Excellent venue, and very centrally located next to Victoria. Great professional, obliging staff with a good personality. In particular, I found Hugo exceptionally helpful.

Hugo gave me excellent service and answered all of my annoying questions about the price of jaegerbombs! He definitely deserves a pay bump and all the staff discounts in the world. Also, please introduce a 2 for X jaegerbomb discount, you know it makes sense Thanks! Jack

I was having a horrid day and this place just brightened my mood tremendously. Hugo behind the bar absolutely made my day. He knows how to pour a drink and what a funny guy. Not to mention handsome. 10/10 experience.

We popped in here yesterday to watch the rugby and had a great experience. The ladies loos were immaculate and Josh behind the bar came running out after my friend accidentally left her phone on the table. Didn’t eat, so can’t comment on food!

Hacía frío, hasta el punto de que mantuvimos nuestros abrigos puestos, y carecía de ambiente. El personal era lo suficientemente agradable pero totalmente ineficiente. Éramos cuatro y los dos que pedimos el pastel nos sirvieron relativamente rápido, pero no había verduras. Pensamos que debían venir por separado y cuando no lo hicieron lo señalamos. Finalmente vinieron después de comer el resto de la comida. La tercera comida llegó más tarde y después de otra larga espera tuve que ir al bar para averiguar qué había pasado con el pollo cacciatore. Fuimos demasiado cobardes para cancelar el cargo por servicio de 12 1/2%, pero deberíamos haberlo hecho y, por cierto, el pastel estaba bien, pero el resto de las comidas estaban muy por debajo de lo estándar. Tristemente no volveremos.

One of the best pubs in the Pimlico Victoria area. It has a mezzanine level and beer garden with a very pleasant dining area at the back. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the menu offers some terrific food and snacks with an amazing Sunday roast. Prices are below average for the Victoria/Pimlico area which is always appreciated. A wide range of Beers, wines and ales available, with 241 cocktails on Saturday from 5 to 9 and few TVs showing sporting events. Close to Victoria station. Currently under new management.

Didn’t eat but the upstairs landing is a great place for a peaceful pint, will definitely return. The bloke behind the bar was polite, helpful and respectful … makes a difference round here 🫡

It's a great pub not too far from Victoria station and Theatre's. It's a nice pub to relax in and has a 4 TV screens to watch sporting events. It's nice and cosy in the winter. They have a good selection of beers, cocktails, spirits and wine. The staff are lovely so friendly and welcoming and the food is great here too. The Sunday roast here is amazing and well worth they money. They also have a beer garden if you want to sit outside. It is also a dog friendly pub. The new manager and staff in the pub are very attentive and friendly.

Jo and Jason were incredible! My partner and I stumbled in after a long day of site seeing and had such a wonderful time. On my first visit, I was satisfied and impressed with the service. This time it's a complete disappointment. I ordered potatoes with chicken wings. It seems to be the easiest order. When they brought the chicken, I was upset because there was hair on the chicken wings and it was overcooked and looked very old. Complete disappointment

I am not typically into game, and tonight we just happened in here since it’s across from the orchestra. The food was surprisingly delicious and service from Lauren was immaculate. Highly recommend - especially if you like game - but even if not. This felt like a very authentic experience.

We had a Christmas team lunch here. Good Christmas atmosphere, as we sang along to all the songs. The food was lovely (compliments to the chef, Denzel) with good portions. Great service from Jason, Graham and Eleanor. Will definitely recommend to others. It was my first visit to this pub, and I will be happy to return.

Fantastic venue for our choir's Christmas Dinner! The food was outstanding - really delicious and beautifully presented. They patiently watched over my husband and father in law for 4+ hours while us ladies explored London 😂… when we showed up, they had our drinks ready and hot food out almost immediately. Fish and chips were great. Hamburger was overpriced and not noteworthy in any way. 18 pounds for a standard burger is pricey anywhere. Staff was not well versed in the beers They had on tap. Overall nice but overpriced for what you get.

The Jugged Hare staff and food are so good we ate dinner there twice in one week. The Steak and Ale pie were the best we had in London. The second visit we tried chicken pie and the sausages mains. Also the crispy squid starter is yummy! Jason is an amazing server: friendly, helpful and fast! The dining areas are cozy and well decorated. We can’t wait to return.

