Great pub, Steve, Marie and the staff are great people. Food is great, would recommend highly.

Lovely food always served very hot owners are pleasant and welcoming well done to all.

Great place for food and a relaxing pint. The bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce baguette was really good but I would suggest getting a portion of chips if you have a larger appetite

I shared a pre Christmas lunch with friends at The King's Arms in Oreston and will definitely go back! It was warm, festive and inviting, well worthy of 5 stars. I give 5 stars to food presention and quality, and 5 stars to service. Well done - I'm going back to try out some of the delicious looking meals we saw being served. Thank you to all staff and Happy New Year!!!

Best value for money at lunch time. The service is cheerful, the atmosphere is typical of a good pub. The landlady is a real mine host.

Wow had an amazing xmas lunch there. This pub is such a lovely warm friendly place. The meals are wonderful i cant recommend it enough. The xmas lunch was even better than many top restaurant's well done all of you

Was a very quiet time. Just had a drink. Staff were very attentive and hospitable.

First time visiting, came for the music, and will definitely be back. Food was excellent and so reasonably priced, and the service was fantastic, from the bar staff to the landlady Marie. Looking forward to trying out more on the menu next time

Was going to go to this place today for a roast as I live locally, checked on website to see if they are dog friendly, as had my dog, and as you can see the website states they are dog friendly. Walked in with our dog and you would have thought we'd shot someone's grandmother, a couple sat at the bar glanced over their shoulder at us and then Landlady come running from behind the bar towards us, saying you can't bring dogs in here, when we said the website said you could, she said no we've never had dogs in here, the way she went about it, made us feel like a piece of poo. We will not be going back, and they need to update their website. Whatever happened to friendly Landladies/bar staff, communication seems to be a dying art 😔 However went to Plymstock Inn, very dog friendly and the roast was lovely, so glad we ended up there!

Wonderful place and wonderful staff

Absolutely terrible people that run this pub ! England final and my 17yr old son is with me. Apparently he had to leave at 6.30pm but they left it till 7.20pm to teĺ him to leave. Will never set foot in this pub again, absolute terrible management!!!

Hidden gem! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Food was really good and reasonably priced. Definitely be back.

Always a winner. Totsl bill for 2 meals x4 ponts £10 cheaper than other locals and get acknowledged by the owners.

Great little pub on the harbour side. We were able to nab a last minute table for Sunday lunch due to someone else dropping out. Great service, the food was nothing special but it was a hearty portion and felt like a proper roast. Three of us left nothing on our plates. So cheap as well!! Really can't complain

Friendly atmosphere, great selection on the menu. We went for the mixed grill and we definitely weren't disappointed, amazing!! Great prices too, well worth a visit and will definitely do a return visit.

Was down here for a stag do and used this amazing little place as our HQ for the weekend. All the locals and regulars were extremely polite and helpful and the bar staff and all the team were superb helping us with taxis food drink everything you needed, if you want a friendly local pub restaurant this is exactly where you need to go. Popped in after a 20 minute walk, a couple of beers, bar staff very friendly and welcoming, pub was clean, toilets was clean, already told friends about it, definitely going back very soon.

Great pub 👍 very welcoming landlord as soon as we entered the pub, very busy with regulars eating in, we had a small lunch all cooked from fresh and a couple of cold beers. Thanks again for a relaxing time

My friends and I (first visit) we are of the older generation and me having a total knee replacement. We were greeted with, have you a table booked by a surly young woman. Not hello can I help. The place was quite busy but a vast floor area with no seating. Incidentally we came to see the band. Horse with No Name as we follow them. We stood in a corner by the window but I decided to go outside in the sun to sit because of my knee. A bossy woman rushed out and told me off for taking my small glass out. Like I was 10 years old ( I am well into my seventies ) she was rude and consequently I will never go back and did tell her so

Big shout out to the Basement Soul Crowd. Had a great night listening and dancing to Northan Soul. Andy's Ska session was spot on as always. Arrived early and had food. Very nice it was too. Give it a go nice place.

Local pub. Good honest down to earth food, great pool table and good beer. Lots of space, so never feels crowded and a stones throw from the waterfront 🌊

You have got to be the worst pub I’ve ever been to. You’re rude, obnoxious and make customers feel like an inconvenience like we’re getting in your way. Sell the pub and let someone take it on who appreciates the local community.

We use regularly, its our favourite pub in plymouth. It's a bit of a walk for us, but we still go. Dog friendly, good entertainment and the food is perfect. I would eat their roast every day if I could. Staff are very welcoming and always a nice chilled atmosphere. I'd recommend this pub for anyone. 😀

Being a visitor to the area i felt like a pint of beer. Quite nice clean looking pub.The Doom Bar pint was very palatable. It had a good teatime trade with plenty of atmosphere 👌 😀

A gorgeous little pub situated right by Oreston Quay. Friendly staff, good choice of beers and a welcoming homely feel. There aren’t many pubs left like this in or around Plymouth. If you haven’t been there, then you’re missing out on something lovely.

No comimos, por lo tanto, no otorgamos 5 estrellas, pero si le apetece visitar, hágalo con confianza, está a una distancia segura y muy limpio.

He estado viniendo a este pub durante muchos años y siempre he encontrado su gammon excepcional (probado y probado en muchos otros restaurantes locales, pero no hay comparación). Esta noche probé uno de los especiales para un cambio y tuve la hamburguesa de cordero sriracha. . . . . ¡Puedo decir honestamente que esta fue la mejor hamburguesa que he probado en mi vida! ! Buena comida, servicio con una sonrisa y una excelente relación calidad-precio. Espero encontrar esto en los especiales nuevamente. Gracias

Visité aquí hace un tiempo, pero fue muy bueno, aunque sentía que la porción de lasaña se había reducido. Pero el pescado y las patatas fritas son buenos y útiles para poder tener una pequeña porción.
