Used just eat so can't say on the atmosphere but when they were out of something before they called up to see what substitute we'd prefer so service seems good. And the food is amazing! I'm always craving a pepperoni calzone and some onion rings :)

Order went though but didn't deliver it

It’s been 5 minutes earlier and the stuff was so kind when delivering. You guys need to try their pasta ,my kids absolutely love it !

I had called them to ask what’s going on with my pizza and they sounded as if they were rushing me off of the phone and not actually cooking it, now that they’re closed it doesn’t seem as if my order is coming. I ordered at 1am however they close at 2am. 1 hour is enough to cook a pizza and send it off

Orded my food about 1 and my food turned up at 3 which was freezing cold and everytime I was ringing up to ask where I had attitude from the people over the phone, wasted alone of money for nothing

Delivery was late, didn't come with the extra toppings I ordered, food was cold and had to re-heat it. On the app it said delivered(Coincidently as the time frame it said it would be delivered finished) but still had to wait 20 minutes, so for a Tuesday night order it took 1hr and 20 minites!! New to area and will definitely not be using this place again!

Ordered the tudor special (pepperoni, beef, onion and jalapenos) and the meat tasted awful, especially the pepperoni. If you go here, highly recommend just getting a margherita, the pepperoni was disgusting.

wings were not listed as HOT I recieved hot wings NOT what I ordered I want a refund I was misled not happy they have gone in the bin can't eat anything hot or spicy very disappointed with this

I recently ordered delivery for the first time, and the food arrived hot and fresh. My little cousins loved the pizza,it was incredibly tasty and didn’t leave that heavy, bloated feeling. The chicken shish was equally delicious, with everything cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

missing food items and extremely rude customer service when trying to rectify their mistake and in the end had to hang up due to going nowhere. they wouldn't send out the missing food or try help reimburse me as a loyal customer and now will not be ordering from their again.

Order was wrong. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and was given spaghetti bolognaise which was not what I ordered and wasn’t enjoyable either

food cold, wrong items ordered curry sauce and chips and got gravy, ordered kebab with cabbage no cabbage. the warmest thing was the free garlic bread.

Loved this place! Staff was so chatty and lovely very kind, and food was amazing! 10/10 will be going back.

The pizza tasted great and not a grease fest and arrived a few minutes into the expected time period. No complaints, will order from here again! 😁

DIDNT DELIVER MY ORDER UTTER JOKE !

Ordered a pizza and kebab wrap, have to say it was one of the best pizzas me and my partner have ever ordered. Got simple pepperoni with extra cheese, lovely thin crust nice and light not greasy and heavy, same goes for the kebab wrap. Can’t fault the food at all, would highly recommend :)

Delivery was wrong delivery time was well over what they said and tried to charge me £5 for delivery disgusting services will never use again

cheesy chips ..... chips cold cheese congealed ....Calzone ... again cold cheese congealed .. prob would of been nice if hot

Chicken batter wasn’t cooked right was soggy and not crispy the calzone had cottage cheese which isn’t in description and I’m intolerant to cottage cheese so couldn’t eat it was tiny for the price and smelt funny. Only good thing was they listen to my optional request of no sauce on kebab and the delivery was speedy and on time

Foods always hot and tasty arrives at good timing I got lovley pizza 15, garlic bread calzone the nuggets was amazing and the mozzarellas I also respect that I made a personal pizza and I had thought I added toppings ..silly me I didn’t and luckily they called up let me know and fixed it within 3 minutes of them receiving my order fabulous

Loved our meals the other day, excellent pizza and kebab.

Phoned up and ordered 2 pizzas a garlic bread and a wrap turnt up 40mins later to find out we was 1 pizza down called them up to discuss this matter to be told they had only charged me for one pizza when I had clearly stated 2 and they even confirmed the order with me on the phone before handing up. The customer service is appalling will not be using this restaurant again.

Rude owner and staff to match Tried to order online but the buy one get one free wouldn't work called to order and told the website did not state buy one get one free which it did placed order in store and got said offer ! When getting home they put chilli sauce on an order that was ment to have ketchup when we called to dispute was out right called a liar !!!!!!!! Eventually gave in and said they would deliver another in 10 mins 45 minutes later still no food will avoid from now on ! Don't appreciate being called a liar !!!!!!

The food turned up late and was so cold it could not be eaten, we complained and they sent out new food and this was mostly cold with mains cold and only the thing warm was the chips warm. we had to send back both meals back very unhappy not just with the food but the attitude of the manager how felt it was ok to feel it was hot when it left him eas not hot when we received it even though his own driver said it was cold, service dreadful we will not return after such bad service.

I done a collection for the pepperoni plus pizza and the taste was very good , I like it because it’s have so many halal options, and was thin crust .Another thing I do really enjoy in a pizza it’s when you after don’t get bloated something that I get in here .

Wasted £30 to wait 2 hours for the wrong order to arrive at 2am, spoke to 2 extremely unhelpful and rude men on the phone who kept hanging up on me and looks like we probably won't be getting any money back nor the food we actually ordered! This place is an absolute joke with diabolical customer service.

First time trying this place out as i was passing by, wow what a meat feast pizza ! honestly couldn't fault it. Decent amount of toppings,decent crust, not greasy and definitely filling. Would recommend.

Ignore the positive reviews they are all FAKE! I paid extra for stuffed crust which I did not receive, and the pizza both looks and tastes like it was bought from Tesco. Undercooked, cold, and extremely thin like cardboard. DO NOT trust the positive reviews.

The staff were friendly, the order was incorrect twice. The margarita was not cheese and tomato it includes olives and peppers, even though the menu states that's all it is. The pizza was a good size and tasted delicious with 2 dips which are great.
