The Life Boat Inn in Havant

Called there one evening to watch the football. We sat down in front of the tv ready to watch the game along with other customers. The game started, but there was no sound from the tv, instead there was music playing. I asked at the bar if we could hear the tv, but was told they couldn’t do that as it encourages loud behaviour!! I found this staggering as it wasn’t exactly the quietest pub anyway, we passed this place 2 days earlier and you karaoke been played from here all around the village!!As we couldn’t enjoy the game we decided to leave.

This is a real pub; something of dying breed nowadays. TVs at various angles in each bar so the action cannot be missed. Really friendly staff and great beer. Quiz nights on Thursday evening are good fun and the music featured at the weekends is really entertaining.

Good parking on the day good choice good service most acceptable will go again pleasant staff comfortable surroundings

Don't be put off by the complicated car park charges. If you use the pub they provide a free voucher. Beer and food reasonably priced especially their open sandwiches. Good place for lunch.

Friendy service in a busy and convivial atmosphere, well kept beer, but not really for children and certainly not for eating as it is a traditional pub, love the place

Zeer eenvoudige herberg. Eigenlijk meer een bar met enkele faciliteiten, gelegen aan de boulevard met uitzicht op zee. ‘s avonds zou deze bar drukker bezocht worden.
