I am so pleased this place is almost on our own doorstep! The food is excellent, the staff and service are brilliant and they provide all in excellent value. The Full Monty breakfast is not for the faint hearted but every bite that you can manage is wonderful. My particular favourite breakfast is 'Eggs Royale' but to be honest, it's difficult to choose as there are so many delicious things to choose from. My favourite lunch is a salt & pepper chicken wrap but, once again, having tried many of their dishes absolutely nothing has disappointed me. If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?!!!

Husband and I been before. Today took son, partner and their baby. I had the pancakes. Yet again, excellent service and amazing breakfasts. Will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, great food and helpings are more than plentiful. Full Monty breakfast is a mission and not for the faint hearted my wife has had the eggs benedict and loved them

Decided to pop in on a Friday morning for breakfast and glad we did. The service was nice, with the food being fantastic. Really good value for money and will be back soon to try lunch. It was very busy with only a handful of tables, but good to find out you can call and book in advance.

What a gem. The food is amazing, portion sizes are awesome and staff attentive and friendly. We loved it thank you Lorna and the team. We will all be back to try and clear our plates!

What an amazing place. Beautiful little cafe/bistro, staff extremely pleasant and accommodating Now onto the food... WOW beautiful fresh produce, great portion size (your certainly won't come away hungry) and very well presented. Throughly enjoyed and will certainly be back. Suitable for all the family and they do themed nights too.

I ordered a buffet for my Mum's surprise birthday party on 18th sept21 The food got delivered to my home address,all in foil dishes that could be put out straight onto the table. Everyone commented how good it was and for the price I paid it was outstanding. I would recommend the lamproom to anyone who is having a party or requires outside catering.

Desperate to get back after lockdown, The Lamproom did not let us down. Well laid out and complying with Covid regulations, we went for lunch, had a beautiful meal and went home for a lie-down - the portions are very healthy (and I'm a big lad). Lovely family who run this bistro, great service, fresh appetising food all at a ridiculously low price. The more I go to this place, the more I am starting to see the same customers - no better recommendation than returning clientele. Give it a try, don't miss out on this experience.

We were recommended to come here and what a find! Located at the former Lowes Strawberry farm near Sheriffhall roundabout, parking available. Ramp for wheelchair access and a beautiful disabled loo, staff couldn't be more helpful and the food was excellent. Huge portions and amazing breakfasts of every description. I had a vegetarian one and my disabled friend had the muffins with scrambled egg and salmon, both were delicious. Will come back to try the twisted macaroni. The cakes were huge and yummy. Place is busy and seems to have won some awards so we were glad to have discovered it, would definitely recommend and will certainly come back.

We have visited on a number of occasions and the food is excellent value for money. Freshly cooked to order and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the scones and cakes baked in-house are mouthwatering.

First time back since the new owners opened up about a year. All I can say is they have mace a fantastic job of putting their own feeling into the decor. Great choice from a very varied menu good size portions very tasty food served...
