The Juice Smith in Elmbridge

The Juice Smith was amazing as a vegan restaurant. However it has recently changed its menu, which is predominantly non vegan. It is now no different to any other restaurant… except it is far more expensive! They used to specialise in amazing vegan food, and that was their unique selling point. Without this they are just a very expensive cafe

After experiencing terrible service at Fego we decided to walk across the road to the usually good juice smith. Alas the same bad service disease has affected the Juice Smith too. We sat and sat in the end I walked up myself to get menus. We got our desserts but when we looked up we could see our teas sitting nicely on a tray by the till waiting . It sat there till I looked at our waitress who then asked another person to take our tea over. My friend was expecting a nice afternoon in cobham and I was going it would be a good experience with good service and ambience. Not sure what’s happening maybe everyone’s on holiday even the serving staff !!! On the upside my twix was delicious

Really £4.44 for a latte! Having been charge £3.95 the last 10 times I visited I questioned the price. Dismissed as I was sitting outside. Not again sorry, you have lost my custom.

I must admit we panicked and saw some out here with a long queue on FEGO ,where we were originally going to ,we got seated and the drinks came up in reasonable time ,but that where it end ,we had my granddaughter with us and ordered off the children’s menu a burger,which was an adult size burger.we had the soup and our daughter had the veg pad Thai,which had mint in which was a bit strange.But the kicker was the service was very very slow .would this pass my recommendation test the honest answer is no.

Go to one of the other beautiful cafes if you want good service. Went to sit at a table and member of staff came over and said reserved. No how long wait will be or I will see if there is a table inside. I waited for 5 minutes to see if she would come and address me and she didn’t. I understand when it’s busy there is a lot going on but a smile and I will be with you in a few minutes is the minimum expectation.

It’s really lovely experience when a small business like this gets everything right. Friendly, helpful staff and all the food and drink options were very well presented. Most importantly, the food was wonderful. So good, we visited twice today.

Fabulous birthday brunch. Food was outstanding and the chef even adjusted the menu for my dietary restrictions. Lovely glass of chilled prosecco made it perfect. Great service from the team, as always. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service! Thank you JS team! 😊

Having once visited The Juice Smith before when it was very busy, as a precaution I made a reservation for two (my wife and myself) just after 9am on a Sunday morning. Thankfully, though, the café was quiet when we arrived. The waitstaff were very helpful and offered advice about what dishes were particularly unique to the café. On their recommendation, I chose the 'Potato hash brown, harissa sautéed kale, roasted rainbow peppers, plum tomato, and avocado' (£14.25), which was fresh, delicious, and filling. My wife had the 'Creamy oat porridge' (£9.50) and a side order of sourdough toast with churned TJS butter and chia jam - all of which could be recommended. The butter was like yellow silk and definitely not to be missed. The food arrived in good time and was very well presented (see the photos). I'd highly recommend The Juice Smith and I look forward to returning in the near future.

Great spot in Cobham, a variety of healthy food and juices. I visit for coffee every morning and most days for a post workout smoothie. Staff are all great, friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

An accidental find! Being plant based the menu was a bonus and the food was exceptional. The boa buns were delicious - the best I’ve ever had! The juices were also amazing. Service was friendly and efficient. We’re not local but would definitely make the effort to visit again.

Had an exceptional lunch here today. The garlic and rosemary sourdough was one of the nicest things I've eaten, the environment was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful serving us quickly as we were pressed for time.

This is a fantastic cafe with some gorgeous food and drinks but i’ve been twice this week and been overcharged both times. It was a hassle getting a refund and was told my transaction on the second occasion had been voided when it hadn’t. Watch what you are charged for! A real shame.

i LOVED the decor and menu options, and the music was pretty good too— so altogether a comprehensive and stylish atmosphere, but there were some aspects that irked me. the place stresses health, and i even ordered a “health bowl” with nice-sounding ingredients, but they were so vague that the dish came out entirely different to how it was written and didn’t seem very healthy at all. “gochujang sauce” seemed to just be spicy mayonnaise and there was only a speckle of green stuff on the plate. also, the staff seemed either judgy or scared, and one male waiter just acted repulsed at anyone that came in and whatever they said. the last point may have just been a bad day for the business, but i still believe the food needs to be either specified on the menu or adjusted to fit it.