A family member moved into the area recently & this is their local. We visited for the third time last night (Sunday) & enjoyed eating here for the second time. We had the burger, buffalo wings & a couple of pints of Fullers Red Fox - a fantastic pint which neither of us had heard of before. We were well looked after by Jason & Hugo, both being very welcoming, friendly & helpful. A nice pub & atmosphere, along with & good choice of beers & good food. Thank you!

El pub estaba limpio y espacioso, la comida era excelente, las bebidas bien servidas, y con un servicio amable impecable. La puerta del jardín de cerveza podría haber estado cerrada, ya que hacía un poco de frío esa noche siendo el único negativo. Una gran noche. Actualmente bajo nueva gestión.

I’ve been a regular at this pub for the past few months and it never disappoints! The place is spacious, cozy, and just a short walk from the station, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Whether it’s buzzing with energy or a bit more relaxed the vibe is always on point and you can’t help but feel at home. Jason really sets the place apart. He’s not only great at what he does but always takes the time to chat and make every visit special. It’s a rare and refreshing touch nowadays. If you’re around the Victoria area this pub is a MUST VISIT!

Of all the pubs I have been so far, I think it's the one with the best vibes. It's pretty beautiful, well lit and it does not have loud music so we can comfortably talk.

Visited The Jugged Hare for traditional fish&chips yesterday. Food was surprisingly amazing! Special reward for Hugo and Joe who save my life right after found a charger for my phone and brought a glass of Guinness.

Qué equipo tan maravilloso. Un amigo y yo nos conocimos ayer aquí después de casi un año sin vernos. Me entrené desde Bristol y mi amigo viajó a través de la ciudad. Almorzamos y tomamos unas copas - el tiempo pasó tan rápido. El día ya era genial, sin embargo, el personal aquí realmente lo hizo un día para recordar. Tanto Hugo como FIA eran tan amables, cálidos y acogedores, que hizo que toda nuestra experiencia fuera bastante excepcional. A partir de los chequeos casuales, la conversación ligera y la atención, estas dos personas entregaron un nivel de servicio que no se puede enseñar. Sigan así, chicos y Fullers, tienen al menos dos superestrellas aquí, así como el London Pride perfectamente cuidado y servido. Ciertamente deberías estar orgulloso de estos dos. ¡Nos vemos de nuevo!

Don't tell anyone but this could be my new favourite London pub!🤫 Fab drinks service so much I returned for a Sunday lunch. Folks this was one of the best I have had recently. Thanks to Jason behind the bar making this a great experience 👍🏼 🙌🏼 Oh and they have a great extensive menu and fab selection of beers on draught. Plus a sundrenched beer garden. I need to mention that the governor Eleanor and Jason are absolutely brilliant. Great authentic English pub near victoria with a great selection of fullers beers . The esb is particularly great 👍. The sausage and mash was excellent, the onion gravy was really tasty . Sometimes it can be wishy washy but this was hearty . Decent quality sausages too . Nice bar staff and interesting surroundings which I'm sure the Instagrammers will like . They only have two pies on offer steak and chicken ill probably try them next time

Nowadays you can often find faint remnants that a building was once a pub, but it’s always nice to see when the conversion goes the other way. Positioned halfway between Pimlico & Victorian Tube stations you will find the @juggedharesw1 . As mentioned, this former bank turned pub was converted back in 1996 and what a beautiful place this is. The pub has an imposing Portland Stone facade with four columns and two metre high windows. Inside the grandeur continues with beautiful paintings, a massive ornate chandelier, stunning woodwork and who doesn’t like a red pub carpet. The service here was great too, really friendly and the manager took time to make sure my son and I were being looked after. Ok, the beer price was over the six quid mark but would happily pay that again. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, the pub wasn’t too busy at that time. . I must admit, I was in awe of how impressive this @fullers boozer is. I have been to a few bank to pub conversions and I must say that this Victoria pub made an impression on me, what an excellent pub. . 📊 Information correct on visiting 28/05/21 .
