This pub is off the beaten track and if you can find it is a good choice when other pubs are busy. It is very much an old school place that hasn't been updated for some decades. It doesn't play music which is a positive and means it is possible to have a conversation. I had a ginger beer and a single malt.

I got caught in the rain on the way to this restaurant only to find they no longer serve food. It still says food on outside of building. Just to alert others so they don’t waste their time.

Called in after previous negative visit involving mice running around. Disappointed to see that the problem persists and Mel just laughs about it. Seriously poor hygiene etc nit to mention COVID 19 concerns

Situated couple steps away from main crowded streets have a cozy, quiet and relaxing atmosphere of iconic "My Local Pub". Choice from 3 Sunday Roast's accompanied with in-house IPA was perfect! Friendly staff. Recommended for visiting!

Popped in for a couple of drinks. Cosy feel to the pub, a neighbourhood pub in the heart of central London. Service was friendly and there was a good selection of beers. Considering the location, found the prices to be reasonable.

Went in for 2 drinks and charged nearly £12. Overpriced. The pub itself was small with nice atmosphere. Went for evening food but wasn't serving as stopped at 4pm. Disappointing. The beer and small glass wine were nothing special sadly

I used to frequent this pub years ago. While I was back up that way I thought I would visit again. The place hadn't changed, still a great pub. It is off the main streets so doesn't get too many customers unless you know it's there. Beer was good and found the staff very friendly. Worth looking out up if you are in the Baker Street. Marylebone area and want a traditional pub atmosphere.

Four of us met up in this pub which is tucked away down a side street near Marylebone High Street. It’s a traditional old style pub which was very pleasant inside. They serve Greene King IPA (always a major plus point) and also have a good menu of proper pub food, like cod and chips and sausages and mash. Between us we had the Boeuf Borginon (sic), ham and eggs, chilli con carne and the curry of the day. I don’t think I’ve ever seen four plates literally licked clean. It was excellent food. Highly recommended. There is also a good range of beers like Tribute, Old Speckled Hen and so on. I’d have gladly given it five blobs but for one issue. The lady behind the bar was as miserable as sin. I made a joke about paying for a single drink with a £20 note and she glared at me like I’d just told her that her dog had died. We didn’t see a single smile from her all afternoon. The man who replaced her later on wasn’t much better.

Fancied a pint but not in a crowded bar full of (whatever the 2018 version is) yuppies. A decent pint and not too crowded, which was great. The staff could do with being a bit more cheerful tho.

Came to London from Exeter, Devon for an operation in the hospital opposite, thought I would pop over for a Dutch courage pre op pint, what a great little pub, not all cosmopolitan and whistles and bells like most around the area but a proper real deal British pub.... Love it.....

In the oh-so-trendy Marylebone district, this corner pub is cute, cozy, comfortable and inviting. Even mid-afternoon mid-week, locals were dropping in for a pint and a sit. We did not try the food, nor did see others eating -- but the vibe was just right and the brews were properly served.

Stumbled across this little pub whilst looking for...a real pub, away from all the trendy places that do mainly food for tourists. Serving great draught bitter and IPA from Greene King, this is a small, quiet sanctuary, just a short walk from the excellent shopping of Marylebone High Street. The beer is served at the right temperature, not freezing cold as is so often the case these days. I will return every time I am in this area. Brilliant!

Popped in for a quiet drink seeking respite from a hospital visit. Clean, comfortable pub with no pretence of grandeur. Welcoming, but aimed at the locals. An old-fashioned boozer, the way it should be.

The best £30 we ever paid for breakfast ! We booked in advance and we were greeted by 2 lovely and smiling waitresses. We ordered a sweet and a savoury breakfast. Paid about £15 per dish and it was the best breakfast we ever had having in mind we are travelling a lot! People are complaining about others taking photos and that’s absolutely fine. If you don’t like others taking photos then don’t visit. It’s so beautiful so people should be taking photos if they feel like it. Another positive is that we asked for water and they asked us if we wanted tap water instead of trying to make us pay more money. Thank you beautiful team of Peggy Porschen