I visit the juice smith on a regular basis for their cold pressed juices (which btw are amazing, and hot drinks), however I’d never been brave enough to try the food being a coeliac and paranoid about trying new places which aren’t coeliac accredited. After drooling over everyone else’s dishes for long enough, I finally asked to speak with the chef who was not only extremely knowledgeable on coeliac disease but also reassured me that they use separate utensils/pans etc & clean down the surfaces before prepping the food for allergens. The staff then kindly took the time to go through the menu with me explaining what I can and can’t have and just informed me to always let the server know when ordering that I am coeliac so they can inform the chefs. I had the pad Thai noodles with oriental vegetables and it was absolutely delicious!!! I had no issues with it at all. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff and chefs at the Juice smith for a wonderful experience. Great service & great food! I can’t wait to return!

Bad service, had to ask three times for my drink. When the drink came it was the worst drink I have ever tasted. Was very expensive for what it was

We visiting the Juice smith in the early days when it first opened, and again a few days ago whilst travelling to the West Country. When it first opened the food was delicious and looked stunning and portions were worth it, this visit we had scrambled tofu literally an inch if that cemented onto thin sourdough, and a bean thing again about an inch thick and cemented down, very disappointed and will not be passing on our way out west again.

My husband and I go here almost every day for a coffee. It's a fabulous spot with very friendly staff and very high quality food and drink. Carl is especially well-informed and very professional while also very engaging and helpful to customers. I'm so happy they've opened the larger cafe with the outdoor tables - it's a perfect spot to sit in the sun and catch up with friends or family.

I organise my schedule so that I can eat at the Juice Smiths as often as possible and enjoy good nutritious food and friendly service. A lot of thought goes into the menu and I love talking to the team. I also meet a lot of really interesting people there. It’s worth the price and the travel time for me.

Ridiculously Overpriced The service is unbelievably appalling (yet they still add 12.5% service charge)? There are lots of amazing places to eat in Cobham. Sadly this isn't one of them.

Service was tardy & disorganized. The food was overseasoned & inedible. The waitress was informed. Trying to settle the bill took almost as long as waiting for the food.

I love this café however today my experience there was very disappointing, we ordered the nachos after checking they were gluten free we were told they were and we were then brought out a burrito, when we questioned this he told us that what we had ordered which was wrong, any way it looked nice so we said we would have it, it was gluten free and he said it was , but he said we could change it, we decided to keep it as he assured us it was gluten free. I was sure it wasn't so asked again and got the same reply. After the lunch he picked up the plates I didn't eat the wrap, he said 'did you get a reaction then'! Shocked at reaction

Had the most lovely meal, can tell the kitchen really care about the food. It’s so nice having healthy vegan food on our doorstep & especially now they’re open in the evening. The staff were especially welcoming and knowledgeable. Happy customers, highly recommend :-)

Wonderful food for lunch today, Caribbean salad and a burrito with fresh juices. It’s healthy and delicious - what’s not to love. Service was spot on and we had glorious weather sitting outside. We’ll be back, thank you.

Well where do I begin, i love this place! From the huge variety of food on offer (whether it be hot or cold) to the sweet treats, the coffees, smoothies or the juices themselves, this has to be my favourite destination in Surrey. Their staff are always so friendly and welcoming and fantastic at their job. The music played in there is rather cool too, the odd occasion i can hear my favourite artists, its as if they have my very own Spotify playlist ha! The place is dog friendly too which is perfect. I have to admit i do tend to self indulge into the sweet treats while i'm there as there are so many to choose from, coupled with a lovely soy cinnamon latte. The millionaire shortbread is my favourite. Though a little on the expensive side of things, its what is expected when you visit a place like Cobham and the effort you can see put into making everything delicious and besides you can't put a price tag on your health after all!I love the juice smith and very much look forward to your reopening and my next delicious visit.

