely return when either restrictions have lifted or the weather has improved! PS. Friendly staff and a great choice of outdoor music too.

Not sure what I can add in respect of a review. It's a Champagne Bar, in a Lighthouse. You don't need any other reasons to visit, those two are more than enough!

Light jazz music set the mood for a relaxing afternoon, soaking up the sun and watching the shadows change across the water on the Cliffs of Dover.

Lovely dog-friendly location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of red wines. Outdoor scenic seating (with blankets/throws for chilly days) or quirky inside lighthouse base.

There is nowhere cooler in this town to sip champagne, especially when it's windy. Bring a scarf and gloves. Right now, they're for me, it's freezing.

Amazing place, excellent customer service, very posh area, very good music and very romantic view of the ocean, it’s a shame that I live in London and not able to visit this place more than once in a month, feelings and emotions I’m getting from this place is a magical. On Sunday I was doing fishing with my husband, it was a bit chilly evening and we received a shots of nice brandy as a treat from the owner of the place, I can’t stop thinking about that because in this days you don’t meet generous people like him. I’m very thankful for that evening. On that day Gordon Ramsey was visiting the bar too, people start taking photo of him, I wanted too but decided to not to ruin his “day out privacy”. So what im trying to say is that this place is a hidden gem, A*****

Outstanding staff. Ol skill Romantic and cute bar with great wind and champagne selection with brilliant roof terrace right at the end of the pier looking over the sea. Get there now whilst it's still being discovered and somewhat of a secret.
