Came here on Wednesday and had such a great time, security man on the door (steve) and bar staff (emma and didn't catch the guys name unfortunately) were all absolutely amazing and made everyone feel safe and welcome,they even made sure we got in a taxi safely at the end of the night! Karaoke was super fun too,would 100% recommend!!

Great establishment always feel welcome kind staff and security great community overall even helped me find my keys which was an amazing help even tho I thought they was lost for good great company highly recommend 🙌🙌

This place is great for a night out. Good door men and staff. Plenty of entertainment. If you want a taxi they will get one for you.

Jungle Bar is the best bar / Club in herford to go to, Great nights out 7 days a week but the weekends are special always busy great music fantastic caring professionals staff all credit to Emma the owner and also the doorman must say a massive big up to the head doorman Steve. Also must mention the Lazer lights and sound. It's a place I would always go to so I can have a safe and great night.....10/10 for me.

The way people make crap up about this place is hilarious!! Jealousy is mad! BUSIEST venue in Hertford EVERY Friday and Saturday no questions.. Rather than read the silly reviews from other venues, come and check it out for yourself 👍🏻

Love the jungle, great late night drinking venue and the place to go in Hertford. They do a fab karaoke on a Wednesday and Sunday night. Always feel safe. The boss emma is fantastic and very approachable and the head doorman tattoo Steve is well….a hunky hunk of a man

Jungle bar is a great atmosphere for late night drinks all the door staff are very approachable and friendly as well as the bar staff. Emma the manager is amazing and friendly with making sure everyone is happy and enjoying there time in the venue.

Security team always getting the girls home safely in right Uber rides New manager did a complete 180 on turning it around from fighting & drugs to a 10/10 night out. Security team always look after everyone and actually show concern, care & manners to all customers ensuring an enjoyable safe night and going that extra step at closing making sure people get in Ubers ordered and this is something other venues don't do enough at closing times. Emma (The manager) makes sure her team are actively looking out for customers even when the venue is shut, they charge your phone if it's dead, gets people water if needed , I've even seen her give first aid to victims of assaults that haven't even been in her venue she cares and this is rare… She keeps customers safe till their lifts arrive rather than them being out on the streets to themselves being incapable.

Awful Bar. Paid for a round of drink and then was asked to pay again. i showed the rude bar staff proof that the money had been paid but they still refused to give me my drinks unless i paid again? Discusting. I paid twice hoping the first payment wouldn’t come out of my account but nope, they took double for 1 round.

Awful night. Got chundered on by an underage kid who tried kissing me. Connor took my beer as well, and it appeared that he threw it down the sink. I'm not angry, just disappointed. :-(. Will not be returning any time soon, maybe if they fire Connor and clean up the sick I might think about a return on the dancefloor. #getmemypint.

Charge you at the door, cash, no receipt. Bouncers/door men have very inappropriate behaviours towards guests.

Very good service, excellent night out vibes and excellent place to meet people have a dance have a boogie, you know, and they have toilets and have a bar really, really atmospheric in there, quite far to get to. But I really like going to here as it's a really great night out. Others I did basically also like music as well They also have live music as well. If you like that, sort of stuff and the drinks are great stuff 5 Stars

There was a suspicious male with a large rucksack my friends were spiked with nerve agent I will never recover from being in the Jungle :( xx

The décor, the luxury, the the open till 3am, all adds up to being the place to be in Hertford.

Rude staff, stopped dancing for 10 minutes and asked me to leave or buy a drink.

Paid to get in and got kicked out because we didn't have drinks in our hands.

Atmosphere is a good vibe but got spiked there on the weekend and not one member of staff (mainly door staff) were remotely bothered. Threw one of two of us out the back saying we had drunk to much. Spent the next 9 hours in hospital and the next 4 days feeling absolutely shocking. Won't help police with investigations either. Used to enjoy going here. Won't step foot in the place again.

Went last night, good fun place. Seemed to be mostly men in there and the door staff were a bit over the top. Especially the guy with the spider's web tattoo. Maybe they've had trouble in there before but seeing as they've got everyone's ID scanned I'm not sure it's necessary to be following people around and asking them to empty their pockets - just because they're talking to each other in the only place in there quiet enough to actually hold a conversation - which happens to be the toilets.

Opened an hour later noone in there.

Best club in Hertford, wide variety of music to appeal to everybody.

More of a late night bar, open til 3am. Not really a place to go earlier than that. Toilets are really rank. Drinks are expensive.

Music quality is poor! I dont mean the choice of songs... it's the quality of audio that's bad. Need more speakers around not just at the dj.

I would class this place as adult or people who would have enough minerals! It's a perfect night out, regardless of the situation and rules/laws etc. Regardless what they have as people/staff! Brilliant! They have enough minerals and the man that contributed! They got more on you! Perfect and thanks again costing me a call from the happy moments! Simples!

Been a while since people were allowed to party! This place is perfect to rekindle that lost happiness! Go to Hertford and come to Jungle Bar. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcome! 👍👏👏👌🤗🤗

Was a little drunk but had a good time

Jungle bar is a perfectly adequate establishment and a much better alternative to other places that are open as late as it. Drinks are expensive and it seems as though they are always out if something. If you are already inebriated, hoping to not be surrounded by freshly turned 18 year olds (like you'd find in Popworld) and looking to carry on your night then Jungle bar is for you. Don't expect to have the night of your life but you can at least get a beer past midnight.

Usually go here a lot, but common theme occurring that the bouncers have some sort of God complex. Main point was here early evening Saturday about 9pm but was dead so went pub for few drinks...come back here for a night out around couple hours later and they try charge us £5 when your venue is still half empty!? Will be going to other local and more trusted venues from now on!

Was here on a Saturday, was quiet around tenish, very few people here.Music was odd, and those present were not embracing it although the dj looked like she was enjoying herself.Staff were efficient, good selection of drinks, reasonable prices.Had one drink and left, wasn't much happening for a Saturday.

A naughty night out in this fine establishment, bouncers are top draw and sue is a legend. My go to place in Hertford when your smashed.

Monday night jazz is excellent.

Love the bar good people and good times. The owners clearly care for the bar. The people there are less judgemental than other clubs i have been to. Karaoke night is a must go to night out i would highly recommend. If you see an insane teen on the dance floor he is friendly and doesnt mind free drinks.

Absolutely terrible!! Vomit everywhere sticky bar, poo stained toiletsand smashed glass everywhere you go! I will never be returning to jungle bar ever again! Rude door staff who have no manors at all, wasted 5 pound of my money to be spoken to like rubbish by all staff memebers. had to deal with Pervy old men and the stench of what I can only describe as the river themes when there was no plumbing system! And let’s not forget being call “hun” by pretentious bar staff who seem to think they’re doing you a favour by serving as if they’re not being payed to stand there and stare at you all night.so will not be returning!

Visited on a Friday night. Good band - awful, rude bar staff. First glass of wine was fine, second was watered down and horrible - I complained, nothing was done about it and I was told it was the same as the first - which is certainly was not! Returned our almost full glasses to the staff and left. Never going back!

Chouette bar pour boire un verre en écoutant de la bonne musique. Chaque soirée à un thème, on passe du jazz au disco en fonction de la soirée. Le groupe qui joue peut vraiment changer l'ambiance de ce bar. Grand choix de boisson et serveur très aimable.