A friend and I met for brunch to celebrate my Birthday and the staff were wonderful. There is so much choice for those of us who are gluten free and the best part was a gluten free dairy free dessert without cane sugar to end off with, while our waitress joined in singing Happy Birthday. I even took another slice home! Delicious! We will definitely be back and already telling other friends about this amazing find :-)

My friend and I visit The Juice Smith in December although we do not come in that regularly we do love coming to JS. Unfortunately, this was the second very disappointing visit in a row. I would like to point out that you were not busy, in fact at one point we were the only customers sitting in JS. I ordered a rose noir tea and pad thai - When my pad thai arrived I had to ask for my tea as it had not come. An irritation but as you were not busy not the best service! The description of your pad thai says its noodles and seasonal veg....I have had this dish several times and always been pleased....today I got a load of noodles, peanuts, lime and ONE piece of broccoli - not ok. My friend ordered the Acai Bowl which we have both had before but this time it was like a bowl of slop (her words) no coconut, no grapes, little granola, little apple. We both left saying we won't be coming back for a while which is a shame as we have always looked forward to coming over to Cobham specifically to come to JS.Please be aware that I did FB message The Juice Smith personally to let them respond to my complaint but they did not reply which is a further diappointment.

To say I love the juice Smith would be an understatement! Everything I’ve ever ordered is totally delicious and how convenient is it that it’s healthy!?My favourite item is either the protein cookie or the brownie and my favourite juice is Fountain of Youth. So good!The whole ambience of the store is super chilled and I even play there song playlist at home (find on Spotify!) Super friendly, smiley staff too

I adore the Juice Smith and come whenever I’m in Surrey visiting my mum. I usually get the “cheese” burger and it’s always absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I love that they allow dogs! I am secretly hoping they will decide to open another branch where I live (Knutsford!)

The Juice Smith is the best thing in Cobham. The menu serves such a variety of delicious options whilst nurturing your health. I myself am not a Vegan but DONT let that put you off. The staff are friendly and helpful and the alfresco ambience doesn’t let you leave. Their cold pressed juice selection is fresh and like no other so if you don’t have time to enjoy the cafe pop in for a juice so you get a healthy boost.

Stumbled on The Juice Smith because the cafe I wanted to go to was overcrowded. As I’m not a vegan, I wasn’t overly fussed about the wide range of alternative milks they offered, but instead of going for a regular latte, I opted for the oat milk version. Wow! It was delicious! Food choice, drinks and coffees are great. It is a little over-priced, but hey! Treat yourself!

Very over priced. Food is standard for a pretentious organic, wellness based restaurant. Tiny portions and very minimal flavour.

I've been a regular here for a few years now, and honestly could not recommend it more. The staff are passionate about their products and brand, and that really shows in the service, which is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. It's well-lit, comfortable, and always spotlessly clean. As for the food and drink: I can't praise this cafe enough. How they manage dishes and bakes so completely absent of nasties and yet teeming with flavour is amazing, and I always leave feeling full of goodness. Particularly recommend their workout smoothie, the burrito bowl, and the amazing protein cookies. My sister's vegan, and we've started getting her birthday cakes from here: their bakes look beautiful, and none of our extended family members have ever noticed their 'free-from' nature! If you're in Elmbridge, and fancy something healthy and delicious - this is the place to go.

I am not vegan but visited with my sister on her birthday. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food and drink. I would highly recommend to anybody who wants to try vegan food. The Oat Latte is amazing!!

We've eaten here a few times and absolutely loved every bite . The staff have always been friendly , helpful and very informative . I am a picky eater and I want great taste , healthy guilt free food and low fat.

I have been a customer since the first week the Juice Smith opened. They have a range of absolutely delicious and HEALTHY items on their menu. A large range of fresh juices and smoothies as well as yummy food options for breakfast or lunch and a kids menu. They have a fabulous protein cookie that my son just loves! The atmosphere is upbeat and happy and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you are in Cobham you must stop in. You will not be disappointed!

This place obviously aims at the Yummy Mummies after their Yoga and Gym classes. It is very expansive for what they offer, but their customers obviously can afford it, so who am I to complaint!?

Juices were great and food was nice. I had the “full English” and was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes at £10. I also don’t think a baked sweet potato cake should be called a hash brown! Service was ok if a bit impersonal. Ambience is nice, definitely feels like a cafe rather than restaurant.

A great little cafe offering good coffee with dairy alternatives and a broad range of healthy dining and treat options. Dog friendly which makes for a lovely change but it is pricey.

Me and my partner and my daughter all love the juice Smith! The sweet treats are amazing and the food is on another level. We’ve tried lots of vegan restaurants in and around London and this is by far our favourite.

We love the Juice Smith! We went for lunch few days ago for the first time and we we're very impressed with the service. If you like super healthy, well prepared food and absolutely amazing juices, this is the place to go. Their deserts are not to be missed either. One of the best places in Surrey to eat if you're vegan and follow raw vegan diet. Their tiramissu vegan torte is so delicious and I recommend lentil burrito with beetroot ketchup - fresh and light lunch !!!

I love this place. A few weeks back I fell off a ladder and broke both heels. I’ve been parking my wheelchair in amongst the outside seating at the Juice Smith more than a few times since! The coconut brekkie bowl starts the day. But I love it so much here, sitting in the sun people watching, that breakfast lazily feeds into Pad Thai for lunch. Fantastically healthy menu, inventive and original juices, all served up by friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

For health buffs, this place is an oasis. The food is really well prepared and the recipes original and tasty.

I have been here now a few times and every time the food and the service has been exceptional. In a way I am glad it is a 15 minute drive otherwise I would always be eating here!

The Juice smith has been a safe haven for me whilst working in Surrey. It has been great having somewhere I can go to at lunch if I forgotten mine or fancy something else. Or when they save you from a disastrous meal at pizza express where they put chicken on your vegan Pizza! Luckily juice Smith is across the road so made a telephone takeaway order for their delicious cheese black bean burger with slaw.

Friendly and polite service. Clean and modern with a wall garden. Food amazing. Everything vegan, but you wouldn’t know it. Burgers, Chilli, burritos ... wish there was one near Woking or Virginia Waters

Have to stop myself going too often as the take away puddings are INSANELY delicious - haven't had a hot meal there but the salads are to die for....keep meaning to have a sit down meal as the menu is phenomenal. The staff are charming and the Juice Detox Cleanses that you can preorder to do at home are brilliant. Great addition to the area and I hope it continues to do well.

They call themselves ‘organic kitchen’ on the menu yet the smoothies at £6 a time are made with non organic almond or coconut milks. With plenty of organic brands such as ‘rude health’ why serve customers smoothies with non organic milks when you claim to be an organic kitchen!!!

Visiting Cobham and popped in for some lunch. Paid £8.50 for a tiny bowl of Pad Thai. Clearly the dish had been made before: it came out impossibly fast, the noodles were a boiling hot, overcooked covered goo in a tasteless sauce covered in barely cooked vegetables. Healthy it may be and served in a beautiful bowl, but really not a great plate of the food.

I would rate the juice as excellent but the price brings it way down. Would have also given it a lower rating due solely on price but that's not fair to the product as that is excellent. So, fantastic juice products but wow £££££ - drink it very, very slow to relish the experience.

The menu offers a wide range of healthy, tasty, vegetarian/ vegan breakfast/ lunch options. Their cold pressed juices and lattes are to die for. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Any chance of you opening up a branch in the Teddington area?

I have been here several times with my children ( all grown up and into their healthy foods) We have enjoyed our meals and have had at different times juice and a snack and a meal plus a pudding! I think it is a little pricey- but in line with other similar types of places. The puddings are the best!

You know I’m big fan of food and I always try something new. This place in Cobham is wonderful. Love breakfast and brunch here or just takeaway. I also did one of the juice cleanses. And you do get what you pay for. The quality is 100%. I love their activated almonds. I do recommend this place to everyone.

Spoilt for choice - gorgeous smoothies, excellent choice of cold pressed juices and some nice teas. Great for a takeaway or a quick catchup with a friend. Some really nice breakfast and lunch dishes too.

The dishes here are really varied and very imaginative with magical 'secret' ingredients and seasonings, to be honest you just don't miss the meat at all! We go in to steal ideas for own home cooking. The chefs must be committed vegans to concoct such good ideas. The coffee is the best in town. Chocolate mousse is amaZING!!!!! I just wish they'd do a little recipe book or sell some of the yummy dressings (wasabi) as these are can transform a veggie meal.

Juices are truly excellent. Also had a lentil avocado wrap. Feeling righteous now. Very tasty a very pleasant outing. Will make this a regular outing when we visit Cobham.
